Easily the worst UPS store. Wont answer the phone when you call the store. Awful. Would be nice to be able to get ahold of somebody...since you supposedly have my very expensive, very important package...

This has been the best UPS Store I have ever been to! The staff is so sweet and thoughtful. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my needs. My father passed so I needed a notary. Mary helped me and was so understanding during a time when I was fragile. Her kind words helped me through that day and plenty of others since I didnt have a working printer/scanner at the time. Everyone who has helped me has been amazing. I just left again and overheard a worker crying because of how mean someone was to her. It really broke my heart. These people are braving Covid, taking chances with their lives to make a little money and deal with other peoples problems. They do not deserve our anger at Amazon policies or whatever. I will always come here and give a smile and leave with a bigger one because its free to be nice.

I went to this location with a package emergency and the staff promptly and professionally took the absolute best care of me, while also ensuring every detail was correct! Will be coming to this location for all of my shipping needs!

Franchise is a ripoff. Tried to charge me double for something go to ship off to someone who’ve I’ve previously shipped to. Same product and everything and this location wanted to charge double for what I paid for shipping just two months prior. Go to a distribution center shipping is cheaper there.Update* 03/15/21Unfortunately this franchise is outright lying to their customer about them being the same price as a distribution center. Went to the one in Saint Louis to ship the SAME product it was $25.58. This franchise was going to charge me over $32 dollars.I have also sent a formal complaint to UPS notifying the false advertisements that this particular location is doing.

This store is the best. They have been SO busy during covid, and are still friendly and wonderful to deal with. The owners and employees are top notch. If you would like to go to a store with a friendly, caring staff in a nice clean environment, then you are at the right place. AND they even smile at you!! Try them once. You will be a customer for life.

The staff greeted me and took care of my Amazon returns except for two products. I was told I must get a correct UPC code for two out of the six boxes brought in to return. Long story short, Amazon said I was misdirected and should not have had any issue using the one UPC CODE to return both items together. They also have about 3 handicap parking spaces and other than that, parking spaces are limited. It was okay. I really like our home delivery person but my experience at the store was meh. It was ok.

One day shipping turned into 3 weeks. Common UPS get it together some people cant sit around all day everyday for nothing.

Not a very friendly environment. Mary shouldnt be in a customer service atmosphere to say the least. $3 bucks for 1 copy of 1 page listed as computer use, so I pay her to look at her computer screen to print on page? Wow!!

When I walked in I was greeted very politely by Mariah. She walked me through all my options and was very knowledgeable about her job. The store was very clean and well-organized. I will always use this store for all my shipping and printing.

We purchased insurance to cover an item we shipped. The item was broken in transit and we reimbursed our customer their purchase price as well as the cost of shipping. After filing a claim based on the insurance we purchased, we were told the claim would not be paid because the recipient of the package discarded it and UPS could not inspect it.Strongly encourage you not to waste your money buying insurance from UPS. They will not honor their end of the deal and will find a reason not to pay the claim. The owner of this location wanted to argue about the claim, before we even knew if it would be paid by the insurance carrier. Quite unprofessional.Best advise I can give you is skip this store and ship your package somewhere else, or better yet, with the US Postal Service.

I dont know if everyone here quit or just quit caring. No answer on phone. Mailbox is full, which I didnt know was possible in 2020. Just sad for such a big corporation. I guess Ill just wait and hope my package gets here one day.

The store is always stocked with what I need to send a package. Those I send to are appreciative the contents are packed so well and always arrive in perfect condition. While utilizing a prepaid UPS Ground label to return 4 items to Amazon the Owners of the store told me that since I only had one label only one package could be shipped. The Amazon Label had all 4 items under the same tracking number.The Male owner started giving me a lecture stating Amazon is trying to SCREW the little guy and is costing them money by not having 4 separate shipping labels. He was making me pay the price of what ever issues he has with Amazon Prime customers. I asked the owner if I received additional tracking numbers from Amazon that he could print out new labels so all items could be shipped. He said he could do that but would cost me $4 a label.I would need to go home and print them out and come back up. He was not interested in helping a current customer / future customer resolve a shipping issue... only interest was to collect his money. He said his equipment is not free to use and would not help me (in a very snippy tone).He was not interested in keeping my business an said if I didnt like it.. find somewhere else to ship my packages.Any owner that would rather send current and future business to a competitor is not someone I would want to be part of my Parent Company of UPS. No attempts were made to assist me in any way. He was only interested in making money.I WILL NEVER UTILIZE UPS STORE NUMBER 1727 EVER AGAIN. I will spread this horrible review to as many people as possible.Reason of review: Poor customer service.Preferred solution: I want an apology for the poor customer service..I didnt like: Poor customer assistance and service from the owner.

