Dropped my car off at 9am this morning. For brake replacement. Its 7pm here now. My car still isnt done. I set an appointment 2 days prior of my appointment time. Unprofessional and slow. They dont call and update. I had to make a phone call to them 5 times today.

These folks do incredible work. I came in for a simple tire repair and they took care of it. The best part is the honesty when they could have charged me for something I thought they were doing but was not needed. Love that.

Had great and fast service for how busy they were. Alonzo helped me out with a flat and was helpful, nice, and did a great job. Was more of a NTB guy but may have to go to firestone from now on.

I couldn’t figure out the issue with my car being a car guy myself. I took it here, and after an hour or so of problem finding we figured out the issue, and instead of overcharging me, all we needed to do was clean the throttle body. Saved a lot of money and time, and specifically the mechanic named Marcus, helped the most. Generally all good, friendly people at this shop.

I needed a new drive shaft for my SUV, they were able to get the part, install and assist my with some brake work as well. I went ahead and got an inspection and an oil change all while in the shop the one time. At each line item, I received a discount, even the inspection. Ive found my new personal mechanic...a trusted shop, good mechanics and fair pricing.

I went into Firestone today because one of my tires was losing air. Heather and the other gentleman working (I cant remember his name at the moment :( ), this morning went above and beyond to help me get another tire since mine could not be repaired. Heather even drove to another location to get the tire my car required. Exceptional service! They were both very attentive, friendly, and fair!!!! This is what customer services is all about. Excellent advice and service by Heather for new Firestone Destination tires i bought and excellent trade-in value of good tires on my car that i wanted upgraded to better all-weather tires. the new tires have much better traction in rain and not cost that much more.Matt always recruiting best techs and they do excellent quality work.another senior gentleman who i forgot his name is very knowledgeable about cars and very helpful.

I just recently moved in the area and this location is the closest to my house. My husband & I got our car oil changed as well as state inspections. The employees were very sufficient and hard workers. John & Melvin (I hope I spelled this right) both found a personal item that my husband had lost, and kept it safe until we were able to retrieve it. The staff is very genuine & honest. Whether that regards to pricing, or work being done on the car. I will come back in future.

Updating my review to reflect the new management there.Kevin has done a great job of turning this place around in the short time he has been there. The whole feel of the place is much more friendly and helpful and he has some great staff in place to continue the great vibe. The previous manager had turned me off on ever going to Firestone again but Kevin went above and beyond to correct what the previous manager couldnt do right. I have a renewed trust in Firestone and will be visiting again for my maintenance needs. Great job guys... and gal!

There are very few places in which I trust to do any work on my vehicle and Im pleased to say that this particular location is one of them... Excellent prompt service, very competent and knowledgeable mechanics and a nice waiting lounge with plenty of complementary amenities.I know several Firestone locations seem to have bad reviews for varying reasons but dont let that dampen the company name, as Im sure it has much to do with the personell. Go ahead and drive the extra mile or two if this location isnt the closest one to you. Im certain you wont regret it.

My ac stopped working after having a blow out. it was repaired and worked for a few days, then stopped..they took it back and repaired it again...after a few days, it stopped again. they were very apologetic and took it for a 3rd time. they finally realized that they had been sold defective parts and after replacing everything...the system now is working and i am very satisfied that they did everything possible to fix my car and keep me cool..Stephen and Thomas were very nice to work with

16 hours to repair a flat! Estimate was 45 minutes. First they couldnt get the tire off the rim. Then they couldnt make the patch repaired tire hold air (after removing a small nail). At closing time so I took the tire with me in another vehicle and took it to Discount tire the next morning. They had no problem repairing the tire in about 10 minutes. Took it back to firestone and they had already put the spare on and moved it out of the garage (845 am) which they said they wouldnt do the night before. Left the tire and left. About an hour later the tire was back on the truck. At least they didnt charge me for the run around. Also wanted $60 for an oil change. Also wanted $30 to reset the tire pressure monitor that Discount tire installed.

