The Belleville store is the only store I will buy my paints and supplies from! They are extremely helpful and give excellent customer service! Ive used them in the past to do personal projects at my own home and have always been treated great! I have gotten discounted prices for paints and supplies even though I havent had a business account with them since I lived in West Texas in the 90s!! Thats a way to keep a customer for life! I did apartment and condominium make readys in Midland, Texas for 10 years and bought tons of paints and supplies from Sherwin-Williams.... I will not buy paint anywhere else!! You get what you pay for and their paints are the Best in my opinion.Highly recommended to others for all your home or business needs!!

Not impressed. Went to Home Depot.

Not happy at all. Told the associate to hold on for a second while I make a call before I buy anything.Got off the phone and told them I didn’t need to buy it and she told me “Well I already mixed the paint. You have to buy it.”Yeah okay. Not happy at all and this is my first time buying from any Sherwin-Williams. Will no longer do business with them.

BOUGHT ONE OF THEIR BEST PAINTS TO HAVE TRIM ON HOUSE PAINTED. THE PAINTED DOORS ARE HORRIBLE AND SWELLED LIKE THEY WERE SNAKE BIT. SHERWIN WILLIAMS SENT OVER A DIFFERENT PAINT AND HAD MY PAINT CO. SAND AND REPAINT THE DOORS. (SHERWIN NEVER PAID THEM). SAME RESULT. SHERWIN HAD PERFECTION PAINT CO. COME OUT AND REDO THE DOORS. SAME RESULT. DOORS WERE SO SWOLLEN ALL SUMMER THEY WERE UNUSABLE. REP FROM SHERWIN CAME OUT AND CLAIMED WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS MESS. THAT WAS IN JUNE. KYLE THE MGR. FROM SHERWIN TOLD ME LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO REPLACE THE DOORS. I WILL KNOW TOMARROW, TOMARROW NEVER CAME EVEN THO THEY SENT OUT WILKE DOORS TO MEASURE NOW THEY CLAIM THE BID WAS TOO HIGH!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN SINCE APRIL TRYING TO GET MY DOORS DONE. STILL IF I LEAVE THE DOORS CLOSED SEVERAL DAYS YOU CANT GET THEM TO OPEN. THE PAINT IS STILL NOT DRY ITS TACKY AND CAN BE RUBBED OFF WITH MY FINGER!SHERWIN WILLIAMS NEVER DID ANYTHING I HAD TO PAY TO GET MY DOORS (6) STRIPPED AND REPAINTED! NEVER MEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!
