I avoid Walmart as much as possible but this location is closest to my home. It is very frustrating to navigate parking, crowds only to find it closed when your site and voicemail stated it is open!!Not directed to the manager here; Kristine awesome and is always so helpful! Just wish there was a way to know if the kiosk is going to be open!

Woman behind the desk was very kind and willing to help. Explained each step of the process and now this is my go to place. Very convenient as well. Never has a line.

Went in to drop of packages. Girl working the counter very nice and helpful. Manager who butted in was very rude. Asked for some extra tape on my box. I was told only need 3 strip was what it needs. She trying to sell me packing material. When she finally did put the extra tape on she scoffed and was rude. I was polite and only wanted a simple request of extra tape.
