When my old washing machine broke down I ordered a new one directly from GE. But the shipping company they used refused to deliver to my address as I live on a busy street with no parking.After that experience I decided to go with a local appliance store, figuring they would be more familiar with the area - and Im glad I did! The delivery people (Troy and Scott) were easily able to manage the situation and quickly removed my old washing machine and install the new one.

Good selection of brands and inventory vs. other local stores, staff is friendly, helpful, not pushy at all, and very knowledgeable. Prices were about average and not the best Ive seen. However if youd rather shop local for high end brands, this is your place.

Albert Lee Appliance was exactly what I needed! I had been to 3 other big box stores, one place literally told me to go on line to their website. I understood that these places hire people who are not confident in selling appliances because if they were, the employees wouldnt try to dodge you or try hard to not make eye contact. So I had expectations when I went to Albert lee since all they sell is appliances. I was walking in the door and was immediately greeted and asked what I was shopping for THANK YOU!!! I swore if I was ignored again I would just order something from amazon. Told her I was looking for a washer and dryer and was directed to the right section and greeted by Mark pretty much as soon as I started walking that way. Mark was perfect! he asked simple direct questions, got my dimensions and showed me product that fit my needs, he had copious amounts of knowledge of the items he was showing, listened and helped . He made my chore less horrible. UPDATE the installation went smoothly and had an earlier delivery opening the delivery guys were professional and respectful. I will be back to purchase more.

I wanted to be really happy with Albert Lee, I really did, but they dont answer their phones and they have no idea where their delivery people are. Literally no one helped us the whole time we wandered around, ended up buying a Bosch refrigerator & would have bought an LG washer dryer but they just didnt seem that interested in selling them to us. I had heard SO many good thing but I was disappointed. Im fairly chill and knew what I wanted, so this wasnt a hard sell and I didnt need special attention.

Worst place to buy appliance. I had a remodel recently and placed order for all new appliances here in September 2020. As of January, I am still waiting for a refrigerator to be delivered, which I understand could be delay due to covid but 5 months is still a long time. I also paid for installing a brand new Zephyr hood. Albert Lee installation team cannot install the hood completely because they are not equipped to cut the metal covering of hood to adjust to the height of your ceiling. This was not informed to me while I paid the installation fee. Anyways I got someone else to complete the installation for me. After I turned on the hood, the motor is making crazy noise so I called the Albert Lee service team and they told me that the hood was not covered properly by the customer that is why the hood is making noise. I told them I paid you to install the hood which you left uncovered and blaming it back on me. Anyways they sent a service guy after 35 days and the guy tells me that motor bearing is making noise and the date mentioned on the motor is 2008 so it is a 13 yr old motor. I am like we already know the motor is faulty and making noise and can you fix it! Also a surprise to receive a 13 yr old motor. He said I am here just to tell you that motor is faulty which you already knew. He said they ll need another 2 months to get the parts and schedule guys to replace it. So 3 months of no cooking at home after paying for a brand new zephyr hood to Albert Lee. I wanted everyone to know that the installation and service from Albert lee is of the poorest quality I have experienced in any kind of purchase in my life. I will never buy anything from this shop and also advise to be careful in your decision.

Sales person Lindsay was exceptionally rude on email on phone and giving her benefit of doubt we visited store physically and she was exceptionally rude, talking without respect let alone demonstrating good customer experience. We have purchased from Albert Lee twice before and never had such a bad experience. Looks like others have complained (seeing other reviews) of the same lady and she continues to be employed, which indicates to me customer is not valued. Too bad, business elsewhere...

They had the inventory I was looking for, first salesperson I worked with was helpful. Delivery took a couple weeks, but eventually the appliances arrived. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to complete the install due to ancient wiring in my laundry room. Not the end of the world, I’d say a solid 4 star experience up to this point.The reason for the 1 Star is because the salesperson I spoke to when I called later, Lindsay, was unbelievably rude. I explained that I would rather select a different model than have an electrician upgrade my outlet (pending remodel, didn’t make sense), and she immediately copped attitude and took a tone with me. As we were finalizing the replacement order, she mentioned there was no available inventory for the model I selected, at which point I opted to cancel outright (I did not want to wait another two weeks). This was when she encouraged me to shop elsewhere and hung up on me. I’ve never encountered such deliberately rude service, glad to take my money elsewhere.

