Think twice about purchasing Miele dishwasher in the USA if service is important to you. We had two issues, one when we purchased the appliance and one just recently when a part broke, and both experiences were subpar. The service personnel at Miele direct, when I tried to order the parts, did not listen or understand basic questions and getting parts was slow and difficult. I tried to contact Miele to discuss the issue and they blew me off, so here is a public review that I really did not want to write, but I feel I owe it to future customers.

As much as I love their products their customer support is non existent. I ordered a washer / dryer in December 19 during a rebate event where you would get $200 back and its been 4 months since then and my rebate claim is not yet approved and they dont know when that will happen. Taking that I paid a premium price for the appliances I expected the same level of customer support. I am deeply disappointed. I call this false advertising. Because of this I am not going to recommend their products from now to anyone.

Impressive Experience. As a design professional, I have dealt with many different manufacturers. The Seattle (Bellevue) Miele design team were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Taking a client into this showroom is a pleasant experience. Yes, Miele appliances are very expensive, but quality isnt cheap. They stand up to the best of the best. I do not point a client in a particular direction when selecting appliances for their new home, but I can speak to the products durability as I have had Miele appliances for over 30 years.

Went to the experience center to get more details on Miele appliances. Great place to learn about what distinguishes Miele from other manufacturers and about the array of Miele models and options. The demonstration classes are a bonus to see the appliances in action and sample the delicious results.

Awesome customer service. Jennifer has explained the details of each appliance to us before we made the order of our Miele appliances. The product experience demonstration is a good source to show how to use each appliance in a perfect way.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service from Miele!!! A refrigerator costing $8k stopped cooling after 7 months, then it took Miele about 2 months to try to fix it, still not resolve the problem. They put us wait for their trial-and-error repairs, company’s management doesn’t really care about their customer!!! They don’t even deserve the one star! Never never never buy anything from them!

This one star review is not about my vacuum cleaner ..my Miele vacuum is a 10 star ..this is about their front desk people you are forced to deal with when you buy bags. The most unfriendly unhelpful people that act like you are bothering them when asking any sort of question or need to be rung up for your menial purchase .I thought the first time I was in the woman might have been having a bad day but it was the same crappy response the second and third time I went in for bags and filters .. I am going to be planning ahead and buying my bags online from now on so I dont have to bother them with my annoying presence in their store .I sure will not be buying any products from their store....there are plenty of third party distributors to purchase any of the numerous fantastic products Miele offers .If I owned that store those ladies would be schooled on what customer service actually is .....sorry Miele but my experience at yout store was B A D!

I went to purchase a dishwasher and had a terrible experience. The store representatives are very racist or atleast we were treated that way as they didnt even acknowledge our presence and when asked about anything they did not respond. If there was a possibility of giving a no star I would.

Staff member forgot to unlock the door for an hour during business hours, then didnt apologize for the mistake and lied about why she forgot to unlock the door. Extremely disappointed that a business that sells such high quality goods would employ this type of individual.

You can look at Miele appliances in a no pressure setting, as none of them are available for purchase here. I was referred to Albert Lee to actually make a purchase.I think the attendant mentioned that I could buy a vacuum, but that isnt what I was looking for.