This place is a ridiculous joke, wish I could give zero stars. I would seriously consider taking your car elsewhere.Brought our car in at 2 PM on Sunday since it somehow got a flat tire at our home out of nowhere. It appeared to be a defective tire since there were no nails, but tears all along the side walls of the tire. First they said they couldnt have it done that day even though we brought it in 3 hours before they closed, so they promised the following morning at 8 AM. Get there the next morning and was told they wont have it ready because they didnt have the tire in stock. Why was this not checked the day before???? Could have been a bit more proactive on their part. They then promise to have it done later on during the day. Go to pick up the car after work around 6:45 PM and they are still not done! They had our car for over 24 hours for a flat tire! Then they try to say it wasnt covered under warranty since it was driven on a flat tire. You jackasses - our car was towed into your location! The tire was definitely covered under the warranty since the tires were maybe a year old. All I can say about this place is lazy, incompetent, and shady. Beware!

I recently had to replace all 4 tires on my van. The guys here were very helpful & even got the tires I wanted from another store so I could get the work done before I had to leave town on vacation. Staff is very polite and professional. My family has done business with them many times & have always had a positive experience.

Great customer service!! They had a special but you had to bring the coupon. I forgot the coupon but the manager simply printed one off so I didnt have to drive back and print one off. He showed me how to get the best deal possible and didnt try to upsell me. I will definitely return here for more than just tires in the future!

Steve is the store manager here. He was very accommodating and took time out of his day to answer a million questions. He just took over this store two weeks ago and I am so much happier with the service now. Before he got there it was dreadful and Kevin was a jerk.

I would give a negative star if I could. My son brought his car in this past weekend to have his brakes checked out. He had heard what he thought was a squeal. He was told by the Firestone guy that he needed $1300 of repairs done...new brakes, new calipers, hoses need replacing, etc. He was led to believe that he was in a dire situation and needed these repairs done immediately!On Monday, he took his car to a well-respected mechanic that our family has used for years. He found out, much to his surprise, that his brakes are absolutely fine. No bad pads, no bad calipers, no bad hoses...nothing...nada.So...this place tells people there are things wrong when there aren’t. The guy lied to my son and I am furious! We will be making an official complaint about this Firestone.Terrible place....BEWARE!!!

Took my car in for a brake inspection. after quoting me a ridiculous price I declined any service. I had just had my tires rotated any they put them all back on the wrong wheels, and charged me for a advertised free brake inspection.

This location used to be great, but now they have an employee named Ken who is very rude. He acts like the customers are bothering him. He interupts, and belittles customers, and even turns his back and walks away while youre still talking to him. Although, the other employees here have all been great. My whole family gets our cars serviced here. If you can avoid Ken, youll be ok.

Although they messed up my brakes when I brought them in the first time, they were quick to right their mistake. No attitude, very apologetic, same day service. You dont get that at every repair shop, but I got it here!

I took my Jeep Patriot here to do oil changes and free brake check but what happens the oil cup they not put it back right and the all oil is came off and I need to do by myself to lock the screw and put more oil I spend 40$ for oil changes and never do right thats stupid store and my brake they open the rear drum its total same they never put back right too the noise is really bad so I need to do myself again next maintenance promise I never took my vehicle anymore here this stupid stiore

Have bought several sets of tires and alignments from this store over the years. more recently, my time was wasted by a newer younger employee to the point to where I have started going elsewhere. part of it is also that prior to that, they tried to do an alignment, couldnt get it right, tried to blame it on a bent frame....am original owner of vehicle, the frame was not bent, as verified by 2nd opinion. 2nd opinion also got it aligned with no problem.

First one there for inspection, truck failed. They told me to drive on the highway for about 30 miles. Took truck back, they got right on it. Truck passed.