My wife and I shopped Albert Lee while looking for appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. After talking with Sales rep Tahir, emphasizing our need for quality and reliability, we settled on Bosch, a name we were familiar with from our trips to Europe, where its a respected brand. Not so here in the US.We purchased nearly $7K worth, including a vent, speed oven and gas range. The range failed last October, just before Halloween, and just after one year of use. We contacted Albert Lee, who said they had no one who could help, but referred me to a list of service providers. After calling all 7, the first appointment (with Bosch Factory Service) was a month out. I wont go into a long story here, but at this point weve gone without an oven since October. After several calls to Albert Lee with no progress, I contacted the Customer Service Manager, a guy named Tim, who promised to help, but at this point a week later he isnt returning my phone calls.My recommendation: Avoid Bosch products at all cost, and whatever you do buy, buy from other than Albert Lee, who refuses to stand behind what they sell.*1/13/21 Tim called to say the Bosch follow up will be Feb 16th!!*1/15/21 Bosch did indeed call and reschedule the appt for the 19th.*1/19/21 After three months and many phone calls, oven is repaired, at no cost. Damage caused by using the ovens self clean feature.

Very pleased with the courtesy and attitude at Albert Lee Appliance. It was the first time I had purchased anything from them--but I doubt it will be the last. Scott Medsker was friendly, helpful, and comfortable taking time to discuss my freezer needs. And when the freezer was delivered, the serviceman was even more outstanding: Troy. Slight glitch with the door opening in the wrong direction, but he didnt hesitate to make it right. What a great company of people working there. THANKS!

We are very pleased with our refrigerator purchase. Kris Riggins helped us with this purchase. She was friendly and very professional in her manner. She also gave us a great tip when transferring items from the old to the new. Bag items in grocery bags for easier transition. Sure was easier to reload the new refrigerator.Our new refrigerator was installed by two professional, patient men who took great care to remove our old refrigerator and replace it.We will continue to make further purchases since we are getting friendly and good service.

What a horrible experience. Spent several hours here with a salesperson going over appliances, features, prices, etc. Came to an agreement on a 4 appliance package. He emailed a quote the next day that was several hundred dollars more than what we had talked about in the store. And installation and haul-away suddenly because much more expensive. When asked about it, he basically said tough sh1t and said he would delete your quote. Who does that? It felt very much like a sleazy used car dealership rather than a high-end appliance store. I ended up looking at other appliance dealers in the area and found the same exact models for the same or less money, with reasonable installation and disposal fees. As soon as I wash the slime off of me from this place, Im going to take my money elsewhere for new appliances.Edit to respond to the owners response. Marilyn was sitting right next to me when I wrote this review, and I was copied on all of the emails. She and I stand by every word of the original review.

We bought a washing machine and dryer set from them. Less than a year later the washer was leaking like a sieve! We called about getting it repaired and they gave us the name of their repair people. They have set up 4 appointments with us, a repair man came out 2 times, said we needed new parts. We were stood up twice after appointments were made. This last time they called an hour before the appointment time and said they had forgotten to order the parts, after calling us a week earlier that all the parts were in! They have drug their feed and given us a run around until the warranty ran out and we are left with a washing machine that is defective and nothing done about it! In the store we were treated well, but once the appliances are installed we are no longer a valued customer! Beware of them!We were stood up a 3rd time, another appointment was broken. Albert Lee seems to be trying to resolve this and are perhaps not totally responsible for the service company. They are going to try to just get us a new washing machine and forget about repairing the present one. I would call that totally fair and acceptable. I would change the 1 star to 4 stars, it will go to 5 stars when this is totally resolved.I can now give Alert Lee a 5 star. They gave us a new washing machine, which was installed for us. The delivery people were outstanding, did a good job, left no mess behind and did no damage to our home. They were professional and did a good job. We appreciate all that Albert Lee did to get this resolved for us.

