Showed up in the morning and all bays were open. Came to get just one tire replaced. No rotation, no alignment, just a tire mounting. Took them over an hour to pull my car in, bringing in multiple other cars arriving after me, and FINISHING them before even pulling mine in. Then my car sat in the bay for over another hour before they even came out to get a tire off the rack for it. Theres no excuse for this low of level of service.

Great tires at a great price. I would recommend Walmart auto care center.

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent workers! First time going in years and will not be returning. The “manager’s ” customer service was horrible. They don’t know their job. There was another car/customer stuck there because they were supposed to be fixing something small on the car and ended up causing a whole different issue. The car was stuck there and wouldn’t move. I should have taken that as a sign. I listened to how they spoke with customers before me as well and it was not professional. Apparently taking care of other workers that just clocked out was more important as well. The whole experience was a mess. Never again.

Never answer their phone and half the time they close early

Very good service I have been taking my car here for over a year now and I never have any issues. Cheap prices for oil changes, balance and rotation, tires and more. Waiting time is very minimal and they are always willing to help.

This is a good place to get your tires maintained for cheap. Service times can be long so arrive early in the day if possible. This shop is only capable of performing routine maintenance.

Took 1 wheel in to get a new tire put on, waited over 2 hrs. After my second inquiry into the status of the tire, I was told its been sitting back there for a while now. Communication with customers seems to be an issue here. I would have had no problems had I been informed that it was going to take a while. The first time I asked what the status was I was told your tire is up next, I then waited another hour only to find out it had been done for a while. I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for service.

Quick and easy. Never been to Walmart Auto but worth it for cheap tires. Dont expect them to do major car work. Simple things 👌

I dropped a tire off to get patched. They told me there is a 5 hour wait! Luckily I live close but that is insane. I understand they have scheduled appointments for much more extensive work but not working in patching a tire is crazy. Part two of my review. The next day I took the same Tire to Dobbs and they patched it. I would not take a tire to Walmart to get patched.

Got a set of 4 new tires here. The tires were fine, but the balancing I paid for was clearly not done. I had to have them all rebalanced and it cost me an extra $100. DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTO CARE

Every time Ive attempted to get my car serviced here, theres always been a wait of 3 or more hours. I went yesterday prepared to wait. It took about 2.5 hours. I got an oil change and two tires. They were supposed to fix my tire sensor but did not. They didnt mention not fixing it. I noticed the tire sensor light was still on when i got in the car, but I was too tired after that long wait to deal with them again.

I needed a tire repaired or replaced Thanksgiving morning before my shift started, and these guys got me in and out on the road in the time frame necessary. They were courteous and professional - I will go back. Thank you Curtis and Ron!

Their scanners didnt produce the right size engine from the VIN (came up with 4.0 or 6.3, the Silverado is a 5.3), after already waiting for the three hours we begrudgingly accepted, they said itd be another hour for the oil change. The manager on duty, Fridge, has all of the techs working one car at a time instead of spreading them out. Debbie was kind and seems like she has enough experience, however I cant help but notice they have her acting as a Secretary more than anything. Her and Fridge were talking trying to get his opinion on an ETA for the Silverado, and for some reason he kept talking about a Toyota until she almost visibly snapped.$39.98 for full synthetic, I would have rather went to Valvoline to pay $80 just so its be done in a timely manner.There are no cars in line right now, and theyre still giving people hours.

Everything was fine until, I had to wait because somehow they could not ring out my order for the car! Already had been waiting for 2 hours! Had to wait another 20 mins for someone to come back from lunch

They told me I had an hour and a half wait for an oil change. I just spent near four hours of my life at Walmart.... and had people who had arrived before me serviced. But that I could all understand. But the lack of customer service or apology is what really bothers me. Along with the auto staff not ignologing me what so ever while I waited. Not to mention I had come to get my oil changed prior and they turned me away ....which okay no big deal but they had an hour left to do it and was only servicing one car at the time ........ so basically if you want to waste your whole day and enjoy being treated like garbage go here.

I was there to get two new tires. I was the first one there. They took of the two passenger tires since they were the worst ones. They put the new ones on the passenger side. Not on the front and move the front one to the back. When my husband called to question why you would do that, they said they were not allowed to move any other tires because of the low tread depth. Fine! Problem being is no one notified me that they couldnt move tires and now I have to offset tires. Why was I not asked what I wanted to do? I didnt know they couldnt move the front one. Absolutely ridiculous! We will never return.

