Hate is a strong word. We did like they dont back up their service. They say that fix your problem, then when it does work after driving for to miles or a day they say its a new problem or that need to be addressed. They need to offer some of your money back. Also, the manager/ owner need better people skills.

I thought this place was great until they totally got over on me. They told me what was wrong with my car and also the total it’ll cost to have it working properly again($2000). I paid the deposit $600 for them to start working on it. Two weeks later I hadn’t heard from them so I gave them a call, they told me that when they took my motor out they discovered I needed a motor. I told them that I don’t want to get a new motor so I’ll just come to pick my car up, I asked how much do I owe you for the work you’ve already done, they said the $600 covered that. So then they told me that I have to pay them to put my motor back in ($1400)! Why would I have to pay to put a motor back in that you all took out? If I was told that I needed a motor when they first check my car then I would’ve told them not to work on it, but I was given a total different list on what I needed to get fixed. So my car is currently still sitting at their shop without the motor! Worst place I’ve ever been to! Horrible customer service period!

Had some work done to my vehicle there told her my budget not only did they meet my budget I actually stayed under and when I brought another car to have her diagnose it and I couldnt afford to have it fixed after putting in many hours of Labor diagnosing it she didnt charge me a dime great mechanics wonderful customer service would definitely recommend this place

I went in to get my timing belt replaced and left with a check engine light on. I didn’t even have a check engine light on when I went in. Took the car back and said it would cost another $300 to fix. Got it “fixed” left again with the same code they said they “fixed”. Took it in again with the same check engine code and they told me it was something else. I will never go back there again. Worst service I have ever had.