I was surprised to receive a thank you card from Albert lee asking me to let everyone know how you did!When two delivery men showed up to deliver a Viking kitchen package, they asked me to help them... I mentioned I didn’t have any moving equipment and why didn’t Albert Lee send another guy if it was so heavy?The deliver person said I just needed to push against the bottom of the refrigerator to keep it from rolling away from him as the second delivery person positioned himself behind the dolly and refrigerator. Delivery person number one attached a harness and strapped himself to the dolly. So I agreed to help in that way. We have a security system/ cameras and this process was recorded. L&I will likely want this footage.Once the refrigerator reached the garage entrance, the person strapped to the harness asked me to step back so they could push the refrigerator upright. I went into the house for about 5 seconds to get a box-knife to start opening the boxes when I heard screaming! I immediately ran into the garage to find one of the delivery guys trapped underneath the refrigerator. I tried to lift it but it was too heavy to budge.The look on his face... I will never forget his eyes. He was scared half to death and was in so much pain. I tried and tried to lift the refrigerator but it wasn’t going anywhere and I was afraid it was crushing his legs so I put every ounce or strength I had into lifting. I screamed out to the three workers I had in the house renovating the kitchen. Help, Help, Help!!! Three guys came running and between 5 guys, we all finally lifted the refrigerator off him.Once we got the refrigerator upright, I realized my neck was really hurting and I was dizzy. We pulled up the guy that had just been crushed to his feet and he showed us a big bruise on his arm and he could barely stand - The other delivery guy said immediately “ you better call our supervisor- if you don’t call, I’m going to call him”... Crushed guy said he was fine and kept limping around the driveway. He said he will probably be in a lot more pain later. I realized at this point that I needed to call Albert Lee and tell someone what happened.The delivery guy that was not crushed - told me while I was looking for the number to call Tasha - that just earlier this week, an employee was moving a refrigerator and a field supervisor stopped by to help and pushed the refrigerator too far and it fell on another employee. It broke his leg!I couldn’t reach Tasha so I was transferred to another saleswoman. I didn’t catch her name but I explained what had just happened. She seemed less concerned about the safety of the employee and more concerned about the condition of the appliances. She told me to open all the boxes because I only have 72 hours to claim damage. It blew my mind that the appliances were of greatest concern.The poor guy that was just trapped under the refrigerator wouldn’t take a rest and kept working. He seemed genuinely more concerned about keeping his job than the injuries he had just sustained. I truly hope he gets the medical attention he needs and deserves.I cannot believe that a company like Albert Lee would be so reckless to only send two people to move such heavy appliances when one of their employees just earlier this week broke his leg moving a refrigerator. What a mess....So this happened January 2nd, 2020 and today is March 20th, 2020 and Albert Lee has done absolutely nothing. They havent attempted to reach out to us to see if we were OK from the incident, noting... Until today we received a Thank You card asking us to post our review about our experience. I do hope this gets the attention of someone at Albert Lee that is willing to make it right.

I can see the end. Its not the end of the tunnel, but the end of my relationship with Albert Lee. Ive bought numerous appliances from them over the years. Sometimes its worked out ok, other times (and to be honest - this is more common) there are delays in getting delivery. This most recent scenario takes the cake for me. I walked into the Bellevue showroom in early June looking for a new under-counter beverage fridge. Id selected my preferred model and was assured by the sales person that they had it in stock. I ordered it, with initial delivery set for 6/16. They pushed delivery out to the 19th. Then is was delayed til the 29th. Next they delayed delivery to July 7th. Today I hear that the ETA is pushed back further to the 14th. Very little effort (if any) has been made to address my frustration. Theres really no excuse for four delivery delays (and counting).

