They were very polite and nice here. I watched a manager treat an extremely rude person very politely and respectfully despite that persons actions. It was fun waiting in line overnight for the graphics card I bought, it was my first time waiting in line like that. When I went in to get my graphics card I asked an employee standing nearby if they had a copy of Windows 10 and he went and grabbed me a copy so I didnt have to go look for it. 10/10 experience, Ill be back here again.

This Best buy, the one in Bellevue, is well stocked and staffed by knowledgeable people, a rarity amongst Best buys. There are two closer Best buys to make, but I come to this one because they usually have what I need in a pinch, where the other two seem to consistently not have what Im looking for. If you have to go to a Best buy, then this is the one I would recommend

Good selection of electronics. The only complaint I have is they dont carry the CANON printer ink or photo paper in the store I need for the bluetooth portable photo printer i bought for my daughter for Christmas. It only came with enough paper and ink for 3 pictures. She couldnt use it for ever a week because we had to order it online. Otherwise, I usually always find what I need and more.

Easy access from parking area. Helpful guidance upon entry. Was looking for a basic hdmi cord. Directions given to the store location were exact. My whole time from parking to driving away was 9 minutes. Store was not busy or it would have taken more time.

My son and I recently visited the Bellevue location to purchase/upgrade my husbands phone for his Birthday. We had the pleasure of dealing with Chris the connections sales manager. We were not from the area. Had tried the Verizon store at the mall and the apple store, both required appointments. Unknown to us that this was required. We went to best buy expecting the same thing. Nope our experience was totally different there. Chris was our associate to help us with our purchase We upgraded to the iPhone 12, he got us a wonderful deal and helped get us through the whole process. He patiently dealt with all the issues we came across and did it with a smile. We are Seniors and not real knowledgeable about how these programs work. But he he was awesome and we walked out smiling. Thank You Chris and the best buy team. We will return in a few months to upgrade the our other phone!!

I have spent a lot or funds at Best Buy over the years, and was looking to invest in some more upgraded items today, walked through the store for over 30 minutes with out one associate asking if they could help, especially dissapointed with the Magnolia clerk who didnt even acknowledge my presence. Still a fan of the brand but very disappointed in this branch.

I kinda left Best Buy behind me, but theyve really had a comeback. I started checking Best Buy as a last resort when I couldnt find something elsewhere. Time after time, Best Buy has delivered what others couldnt.Among the competitors that Best Buy out performed this past year: Costco. Three times now, theyve beaten Costco with a better website, better inventory tracking, having the item in stock, and even better pricing.Ive gone from ignoring Best Buy to starting with Best Buy.

Came to grab a gaming headset really quick, unfortunately got there at 8:03 instead of 8:00 when they closed. I told security at the door I knew exactly what I need and just need to run in to grab it. When the manager came to the door he said “we’re closed bro, you can try again at 10 tomorrow” talk about customer service. Amazon here I come

The staff is kind and helpful. Due to the nature of being a chain store interactions felt rushed even when choosing a phone, however the store was busy at that time. I had to go back to pick up an extra charger though and there was one staff member that was so positive and helpful that it overshadowed the rushed nature of my first visit. Great selection and they held true to price matching.

I had a really incredible experience at this store with Rondell! I wasnt quite ready to buy when I walked in - nor did I *really* know what I could get for my budget - but he was very kind and patient with every question I had. He made me feel very comfortable, his recommendations were very informative, and he didnt try to sell me on something I didnt need. He listened to my needs and helped me find the right product for my needs! Could not be happier with Rondells help.

Best Buy really impressed me. My Dyson broke and I took it in for warranty service. They gave me full refund no question asked. My Apple MacBook took no charge cause some water got into the charging connector. I took it to Apple Store. Apple could not fix it, claimed water damage. I took it to Best Buy. And they fixed it within a couple days (not counting the shipping time). They sent me multiple emails to let me know the progress and status. It is an Apple computer and Apple cannot fix it but Best Buy can. Think about it!My conclusion: Best Buy provides same products, same prices, and better services, much better services actually. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.

Recently I have been upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro to I phone 13 Pro from Best Buy . The customer representative told us that our iPhone 12 pro data will be transferred to my new iPhone 13 pro from iCloud as she was facing some issue from Phone to phone transfer .But she did not tell that my iCloud did not have full data and she did factory Re-set to my old phone . Ideally, she should check my phone iCloud backup first .Because of here ignorance now I don’t have many months photos which include my daughter b’day photos and her first day school as well. I missed lot of videos also Just because of her ignorance or silliness .I will never forget this thing in my life and I will never buy anything from best buy .I will never suggest any one to best buy . I don’t know how come best buy hire such incompetent people who does not have any tech knowledge .They runied our memories .If I would know that incompetency, I would not never buy the phone.

