I was looking for a hair product and a young woman asked me what I was looking for. I wish I knew her name. I’ll visit this store again because of her. She was genuinely wanting to help. Hats off to her. We love shopping in the Bedford NH Target.

I would give more stars if I could!!! Customer service was, and is always amazing there! Products are great, and prices are greater. I mean, this is a target, what would expect?

My family purchased 3 VRs today, with help from an A+ employee. Jeff in electronics, was not only patient with us (on the phone and in person), but kind and VERY knowledgeable. I dont go to Target often, but I might start to and I will start using this Target instead of Hooksett because of such a great experience. Thanks Jeff!

Not a place to do my daily shopping and this is a prime example of why I shop elsewhere. We in to pick up an item o bought online. So figured why I was there I would grab a few items for the birthday party we are attending tomorrow. I grab a few toys that were in the clearance alsie. Go and cash out and they didnt come up on clearance so I had to go to guest services. I explain that 1 toys came up the right price but the other 2 didnt she says well thats 15% I said ok I understand that but it 50 to 70% off. She says well can you go take a picture and show me. Sure I can but why wouldnt you send someone who works there to go look? I just took my overpriced items and left. No customer service and lazy people. This is exactly why I shop at Walmart and other stores.

I just left the store and didnt make my purchase because there was one cashier lane open. Noon on a Friday and one cashier lane is open. What a joke!

Target is ready for the Holidays! Something for everyone in November before Black Friday. Im pleased with how orderly and tighty thie store is. Happy with the multiple selection of items to buy here. One thing ! Get more Xmas Tshirts!

The worst company I’ve ever worked for DO NOT WORK HERE!! 13 other coworkers and me up and quit this location from there Starbucks they treat there staff like garbage and are extremely unprofessional. The management at this location does not represent targets values at all. This location has caused major stress on there staffs mental health they don’t care about you so please please do not work at this location! I personally worked here for 6 months but my other co workers have worked there for years and recently up and left because of how poorly they treated us. Good luck to anyone who decides to work under this locations management.

Dont buy a bike from this store! They assemble it horribly and the gears cease up but they wont take it back! Making me jump thru hoops with the manufacturer.

Went in to buy literally two items and they bagged them separately and only handed me one of the bags. Did not get my second item :(

It was super easy and convenient. The items were already by the drive up number when I arrived. The sales associate was waiting there with a smile and was extremely courteous. He even put my stuff in the trunk so I didn’t need to do anything! Would definitely recommend this if you have kids as it’s hard to drag them around the store. Neither myself nor my daughter had to get out of the car!

Generally the same as with other Targets, only that it has a nicer view being up on a big hill.. Has a Starbucks. Friendly staff. Nice selection of products.Update: June, 2020, Saturday; Areas of the store look picked through though most of the store shelves looked stocked. Mens shoes isle was unimpressive. No sneakers, just shoes and loafers. Clothing section was ok. Starbucks near entrance. Parking lot still has a nice view. Isles arent marked with arrows or signs like Market Basket or Walmart. I dont mind.Update: Sunday afternoon, December 2020; Facemask required. Wifi and curbside pickup available.

Nicely put together store and well stocked. We visited the Bedford Target because the Targets closer to home were out of things we needed. Luckily we were able to find what we needed with ease. We were in and out. The staff was doing a great job keeping everything cleaned and sanitized during our visit.

I love Target. I have a store close by and it is a big convenience because you can get groceries/clothing or items for the home in one trip. Its a big time saver to me.

I wish I could rate this store lower. No price match, no return for no reason. Bad experience and would rather never go back this store.

I feel like I was being profiled as a theif workers who are suppose to be working asking me if Im finding everything alright and never taking their eyes off of me, I have anxiety issues and guess what I dont appreciate that. I also pay for EVERYTHING that I buy and wouldnt steal it aint worth it an d even tho I might look it the workers here should get to work and leave me the heck alone and let me shop in peace

Empty shelves everywhere. Went in looking for long sleeve 2T pajamas and shirts and pants for my son. It is mid September. I came out with 1 pair of pants and 2 shirts and no pajamas. That was all I could find in his size on the shelves. Some racks were empty except 1 pair of 12 month pants. Another time I went in looking for gift wrap supplies and the shelves were nearly empty there as well. Another time I did site to store shipping because I couldnt find the item in store. The wrong item was waiting for me, so when I returned it, they gave me store credit instead of a refund. I love Targets clothes, especially for kids, but I am disappointed in their management.

Kayleigh (I believe she is one of the front end supervisors) and the rest of the team were incredible! I was sent by the wife looking for a specific color tea kettle. She walked me to the aisle and, when we found out there were none on the shelf, radioed someone in the back room and had it brought up front to purchase. While I waited she was very friendly and we had a nice chat. Great customer service!

I found everything I needed!

