This was my first time to visit that store. They had exactly what we needed. Costumer service was great also.

I am in this store almost every day. The folks that work here are awesome. Most of the time they have what I need and if they dont it will be in on Tuesdays truck.

I love this place. Ive purchased plumbing and electrical elements, various tools, yard tools, and gardening supplies. The staff are friendly and very customer service oriented, everytime I visit. The staff will either locate an item, or offer to order it, if l cant find what I need. I also like scanning my ACE rewards card, because then they call me by name; it makes me feel welcomed. Though Id venture to say theyll know my name, by my face, pretty soon; I visit often.I especially enjoy poking around in the sale aisles and bins. For example, l purchased 240lbs (in 40lb bags) for $10 today.Lowes used to be my #1 go-to because of the military discount; the only draw back of ACE, because they dont have one (😉, hint hint ACE).Thank you ACE hardware, for making everything so EASY!

Received great customer service here. I was so glad that they had what I needed. Great inventory, well stocked Hardware Store.

Stopped by to get marigold starts. The price and selection were so good I left with several 4pks of marigolds, tomatoes and peppers! May stop by again after I plant what I have. The 4pk annual starts are $1.59. They had larger single plants for $2.99...which is a better buy than all the big box stores who seem to not care as much for their plants.

I always have a good experience here. This West Belleville store has that Hometown Hardware feel to it. A very knowledgeable staff on hand to assist you. A very good assortment of hardware and tools to keep your home or business running. They also refill empty propane tanks 7 days a week.

CJ an African American young man was so helpful, knowledgeable, in assisting me in the store. I asked his name so I could say who helped me .He politely said maam we dont do that here. The staff was really polite and the store was nearly organized and you could easily locate stuff .I highly recommend this store.

I was working on a do-it-yourself project at home. I needed the tool that cut mirrors. I called the store and ask if they had one in stock. They told me they had it. I went to the store and I picked it up the lines were moving really quickly and I got my tool. I was in and out just like that. staff was very friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact the young man walked with me to were the tools. Also he asked if I needed anything additional. I was very satisfied with my service

Great rewards program!! Doesn’t matter if you have your rewards card or not. Will look up your account using your ph# @ the register. Very helpful in locating what your looking for!! If not in stock? Will order and ship from another store, or the main warehouse in a timely manner, and call you when it comes in. My vote for “Best in quality” of both product and service.

A little pricey for what I needed, however, the location was very convenient from where I was coming from; there, all in all, I probably broke even with the cost.

I HAD two flat tires on my wheelbarrows and needed them to finish my yardwork. The young man that waited on me was very helpful and courteous.I was very impressed with his calm demeanor and helping ways! Today I had two flat tires on my wheelbarrow and Stephanie was very helpful and inflating them for me so I could get my yard work done today since I am off work