The only reason this review is two stars is because our saleslady was awesome and the prices were great. Unfortunately their delivery and customer service was a huge disappointment. They were late, broke our floors, and terrible at communicating.We were excited to find upon purchase that they offered free delivery. Free is not even a good enough deal for the frustration of dealing with their delivery team. I asked when they would be delivering, since we all work full time and they were delivering to our new home that we do not yet reside in. They would not give us a window until the night before, so we had to make last minute arrangements to miss the last few hours of work. The window they gave was 3 pm - 5 pm. I requested a call 30 minutes prior to arrival, assuming of course that this would be within the window given. At 5, I called to see where they were at. I was told we were the next stop, but they were still an hour and a half out. An hour and a half passes, still no delivery or update. We call in again, the guy once again says they are an hour and a half out. Nobody has bothered to contact us to let us know they were going to be hours past the end of our window. The delivery guy did call us around 7 to let us know he was still an hour and a half out (and also complained about having a long day and not wanting to come).They didnt show up until almost 9 pm (4 hours past the end of our window) and still had to install. They didnt leave our home until after 10 pm. We had prior obligations that evening that were missed. I understand that things happen, but we were not notified until far too late, never was an apology or explanation offered. We never would have arranged to have something delivered after 8 pm. The delivery people also broke our flooring in our doorway that is brand new and just installed.Bottom line: dont give a delivery window if you cant stick to it, or at the very least keep people updated. A 3pm - 5pm window with a call 30 min prior does not mean 9 pm on a weekday is an acceptable time to show as long as you call at some point. Hire more people to deliver if your team is that overworked and communicate with your customers!

Wii remodeled our house and bought all of our appliances from this appliance shop. The staff are very knowledgeable and made great recommendations that saved us a lot of money in the long run. after a couple of years of using one of our refrigerators we had an issue with that refrigerator. our sales rep and the manager of the store stepped in and helped us along the way to help figure out how to get this replaced through the manufacturer, they were great help.

Albert Lee is a appliance chain. However, their Customer service, is top notch. My Cousin just moved and purchased new appliances. Shes a bit OCD, and the Refrigerator showed fingerprints. Drove her insane so we went to the Belleview store location. They were GREAT in taking it back and Replacing it with a model with handles. Nick, even took us through the models of front load washers. Great people, customer service, and PRICES.

Sales experience = 5. Trust & service = 1, and thats what really matters post-sale, doesnt it. We bought Maytag washer and dryer, Kitchen Aid dishwasher and stove top, plus a down-draft system from AL (Bellevue, WA) last year, over the course of 2 separate sales. Bonnie was highly accessible and informative throughout our purchase. The SeaFair sale prices were compelling. However, in the case of the w/d, our clear requirement was silence. We were wiling to spend, but were directed to buy Maytag, which sounds like an aircraft taking off everytime we use it, not to mention had a part malfunction within months. The dishwasher first lost temperature (where the service technician told us, we should just let the water run in the sink for a long while before turning on the dishwasher). Then it started to smell bad - where the technician first told us that a certain part had broken and theyd replace it, only to then say, it was our fault that we didnt keep the appliance clean, and that we should consider washing dishes by hand. What is very disappointing is how quickly Albert Lee washed their hands of us, and have insisted this is now all our problem to deal with the appliance companies -- no help from AL whatsoever. It wasnt a problem when AL collected money from us -- and we were willing to spend more, as our requirements were what was top of our mind. Instead we feel we got sold into sub-par products and manufacturers who do not care about customers. And in terms of post-sale experience, we have zero recourse with Albert Lee. Extremely disappointed -- as we had really relied on and trusted AL throughout.

I had an excellent experience here. My salesperson (Smiley) was low pressure and very well informed. After the transaction I had several questions. Email follow-up was quick & accurate. As for delivery, Albert Lee also offers the option of a delivery truck driver call 1/2 hour before their arrival. Because I work close to home, that meant I could zip home from work to meet them without having to wait around all day. All in all, I highly recommend doing business with these guys. Theyre on top of it!

Bought a Blomberg fridge/freezer from them, it immediately leaked and caused 6K+ in damage. Blomberg washed their hands of this (never ever ever ever buy anything from that shady company) and Albert Lee has been unable or unwilling to make to make it right. This is after I spent tens of thousands with them.I used to be all about buying locally but you are truly better of with some corp big box. They have deeper pockets and probably demand their vendors don’t sell garbage.

We came home from vacation on December 10th and our 20 year old refrigerator was dead. After a little research and visiting a couple of stores the following day, Nick Curry in Bellevue was very helpful and sympathetic. They had the replacement we wanted in stock, but their delivery schedule was full until the following week. Nick offered the refrigerator at internet pricing without any delivery/recycling charges and said they would try to accelerate the delivery schedule since we were living out of ice chests. Got a call the next day and they delivered the refrigerator on December 12th. Very satisfied with customer service and responsiveness.