We needed ONE tire, was told it would be 3-4 hours and they would call me. Showed up 30 minutes before they closed (4.5 hours) because I hadn’t received a call. It still wasn’t done. The service manager was terrible. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Darnell who helped us was super friendly and helpful.

I believe this shop is under new management. Theyre doing a great job. The manager went above and beyond to help us with a concern after we got our oil changed. Thank you!!

Great staff, super friendly, I honestly cant say enough good things aboutthis place. They stayed a little late to make sure I got all 4 of my RV tires changed out and back on the road.

I got four new tires six months ago with the warranty. I had a slow leek in tire so took up there. I wanted a patch cause the tires are still good and have life in them. The lady who took tire from me said they shine able to patch it if not I whoukd be prorated for new tire and pay difference.i get call last night that they couldn’t fix it so it was 50$ or more for new prorated tire. They were closed when told me that so I went up there this morning and asked for my rim and tire back. There was a tiny nail size hole they COULDT PATCH... I went to Rowan tire in Belleville in 10 mins tire was fixed and paid 20$. Also the many at auto center had a big adduite and was rude... I WILL NEVER GO TO WALMART FOR ANY AUTO STUFF AGAIN ITS SIMPLY THEY TRIED TO TIP ME OFFI was shown how big the hole wAs at place I took it and they said there no reason any auto place that dose tires couldn’t fix it

Took truck in for oil change and tire rotation, was told it would be about two hours. Checked on it when it was time only to find out they had it outside but hadnt done tire rotation. Had to wait another hour. 3 hrs to get truck done. Grrr.

I went in because my battery kept dying and I desperately needed it fixed that day. I was told they would run a stress test to see what the problem was and just replace the battery if it was the problem. They obviously didnt run the test they said theyd run and just replaced the battery without checking if it was the problem because a month later my brand new battery died. They didnt bother to call me back about it being ready and when I called them four hours later they hung up on me. When I went to pick it up it took forever for someone to come check me out and then the conversation going on between the two people working the counter was more important than anything I tried to say. They lost my car keys and I had to show them which were mine. They told me that Id been told I needed a new tire which was completely false. I was told I needed the ball joint on that wheel replaced. All in all, they completely screwed everything up and Im stuck dealing with a dead battery again because they didnt do their job.

They get the cars done in a reasonable time, but take forever to get everybody reconnected with their vehicle. Had to have a customer ask for additional assistance. Wont be doing going back again.

Slow not enough workers the workers are great but Walmart needs to hire more people so they can keep up with the demand. Shouldnt need to wait 2plus hours for oil change with empty Bays because theres no one to work them

I was happy to get a new battery today. When I woke up this morning I didnt know this would be on my books today to do.

They dont have enough staff. Consistent 2-4 hour wait times. Poorly managed.

I was the second customer to arrive at 7:15am for a oil change and tire rotation...Services weren’t completed until after 9:30am. Usually windshield washer fluid is refilled with services and it wasn’t. Car was not vacuumed completely and oil from the employees shoes were on the floor of my driver side. Ron was very kind and professional and everyone else that I encountered, but time management is horrible.

Once again, Mr. Walmart, I was done in by your store! I intended, early this morning, to buy just one item but was turned away by an employee who informed me that there were no check-out counters open! (And I could see there werent!) AND that I HAD to use the express area! But there was no one there to help me either! So I left my item and walked away, fuming!What is happening to the service-profession these days? Was your employee simply mis-informed or just plain stupid? Or am I the foolish one?I am planning on NOT returning to your store anytime soon! I went down the road and got what I wanted at Schnucks! It seems to me that Walmart is too big, too uncaring and too full of B.S.! Goodbye Walmart, hello any place else!

No service at all. Stay away. Tried twice to get tire changed. Always had minority workers too lazy to do it. Made excuses. Both times diff women who were black.

Auto center took way too long for a simple oil change due to being understaffed. We were considering tires later this month but seeing it took the guy in front of us over an hour for tires we will reconsider. Very disappointed. But really.... Do you even care about my opinion?

This place needs a manager, twice tried to get my oil changed. First Time Pulled in at 530 PM Told By the women THAT WAS Walking Away Like She was to busy to stop it was a two hour wait. Then she told me after I had to ask they closed at 7 pm.Next day stopped no one on lot went inside told the lot person was the writer. Explainef no one on lot told you need to see lot writer, then said she had to go to lunch.