Not what I expected. I didnt find any real convenience for this service. I received attitude at the customer service desk from the person who I dealt with. I did the order pickup because I was in some work around the house clothes and not really dressed to go out in public. I didnt realize i had to go into the store. I was okay going in but hoped it was curbside pickup. When I got to the counter they wouldnt use the bar code to scan me in and required my drivers license. Next she went into the back room to get my order and then came out and told me to go get a cart. I did get the cart came back and loaded my order into my cart. when all was said and done, i could have shopped just as well for myself and not have to deal with an attitude from someone who obviously didnt appreciate me as a customer and that I was a bother to help. I was do disappointed in this whole process after the order was placed.

During winter weather, bad roads, everyone shopping and limited time.... I absolutely love being able to order something from Target online, pay for it and spend less than 2 min at the counter picking up my merchandise. The check out people were very friendly and it was a truly happy experience.

One of the reasons I loved Target was because the shopping experience was so nice. I loved the way the store was laid out and the lack of clutter in the aisles like you usually experience at Wal-Mart. In the past year Ive noticed its becoming more like the Wal-Mart experience with big displays and pallets in the aisles. I wish theyd re-think this and go back to having things feel more open. I definitely dont enjoy my trips there as much as I used to. Im not a big shopper, so to lose that enjoyable experience makes me more likely to purchase something via Amazon.

So I lost a very sentimental coin purse. Which sounds funny but I have had it since I was 9 years old I am now 31 its Little mermaid and Ive had it my whole life. its gone through ups and downs with me and no matter where I moved or what I took it with me. Long story short lost it at Target called to see if they found it they hadnt but they did everything they could to try to find it to number informationand really made me feel good about the situation. I didnt get the young mans name that help me out I wish I did because he was so very sweet and understanding about the situation I wish there were more workers like him. This was the Bedford Target thank you whoever you are

I have not stepped foot in a Wal-Mart in over 7 years in favor of Target. I find if you shop deals and have a credit card you can do as well as Wal-Mart and you are treated as a guest not part of a herd. Keep up the good work.

Price was wrong and when I went to the guest service, the clerk was rude and asked me to take a picture of the shelf and I did. I brought to her and she was still rude and offered no apology. She also failed to refund me the correct amount as I informed her that I bought the qty of 3. Not sure why she had to scan one by one seem to be very inconvenient and redundant process not anything Target would do.

This is another good Target. It appears well kept and people are around to help. We definitely keep this place in our back pocket if we need something and cant spend the time going too far from home.

Good prices, large selection. They just added 4 self checkout kiosks which makes the checkout process quick and efficient. Best change they couldve made. Also has a Starbucks inside which is a nice bonus.

STOP SLAMMING MY TRUNK!

This last visit, I found exactly what I needed - a higher quality mailer, last minute - when the office store was closed. Able to pack-up a last minute order with confidence and get it shipped out early the next morning to a very pleased constomer! Love those later hours and clean shopping environment for us midnight oil burners.

Have to give it 5 starts because every time Ive gone people tried to be helpful and the store has been clean. You have to remember the state of retail today - Large stores with very few employees, most of them part time. Its sometimes hard to find a body to help you but that is the same in all the stores today.Some of the posts on this site make no sense. Of course you cant return something youve owned for a quarter of a year. Of course you cant return a pc game after youve broken the seal. These are not unique to Target. Those people should have been around when the common policy was return within 7days with receipt for refund. Store credit up to 30 days. And some stores had no return policies. Dont go out of your way to give a bad rating to a store when the fault was your own. Make sure you understand the return policy before you purchase.

Tonights experience reminded me of why I never shop in stores like target.I should have known that I should have ordered these things online and had them delivered and not bothered with these box storesAdvertisements on the web said they had several 2 foot decorated pre-lit Christmas trees for table tops but when I got in there not only did I have to hike all the way to the back of the store they had nothing of the kind.Of course I needed to use the ladies room but didnt dare because you might bump into a man in theirs.They should be charged with a crime for false advertising and making me walk all the way to the back of the store. Christmas stuff should be at the beginning of the store like they are in home goodsNever shopping at that terrible store again

Target is one if the nicer big box stores and this location is no different. While Ive been in bigger target stores and one with a more in store options, the store is newer, clean and employees are helpful. Just what you would expect from target.

I packed for New Hampshire with long sleeve and jeans. Well it was in the 90s. So went to Target and found shorts and t shirts on the clearance rack. Target store was clean. Staff was professional. There was a Starbucks inside.

Have had a number of negative experiences with customer service in the Bedford store. Today they could not connect me with the department I requested or guest services ( 4 attempts)and I ended up being connected with another Customer!!!I called the Hooksett store and was able to speak with someone immediately who could help me and now will drive further to make my purchase!

Stopped in for only one item so not much to say. Typical Target store. Very clean, lighting excellent, hardly anyone on the floor when help is needed. Check out was fast and friendly.

We love target. The cashier was very patient with my kids paying with their own money and target has great deals.

Used to be a great store up until 2 years ago. Not its a complete diaster. Boxes of stuff all over the place to the point that you cant go down aisles, shelves not zoned or stocked, end caps completely empty. Great view at the top of the hill though

Was there today, there was a total mess everywhere. Every department had stuff on the floor, ugh! Shelves were such a mess, impossible to even shop them. Obviously no one picked up the store last night. Are you kidding me??? Really disappointing...

