I can tell pretty popular place. Seems everyone loves this. Have no major issue except day we went seemed ice cream/soft serve melted very quickly. Other that that things were awesome.

Cheap, delicious ice cream. The menu is large and even has some seasonal items. Service is usually quick. Wait times are short. This place is a well-known local spot and the people who run it have been doing it for probably thousands of years, as far as I can tell. I love this place.

Cheap and wonderful ice cream. Most painful part about it, the menu is split into 30+ random pictures and post it notes spread evenly over over a wall. That makes it hard to figure out what you want, but if you can it is worth it.

Simply went and got a shake and concrete and asked the man to put caramel on top and he got an attitude and walked away running his mouth and slammed our icecream on the counter. I just moved down the road and this is the first and last time I will ever come here. Very rude service. Highly unrecommnded

A little too ghetto for my tastes. Outside looks sketchy and inside is ancient. Ice cream is also but technically closer than the grocery stores. The actual ice cream is no better than anything you can get in the store for a lot cheaper

Our neighborhood ice cream shop! My siblings and I would go here so much the lady would front us and we would bring the money the next day because she KNEW we were coming lol. With 3+ kids under 10 several times, she was super patient and sweet always. The guy can be grumpy but we appreciate him also for being prompt. They have better prices than their competitors in the area. Cash only! But my 3 siblings and I can all get what we want for about $10. We LOVE ice cream heaven 💗

Great time, location, ice cream and owners. I can never complain about the price, they give you a lot. Not much for gourmet selection, but many soft serve ice cream varieties. Worth the visit for folks who have never been here yet! Oh yeah, always bring cash, thats all the accept.

Here’s the thing. I have been coming here for years and appreciate the owners. I’ve never had a bad experience. However, I recently visited to get my usual twist cone when I observed not one single mask or glove in sight (on the owners who were serving the ice cream). The wife of this husband and wife duo served my husband a milkshake placing her bare hands on the straw where his mouth would go. I just feel like, whether you are a staunch believer in the dangers of the pandemic or not, you should exercise some elevation in food safety. Though I love this place, I will not be going back.

We just moved to the area and discovered Ice Cream Heaven. What a great treat. Generous soft serve portions. The couple running the stand are friendly and helpful. This is the best way to end a day in the summer. Its obviously well liked judging by the full parking lot and lots of people there in the evenings.

We LOVE their ice cream. Especially the chocolate ice cream in a waffle bowl with marshmallow topping...so yummy. My husband and I have been counting down the days until they reopen in the spring. Their chocolate soft serve ice cream reminds me of a fudgesicle. I love the icy rich chocolate flavor and texture of it. Their ice cream is far superior to Dairy Queen. Their prices are VERY reasonable and they give you a BIG portion. Lots of variety too...soft serve, scoop ice cream, concretes, sundaes, malts, shakes, swirled cones...etc.

If I could zero stars, I would. I was at the store before the closing of the night and they refused to even acknowledge me. They avoiding all eye contact and then proceeding to look around and laugh at me. It wasn’t until I threatened to give bad reviews until they pointed to the sign rudely.

The soft serve vanilla was yummy, the portion of my sundae was amazing, but the low quality brownie was disappointing. The customer service was good as they were patient with us new customers as we navigated the menu and the treats came out quickly. Give them a shot and see what you think!

The customer service was rude. I welcomed them to the neighborhood and the guy waiting on me just snarled and grunted didnt say thanks or anything he didnt even smile. Then my daughter went there and the woman got sassy with her for having change to pay for her order. Not a way to do business. I wont go back and I will tell my friends.

Didnt expect the brownie concrete to just be a cosmic brownie blended up in vanilla ice cream... for almost $4 for a medium. The man that works there must have been having a bad day or something because he acted like I was being a nuisance for asking questions about the different ice cream flavors they had. Not a good first impression, not coming back.

The people at this business just talk down to my mom. I called for my mom to just come on to the car. That really made the man mad. He told my mom that I was calling her to the car so she wouldnt buy anything. I took a picture of the address so I can report them to the better business bureau. The man then started taking pictures of me while I was sitting in my car. They are really unfriendly. I wouldnt even give this business the one star.