AMAZING UPS store!!! This is a family run business that welcomes you and goes above and beyond for you everytime you go in there! Just this morning I forgot to put in return authorization form in my box and they said for me to just email the form and they would take care of the rest. No double trips !!!! It was my fault I forgot the form but they went the extra mile so wouldnt have to. How that for service!!!! Go there---you will not be disappointed!

Every time I have visited the store they provide great customer seevice. The workers are always polite & acknowledge their customers upon entrance which is rare nowadays in many places. After finding out this was independently owned & opperated I decided to do all my business there because we need to keep good people along with stores in our community!!

My overall experience with this store continues to be STELLAR!!!! Tom and MaryBeth are excellent, along with the staff they employ. As a small business owner, I must rely on other people sometimes. Working with this store/team is one of the most reliable parts of my business structure. This was a wise decision on my part!

I drive a good distance to go here, worth it!!!! Ive been going here for. Over 6 years I drive over 30 minutes each direction..just to say use them for all my shipping and packing. Professional business and employees are worth the drive to Me!

DISRESPECTFUL and think she no it all. I had a paper that needed notarized and she wouldnt do it cause she rude. I had call and explain to her what I need and I needed it back in 2 days it was Thursday night n Christmas was Monday. Why I didnt get it back until that next Thursday cause she didnt send it out till Saturday night. God dont like ugly if you hate your job quit and stop making people life miserable and playing like you didnt no what Ithey be saying.

This place is abolutely amazing! I had an unusual problem with a package I was trying to get returned to myself. I was working with Mary and she admitted that she did not know how to solve my problem but said she would figure it out. Within a couple hours she had solved the issue and my package was on its way back to me. This UPS store has outstanding customer service. I will be using them exclusively for all my shipping needs.

I have used the services at several UPS stores in the past, but this location far exceeded my expectations for customer service, etc. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the store itself was super nice..modern look, very clean, etc. Although this location is a little further from my house, its worth the extra drive! Will only go here from now on.

An insulting experience. I was told that there would be a dollar charge to put one piece of packing tape across my Amazon return package. The lady there was very rude and sarcasticky said we have a business to run here.After I returned from putting my own tape on the package, before I could apologize for my tone earlier, she rudely said that Im sure you get paid for what you do for a living. She then pointed to a tiny printout on the counter and said this is Amazons return shipping policy.I very well may use UPS in the future but I will never return to this store!

Rude. Misunderstanding. Knowitall worker. Would not hear me out that I just moved here so my address on my ID was from my previous address. My name on package and name on ID matched. Yet, my invoice sheet had not been filled out completely by the UPS man. (not MY fault) I work nights and stayed up to wait until they were open for them to ruin my morning. Go to another store and avoid this. How in the world would I be lying and trying to pick up someone elses package when Im new in the area and I clearly know my own address. Just fyi if you didnt know ... People can send their friends a package that they purchased online, therefore the store would be the sender and the customer would be my friend and NOT ME. Pretty straightforward.

Crappy. My email said I would get my box by end of day and by 8pm at night I still have not got my box. Very upset when I have canceled my plans to make sure I got my box. Date was set and said it was going to be delivered. And when its like that then they need to make sure people get there stuff defiantly when they will be gone all weekend long.

Seriously, a dollar charge for 2 cents worth of cheap packing tape. Use any other shipping outlets before going here if you need a little tape to seal your box up. What a rip off artist these people are!