Customer service on purchase day was good, but the installation service did a poor job. We bought a GE french door refrigerator, and the filter wasnt installed properly so it took us a while to figure out why the ice/water machine wasnt working. Now the refrigerator that was recod to us is falling apart after 4 weeks. The railing that supports the freezer basket, fell off 2 weeks ago, and now our door handles are coming loose from the fridge! I had never had a fridge door handle falling off and half hanging before so now we need to wait for GE technicians to come for our first repair after 1 month of use, in the meantime I am taping the door handle with scotch tape so itll stop hitting my head. Really disappointed about this fridge purchase.Update: Appreciate the owners response. The purchase was under my husbands name. The GE technician came and did a good job putting the pieces back together for us so the fridge working fine now. Thank goodness for the warranty! :)

Compared prices with two big stores in Bellevue. Albert Lees were the lowest on the Maytag washer and dryer that I bought. They also had the fastest delivery. Scott was a great sales person. I had trouble getting waited on at the other stores. This was my first experience at Albert Lee and I was very impressed. I will definitely shop there again in the future.

Update: After a bit of back and forth, Albert Lee took care of the problem and replaced my fridge.Next time I would try Costco or even Homedepot.While buying experience was good the installation service was really poor. We waited for our fridge for about 6 weeks. On the delivery date the installers did a poor job leveling the fridge. The said after you fill up the fridge it will be steadier and wouldnt rock back and forth as much. That proved to be incorrect. After playing with the adjustable feet I wasnt able to make the fridge stable. We called customer service again and they sent another set of delivery people. They basically did the same thing that I did (played with the front feet) and said they cant level it and Im on my own! My previous fridge which was in the same spot was completely stable and had no issues in terms of leveling.I called my salesperson and she was not helpful at all. She was defensive and mentioned we cant return or exchange the fridge although I didnt even mention that I wanted to do that. All I wanted was to fix the fridge and not wait anther 6 weeks.Im very disappointed after paying about $3k for a fridge and also getting the extended warranty, Albert Lee cannot figure out how to level a fridge. Im calling a handyman and buying a set of rubber shims to finish the job myself.

My purchase experience with Albert Lee Appliance and in particular the sales person, Elizabeth, was excellent (5+ stars). I was so impressed with the superior service and the ease with which the transaction was completed. Their friendly, knowledgeable, skilled staff coupled with their free delivery and fast turn-around time from warehouse process was literally UNMATCHED (and I have been trying with great difficulty to buy this grill from other companies). I initially did not think of Albert Lee when looking for a BBQ, but in the future they will be the first place I go for appliances and more!

We called a week in advance for our washer/dryer delivery, the person in charge did not respond, and when we call the customer service, they arranged delivery 4 days after our expected date. What is worse, they kept on postponing the delivery, now we are waiting for a delivery more than TWO WEEKS DELAY from our preferred day, and not sure if they are going to postpone again. Now we wind up two weeks without washer/dryer. If you want to meet a schedule, I DO NOT RECOMMEND using there service at all.

We received our new DW this morning. Our installers, Joaquin and Jesse arrived on time, were dressed nicely and promptly went to work. They worked like clockwork. They were enjoyable to speak with, albeit short conversation because they were here approx only 40 minutes. Joaquin gave me a brief introduction highliting some of the DW´s features. I was very happy and satisfied with them.Our Bellevue sales person Lindsay, was excellent. I even commented to her that it was obvious she really enjoyed her job. The amount of detail she knew was amazing. Additionally, she was cheerful and personable.

Have recently visited two Albert Lee locations, Tukwila and Bellevue. At both locations, service was non-existent. Bellevue location had 8-9 employees in the store. Not one approached or made inquiries with me. I was specifically looking for range hoods for my Miele Range. I was in the building for 15-20 minutes. Tukwila store staff was actually dismissive and rude. My husband and I were directed away from the Miele Ranges and hoods when asked what we were in for. When I stated range hoods, the front desk gal stated that we were headed in the direcrion of Miele and should look at the mid range $ product in the center of the store. Again, we have a Miele Range. We stopped 2 sales associates in a effort to get information. Both men were curt and dismissive. Not going to try again. You lost us.