Firestone Bedford 3221 Harwood Rd. (Near 121) or the one near NorwoodFYI I DO NOT recommend using these places. They will upsell you like crazy and mark up the parts cost as much as 400%. They did this too me this week. Marked up the parts by 400% and double charged for labor on the estimate. All of this to fix an Oil leak after I had already spent $590 with them to replace an oil leak at the oil pan (truck has lift kit and off road suspension). The 3221 location kept my truck for 4 hours and said they couldnt find the other oil leak. AND the oil leaking was dark not fresh oil, which should have been placed in my vehicle after the Oil pan repair, it appears they RE-USED my oil after the repair. So I call the district manager, he sends me to the one near Norwood. In 45 minutes they have located where the oil leak was and gave me a $1,400.00 estimate to repair. They marked up the parts by 400% and double charged for labor on the estimate for things that would have had to be done in the process of getting to the main problem they said was the Valley Gasket. Next I take my truck to a 72 year old man whos been working on vehicles half his life, within 30 seconds of crawling under my truck he crawls out and says firestone is full of it, that I have a rear main seal leak and none of the things they listed needed to be done. He said it was about a 4 hour repair job and should run about $400-600 dollars. I went back to the Firestone at 3221 and spoke to Ernie (should be the manager he and the lady there are the only honest ones) I told them what I had just learned. They pulled up the estimate from the other shop and the shocking look on their faces said it all. All they could do was apologize and didnt understand why the other shop would do that. This isnt the first time they have tried to screw me or damage one of my vehicles. Last summer their mechanics blew out my entire AC system after replacing it because they didnt clear the lines. But the Manager at the time (Will) owned up to it and replaced my AC system at no cost) The Manager they have now (Ryan) will lie to you and try to sell you more than you need. Hes obviously more concerned about bringing his budget numbers up than he is about integrity or maintaining long time customers. So be warned avoid both of these scam artist Firestones!

The Firestone off Harwood in Bedford beats this location in price, customer service, and time! I purchased all 4 tires less than 2 years ago. The 2 back tires were replaced at a pro-rated cost less than a year ago. It was time for the two front ones to be replaced. I put about 19k miles on them. When I had the back two replaced I specifically asked them to rotate and align my tires.Anyway...I walk into this location with my husband and the guy is watching tv. He looks at us, doesnt greet us, and finally walks over to ask what we need. Before even looking at my tires he says they are no longer under warranty because I didnt have them rotated or aligned (according to some notes in his computer). This was complete BS. He walked outside to our car and started blaming us for bad maintenance...etc Then he said he would give us a quote for two new tires, which we would put on the back and he would have to move the back ones to the front (i.e. more labor charges). Instead we went to the Firestone 5 minutes down the rode. 2 brand new tires at a pro-rated cost of $25 each. Excellent customer service. Just under an hour. I highly recommend the Harwood location near 121 if you have a terrible experience here like I did.

They ALWAYS manage to find something wrong with your car in addition to the lone thing you brought it in for, and insist its imperative that it be fixed. Nu-uh. I took it to another garage and was told that the only thing wrong with my Honda is what I took it to Firestone for in the first place. Dont trust these crooks!

Midas in Euless told me I needed a couple hundred dollars in brake repair. In short, got a second opinion at Firestone in Bedford. They told me I was fine, and theyve heard about Midas doing wrong like that. Firestone might not be the best in prices for repair, but they have ALWAYS told me like it is. And thats important ;-) My brakes are still good, 6 months later too!

Took my car there this past weekend for a slow leak on my tire. They said they couldnt patch it stating it was no repairable that the leak was on the sidewall and that I would need a new tire. I then picked my car up and took it to discount tire, I asked them to show me where leak was.. it was about two inches in on the tread of tire. They fixed the leak.. I will not be going back to Firestone ever again.

I would like to speak to whoever I can file a complaint against the guy at front desk who just refused me service because he was trying to charge me the high price oil change, telling me he couldnt give me the one that was on sale because of factory recommendation, yet I knew I could choose and plus with all of the insurance and extended warranty and everything I am paying with my vehicle because Im a driver, also I had a coupon but since he looked in my face and lied, trying to take my money I need to report to news and whoever so if its against certain women, it wont happen again!!!!!