I have to be honest, I wasnt sure where else to put a review. This use to be my go to Target it is the closet to me there is another Target about 10 minutes in the other direction but if I can will go to the Hooksett NH store. The Bedford store is an absolute Mess. The main aisle has several pallets of paper towels, this is a HUGE reason why I dont like Wal-Mart but this store is unbearable. I went in today to buy baby gifts at 9am this morning, I was a time crunch this is why I went to this store. There is NO reason the store should have been this much a mess at that time. The baby aisles were half filled, many empty spots. The baby clothing area is a disaster as well. Walking around the store some aisles had shopping carts in the middle blocking them. Some racks are so packed you cant shop and there were shopping carts FILLED with other items in the middle along with pallets in front of end caps. I use to be a manager in retail and this is unacceptable! There is obviously a manager/payroll issue. The employees are nice but it seems they do not have support from management or corporate. PLEASE fix this, you are losing customers!

Best target Ive been to for womens clothes

I love all things Target, but this location has been on a downward spiral for quite awhile now.The staff, from the managers to the cashiers are very rude and have terrible attitudes. It is so blatant its appalling, to even have a discussion, with anyone who works there. They really dont care about their customers.The selection is so so. Ive also found entire sections of a specific products, in grocery, expired on the shelves, and have pointed it out.I would rather travel to the Hooksett location, where Im guaranteed, to have a pleasurable shopping experience. Its worth the drive.

Good target, the service is average, but I come here for their products . I dont might waiting in line like some people say . I like their clothes and if I find what Im looking for I leave happy.

As with any Target, I always lose time here. The Bedford Target is always clean. I dislike ALWAYS being asked to sign up for their card when checking out. We need a pin or something that lets the cashier know no thank you. I have experienced cashiers that are very aggressive when trying to get a card sign up.

Good variety. Clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy to use coupons. Produce selection lacking and over priced.

Clean and well organized. Parking is ready except during a busy holiday shipping time. Then it is ready to park but it takes a while to leave the parking lot.

The lady that works the self-checkout area (in Bedford NH)is PHENOMENAL!!!! she has helped me 2x now and very patient and helpful!!!!

My family just purchased 2 faux fur area rugs from this location, I discovered a few days later that there was some kind of insect living inside the fur of the rug. An insect that I have never seen before. Making us believe that this is a foreign insect that was living in the rug prior to shipment from China and arrival at the store. We took it back to the store and got refunded no problem. It I believe this insident goes further than just our $20 refund. I explained to the gentleman that we are now highly concerned that whatever this insect is that there could now be possibly an infestation inside our house that we havent discovered yet as well as now having hightened anxiety because of this. I explained that we we like for us to be compensated for an exterminator to come out to investigate and apply proper treatment to ensure us that we dont have to fear this insect/insects inside our home as well as piece of mind to reduce the hightened anxiety my family is now dealing with. They said they will not do anything for us because there is no property damage? Yet how do we know that if we havent been able to get an exterminator our here to investigate. We do not have the out of pocket money to afford this service but they still refuse to help us. Along with possible infestation we now have anxieties due to this situation. Very unpleased that a multi-billion company is not willing to settle this matter as well as compensate for our sufferings. Lawyers will possibly be contacted if this situation is not handled accordingly and in a timely manner.

Im here every weekend. every time i go to the Lowes next to the place my girl friend drags me in here. its a decent target though. it generally looks clean and well taken care of.

Very rude employees and act as if we are a waste of their time. When someone spend a good amount of money at your company every week, at least hired someone who isnt rude. Wont be coming back to to location. Ill stick to my salem and nashua NH locations.

I use to be a Walmart shopper but since moving to NH a year ago I been more of a Target shopper since its literally down the road from my house. Lately when I have been going in the past few months (6 months or so) certain areas of the store are not fully stocked. I have gone 3-4 times to pick out my favorite shampoo and conditioner and they are out of stock each time I have gone. The baby sections mostly where the sippy cups are NEVER have sippy cups, spoons and etc that they have in that section. No matter what time I go they always have boxes blocking and lining aisles making it hard to navigate around the store. I hope things get better soon.

This store is much better run than its sister location in Nashua. Another benefit to its location is there is a Lowes right next store which I can visit while my wife spends my paycheck at Target.

I am a frequent shopper at Target in both Bedford and Hooksett, and I have to say that the thing that stands out to me the most is how messy these stores can be. I do not mind scooting past a couple of carts here and there while they are in the middle of stocking - but there have been multiple times where I psychically cannot get what I need off of a shelf because an employee has left a large stocking pallet in front of what I need, unattended. I typically shop early in the morning when the store firsts opens and even then, the departments are a mess. There is usually shoes covering the ground, little to nothing in stock for baby boys, and absolutely no room to squeeze the red cart in between aisles.I LOVE Target.. but I find myself going to walmart more and more because it is less of a mess!