This was my first experience with Albert Lee and its not been a good one. Our refrigerator arrived with dented doors. They agreed to replace. Our dishwasher arrived damaged in the rear of the unit but we installed it any way. Upon installation it kept getting an error message. A call to their customer service resulted in a an appointment for service that is 17 days in the future. Keep in mind its a brand new unit. According to the store manager no one wants to be an appliance technician. They also wont exchange it. We have not unpacked the range yet. Cant wait for the next surprise.

Rebecca Folkman was great. I called to make sure they had the models in stock that I wanted to see. They had all of them. I showed up 30 minutes later and she took me to the appliances I had called about. She answered all my questions and rang me up quickly. Quick, painless transaction. I had my new appliance 2 days later, installed for free and they even carried away my old one. Happy customer once again. Thanks Rebecca!

We bought a Maytag floor demo refrigerator on 6/29 and were told by the sales associate that he would endeavour to make a quick delivery since we were out of refrigerator before Jul 4. On July 1, after a few phone calls with my wife, I took the initiative to call the sales associate who told me that his promise was only based on delivery cancellation and that we were only scheduled to be delivered on Jul 8. We felt that this was a total misrepresentation at the time of the sale. Anyway, we waited patiently until the 7th when we received an email from dispatch telling us our delivery would be be between 3-5pm. The delivery actually occured after 8 pm after numerous calls we made to drivers who were practically pleading us to postpone delivery since they had a heavy delivery day. It turned out we were the last item on their delivery run. The drivers/delivery people were exceptional but comprehensively tired. It was only because of their ingenuity that they were able to install it but unfortunately due to their tiredness, they installed the freezer door incorrectly. We only noticed this shortly after their departure and this was successfully remedied today by the customer service of the Seattle store. We will NOT ever buy an appliance from Albert Lee Bellevue after this experience. Clearly, if Albert Lee cannot make a simple delivery of a floor model refrigerator on time, how could we expect them to do so on any other project??

Delivery crew had mud on their dolly for moving the new refrigerator, and it looks awful on my white rug. They walked out of my home right over their filthy mess, before I could see their mess. When I called about the problem Albert Lee paid for cleaning--not one but twice. ANd there are still 3 mud spots on the carpet. When I called about the need for a third cleaning, ALbert Lee customer service refused to pay!! Too bad I like the refrigerator, And I need a new refrigerator in a another property. But Ill never buy from ALbert Lee...THe owners response ignores my mentioning the third cleaning attempt mentioned in my review. Albert Lees Customer service rep refused to pay the rug cleaning service.Albert Lee had the choice to rectify the problem and chose decline to rectify their mess. Leaving a dissatisfied customer... and they still dont care to rectify their mess

We bought Miele appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. They were supposed to be delivered on 12/13 last year and after almost 3 months of delay and 4 delivery attempts, were still waiting for some items. Albert Lee either at the warehouse or in our driveway on the day of the delivery found defects--cracks, dents, etc. on the appliance and panels and they were not installed as scheduled. I heard that about 20 AL clients are still waiting for Miele appliances as the delay continues. It may not be a good idea to order Miele appliances until they fix the delivery issues.

Jim Baskett is why I decided to make my purchases for Albert Lee in Bellevue. He took all of the time I needed to make my selections of: Refer, stove top, oven micro wave, dishwasher, washer, dryer and least I forget, a garbage disposal. Mr Baskett made sure I had everything and that it was all delivered without a hitch. I couldnt be happier - until I turned on my garbage disposal. It sounded like a 747 taking off.The Company that manufactures the garbage disposal sent out a rude repair man to put in a new one, just as bad as what he took out. They then would not help at all. Having done their best to ruin my relationship and experience with Albert Lee, thankfully Mr Baskett and Mr. Fernie DelValle stepped in. They corrected everything with the Manufacturer and made certain that I was satisfied.Albert Lee have great people. I will continue to deal with them because of their great staff and product.
