4th time getting one my big packages stolen which were indeed a PS5. I dropped off so many PS5s and some of them manage to go through and some manage to go missing mysteriously. The owners know very well that I resell stuff and often time hype me up. I feel as if they tamper with the packages and try to steal what is there. Its honestly a joke, the owners manage to try to steal packages. As any UPS is owned individually and do not need to go by UPS standards, they can operate as is. Its absolute joke how they do people these days.

The store is unbelievable they wanted to charge me $1.00 for a 4 inch piece of tape, how miserable do you have to be charge to charge a dollar for a 4 inch piece of tape when you’re already paying enough for shipping, definitely unacceptable!

This location is the absolute worst, and I would advise anyone that lays eyes on this review to avoid this establishment at any cost. I dropped a package (Playstation 5) off here on 3/20/21 to have it shipped to a friend in California. I was charged around $100, and entrusted the employees here to have my package shipped safely and in accordance with UPSs standards. The label was created on 3/22 (the following Monday), however there was no additional tracking activity for another 4 business days. I called the location, and was given an explanation that they had a relatively new computer system, and that packages were frequently lost at this location (what?). I felt that the explanation that I was given was nonsensical, so I made a return visit to the establishment in person. Once there, I encountered the individual that originally rang up my shipment, and he stated that he had no recollection of me ever shipping a package (Me? I shipped your package?). This is highly doubtful, as it was a Playstation 5, a very recognizable item. After insisting that I had indeed shipped my package at this UPS Store, he miraculously began to recollect me being there. I demanded an explanation as to where my package was, and was met with blank stares. Another individual, a Hispanic employee, attempted to calm the situation by telling me I understand why you feel the way you do, my n****. I was appalled that this man thought that he was familiar enough with me to use a racial epithet in front of a store filled with customers, and let him know to not speak to me in that manner. After some time, the employees allowed me to view surveillance video of the time that the label for my package was allegedly created (3/22 @ 8:15 PM EST). Miraculously, when the video reached that time, it immediately went blank and showed no activity in the store. This leads me to believe that this video was tampered with, and that I was shown the video in a a false attempt to ease my suspicions. I called the cops to the location, but there was nothing that they could do. I insisted that the employee who rang up my package trigger an investigation with UPS to determine the location of my package. The next day, after the investigation had been triggered, my package was miraculously picked up by a Lyndhurst, NJ driver according to the updated tracking data. Coincidence? I think not. Sadly, there has been no additional tracking information since then, and it appears that my package has mysteriously disappeared from existence. Based on the sequence of events, it is my belief that due to the value and popularity of the PS5, the employees at the UPS Store in Belleville attempted to keep the item. When I appeared in-person to investigate, I believe that they knew I was not a customer that would simply walk away quietly, and were spooked into shipping my package. I would not put it past these employees to collude with the Lyndhurst UPS Drivers to somehow get my package to disappear. If this is not the case, then my package was stolen by a UPS Lyndhurst driver after an attempted theft by the UPS Store employees.Please note that the UPS Stores are independently owned stores. They have no obligation to uphold the standard of UPS, as evidenced by this stores actions. DO NOT trust this location with anything of significant value. Every last employee at this location is rude, untrustworthy scum that I am sure will receive their appropriate karma.

THE WORST!!!!!!! Closes as they wish not complying with the UPS hours... wants to take a full hour lunch.... having people waiting outside freezing. Super unprofessional. Will contact corporate office!

This is my go-to location for the last 4 years. Great service! All my packages arrive on time...and if UPS is having a slowdown that will affect delivery, like around the holidays, they let me know upfront. They even keep a record of the addresses I frequently mail too. Works for me.

Best UPS Store in North Jersey.The Asian owner and his white dad are very nice people.I enjoy shipping and recieving my packages.I also have a mailbox with them for only $99/year..what a bargain and what a great people to do business with.

Update: After few terrible experiences with items and bad review, They Spoke with my grandmother and explained how stressful the winter season was, with covid and holiday season making things extremely hard. They are committed to improving the user experience and begin more professional also they heard my complaints which I apricate as a long time customer