A lovely place with all sort of appliances at competitive prices. The staffs are helpful and willing to help with every question. Beside the manufacturer’s warranty, they’ve also got their form of insurance which I like.Did I mention they’ve got a big parking lot? Yes they do. It’s a lovely place to get your appliances.

Rondell was incredibly helpful in explaining to me the specifics of several different laptops I was interested in. He listened to what I needed my laptop for, and recommended 3 laptops for me to choose from. He answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. I would LOVE to be a customer but making a trip to this location would take me roughly 25-30 minutes one-way. Before making the trip, I have tried many times to reach someone with questions about inventory yet after trying many, many times over the course of several weeks, it is clear that THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. On the other hand, Amazon, Target, or other electronics retailers are very easy to reach by phone. Sorry Best Buy, hope you can pull it together and shine as a bright star once again rather than fade away.

It has been a devastating experience to purchase a TCL 75 TV from Best Buy. They delivered a defective TV so I had to call them, wait for an hour to be able to order a replacement only to find out the replacement is sent to my billing address rather the shipping address of the first TV. The deliver personnel called me, I was on th phone with them for another 2 hrs, my call was put on hold multiple times and every time a new agent would pick up and the story would start from the beginning. Upon explaining the situation, one agent just hung up. I literally dont know where my order is. It has been the worst purchase experience of my life. Save your money and shop somewhere else. Before I forget, they scratched the floor in the first home delivery!

Okay Best Buy store in Downtown Bellevue which was recently remodeled including adding a parking structure. Its the standard Best Buy inside with just about anything you could want, most people who work here seem friendly. I think this is more place that you go to pick something up when you dont want to wait for it online.

I’ve given this store multiple chances and they have been the biggest disappointment every time. The last examples are when I went to buy a stylus that could be paired with my iPhone so I could try the Procreate app. It took 30 minutes to get recognized, when I finally got someone’s help he was friendly. Went home, and the pen wasn’t compatible. Went to make the return while also looking for a printer. Return was fine. They didn’t have the printer in stock and when I asked if they had a specific model the associate said I could look it up online on my phone. During that trip, my car was parked in the parking lot. It was broken into, and now I’m having to work with insurance to file a $750 claim for what was stolen. I called the store to see if there was security footage but gave up after being “on hold” for 32 minutes and 17 seconds of not talking to a single person. Yeah, haven’t had a good time with them. Where you shop and spend money has a lot of power, don’t support this company.

Huge store with a big selection. John in the appliance (washer/dryer) section was very nice, patient, and knowledge. I highly recommend speaking with him for any questions that you may have. Every question we threw at him he was able to answer and explain it in a very understandable way. The only thing is that best buy is a bit over priced.... but they do have a great protection plan.

Made an appointment through Apple website to bring in an iPhone for repair at the geek squad desk. The appointment was not shown on their system although I had the confirmation Email. I would certainly agree with the “geek” part (not in a positive way). Did not receive much help; neither had a sense of being valued while being there (there was a “whatever” kind of attitude in both the staff at that desk). However, it was worth the trip to walk through the isles and browse some cool gadget. Although the main purpose of the trip was to fix the iPhone which wasn’t served.

Service is usually great but very unhappy with changes to best buy warranty on Samsung. Purchased additional warranty since items could be replaced immediately and now its not honored. Purchased warranties should be honored until expired that is the reason for purchasing additional warranty. A warranty change after purchase should not be updated or changed on existing until expiration.

I purchased a refrigerator from Best buy in February. By March, it leaked water everywhere on my kitchen floor (and continued doing so until October). In March I called to have it repaired. Best buy said that my 15 days to return/replace the lemon were over. According to consumer advisory, refrigerators on average last 14 years.After spending a lot of time back and forth they couldnt find someone to fix a fridge leak and they finally agreed to replace the unit.They didnt have one in stock (due to covid) and I received my fridge this week in October.Because their products dont last, I decided to purchase a warranty plan to avoid going through this mess again.After being on hold for an hour and talking to four different associates, I havent figured out how to give them my money for the warranty.I keep getting transferred from one department to another. Sales department said that management had to approve; I waited another 15 minutes and it hung up on me.How frustrating. I actually want to give them my hard earned dollars for a five year warranty on a product that should last 14 years, and I cant!
