I didnt want to give you any stars, but it wont post until I chose one. I have spoken with Shane at least 3-5 (maybe more) regarding measuring my backyard. I am looking for a company where I can purchase turf, and have the same company deliver and install. Shane told me on more than one occasion that he would either be at my house on Friday or Saturday. he refused to pinpoint a specific time, which made me Leary. I called and spoke to a few other people about my situation and have gotten no positive results. I am a real estate associate in the Hudson county area and have sold properties in belleville. I know a lot of people that look for landscape companies and you can be assured that I WILL NOT recommend your company.Shane never showed up. never gave me a courtesy call to tell me he DID NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB. If this is the type of employee you hire, I think you need to reassess how you interview people.On Friday when I spoke to Shane he was measuring a truck, and complained about his two children being sick. we all have sick children, you make concessions, when you are at work.BY THE WAY. I am going to my original choice.if you really care

I can’t thank the guys at Landscape Supply enough. We had a project in mind but honestly that’s all it was, an idea. It was a little overwhelming, so I called and asked for help. They talked me through the process and not only explained everything, but designed and created an amazing back yard ready for the summer. Highly recommend.

Came in this afternoon and unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. However, the owner took the time to view a picture of what I was after and advise me as to where I could find the product. Customer service like that is hard to find and I’ll be sure to consider them in any landscaping projects I have going forward.

Tremendous service and response time. We have ordered several deliveries through CLI and they are always timely and deliver a superior product to the other department stores like Home Depot.
