I dont know what I would do without this store. All I have to do is walk inside and someone will come and help me.Forget about big Box stores. This is the place for great service and good prices.

I went to Ace to get some shorter screws needed to complete a project. The knowledgeable staff easily helped me select the needed anchors. Ace is also the best place to get keys copied...if you want them to work. A great asset to the Belleville area.

They have alot of things in their store. I went in there looking for a flusher for the toilet bowl. They had that, and so much more. I did not expect it to be even half the size. It looks small from the road, but is huge when inside.Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and know what they are talking about. Would recommend.♿ Handicap accessable

I love going here and supporting a local small business. Help is always available to answer your home improvement selections. While this place isn’t a massive Lowe’s, you’ll find they have a great variety of things and can cover 99% of your hardware store trips.

I am 58 and auto immune compromised....as I walk into this store, which is an older store and small isles....not one employee is wearing a face mask. Most of the customers are not either. No arrows in the small isles. Only precautions where taped X at the check out. As I was leaving, a customer walked in and said darn, turned around to obviously go back to her car to get her mask. An employee standing by the door saw this. He told her.she did not need to go back to her car, that he is not making customers wear masks. I did call.all stores had been sent protective equipment. But, unfortunately all stores are independently owned. So I guess this particular ace does not at all care.about the protection amd health of their customers!!!

Very neat,clean and organized. Almost one stop for all. Customer service was polite and very helpful. Prices are a little hi on select items. All around was a good shop.

I love this place. Friendly helpful folk. I know its part of a franchise but it doesnt feel like it. I feel like I am going to the neighborhood hardware store my dad took me to when I was a kid. They have everything you need.There is no penny candy or grab bags for the kids, though. I think they need to get on that. 😊

This store reminds me of the old family stores. They walk around d asking if you need help. Its make the shopping experience nicer when the people are genuine. The have just about anything you need. The pricing is very comparable to the big box stores.

I have been shopping at Home Brite Ace Hardware since 1999, and wish I could give them 10 stars! I live close, and my house is over a century old, so you can imagine what fun I always have, repairing or replacing one thing or the other! When I go to Ace, Im like a kid in a candy shop. First of all, they have literally everything I ever need, and then some! --and at the same competitive prices you pay at the huge stores that you have to walk a mile to get from one end to the other. Second, you dont have to put out an APB to find an employee--they always, always approach me the minute they see me. What great customer service!! They genuinely want to sell the items on their shelves! Third, If they dont carry an item, they always suggest another place where you can get it-(I needed a car cover one time.) Fourth, when I am working on a project, that I have to sort of jerry-rig, they always help with great suggestions to make things fit like a glove. Its like having your own handy man right there in the store. The guys at Ace really show that they care about their customers. I hope they stay open forever! Thanks, guys!
