I couldnt be more happier. When I tell its was love at first call. Not only was they able to get me in quick and was very nice during the whole process. The guy who looked at my car kept to his word on calling me back . Best service by far. I would send all my friends and family there. I felt like a person and not just a dollar sign.

I was recommended to Joe. I took my 96 pickup truck to Aramco. The transmission was not going into drive. They kept my truck for a month. Didnt do any work on it in that time. Once I said I would come get the truck they all of a sudden found the problem. The truck had not moved for a month but my hose on radiator started leaking my alternator became know good. And they replaced my horn cost me $985.00 Said they cleaned my transmissions lines and your truck is ready to go. I picked up the truck and on my way home the truck stopped and wouldnt go into drive. Didnt even make it home.Joe said tow the truck back up there and we will look at it at my own expense. I hung up the phone. Took the truck to Atlas Transmission and the transmission needed to be rebuild plus the lines was damaged with holes. Cost me $2800

Joe was fantastic they took care of us and I feel that they are reliable and trustworthy. Considering my background with transmission companies that is saying a lot.

I had multiple things checked but on the pill the only items on there was the work that was done. In the future I would love to see an itemized bill with the work that was done and including the work that was actually checked also. But that being said it was a very nice experience any and every time I come to Aamco Transmissions.

I have been coming to Joe for over 20+ years. He is always right on the money for any estimate I have done. I was even refunded money when the estimate was high!!! He always says he cant tell till he gets the transmission opened up. Now that he has this big modern place, I am glad I stuck with Joe. I guess I could have found a cheaper place, but I didnt want a cheaper job. I recommend Joe and his group to everyone. That guy that fixed the transmission, himself, I bet he will be looking for another shop, when his work goes to crap. My husband was a good mechanic back in the early 1970s, but even he likes the job and care Joe includes for every customer, at no extra charge. One of the tricks is to bring donuts!!!! Jelly filled the # one choice.I took all this time to write, because Joe has been a great mechanic. Joe is putting brakes on my BMW 171,000 miles and it was the first repair of any kind. Joe tells me preventive maintenance, and now I am a believer, and he is the only one my husband will let work on it.. It a great car, and I know it will ride as new !!! I told Joe people should never stop learning.Thanks for reading!!!!

Joe & his crew,are the only ones .I trust with my car..They are thorough & patient, when explaining things. They are not there to rip anyone off..My car is always fixed in a timely manner. Often its done sooner than expected. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I had my transmission serviced here. It was fast and easy. They dont have a car for drop offs in case you cant wait for your car so I had to pick the technician up at the shop drive back home so he could take the car back to the shop, and same thing when it was done.

I have known Joe for over 11 years now and watched him grow his business from that small little shop in Parma to his new state of the art facility in Bedford. Proving that hard work, honesty and caring for your customers pays off. He has always treated me fairly from a fuel line leak to a major transmission overhaul. I highly recommend him and his crew!

My car had some major issues. I went to Ammco to figure out why my car wasnt running right. Its was my transmission didnt know how I was going to be able to pay for it but James recommend car care card so thanks to James he called them and i was approached then I had other issue down the line but James always helped me take care of took care of my car. I just want to say thank you James for everything that you have done for me and taking care of my car. You guys are the best I would recommend anybody to take there are to AAMCO before going to some where else. And Joe that you too.

I took my vehicle to Aamco for a transmission service (fluid, filter and gasket replacement). I was told a transmission cooler line was leaking and the transmission pan was old & should be replaced. I agreed to their recommendations.Their was no problem with my transmission other than a small leak from the transmission cooler line. The fluid was old, but the transmission worked well.After the work was finished, I picked up my vehicle and was surprised to find that a teenager did the work.I drove the car for a short time, when I noticed the smell of burning fluid. The transmission was heavily leaking fluid. It was really bad.I brought the car back to Aamco and told the owner Joe what was happening. He had an older mechanic put it on a lift to look at the transmission . They had a hushed conversation under the car which I couldnt hear, and then brought me over to show me the overfill vent atop the transmission was plugged up with grime and wasnt functional. I asked why it hadnt been cleaned during the service and was told...I dont know.Well I know, the kid he had working on my transmission skipped the step, but even worse...He OVERFILLED my transmission with fluid! When the pressure from too much, fluid couldnt escape thru the vent, instead it pushed out the front seal of my transmission. Now the transmission leaks constantly.I asked Joe if he would do the right thing and fix it, he said no.His technician was responsible for fouling up my transmission.I took the car to another (highly recommended) transmission shop for a repair quote...$1000 to replace the front seal!So a preventative maintenance job turned into a $1000 screw job!Thanks Aamco, thanks Joe.Youve been warned!Now Im contacting BBB about Aamco Joe and his shady business practices.

So this is a Transmission place and they replaced fluids cause I had none to tell me nothing is wrong with my Transmission for another place to tell me it was$!#....Im 😕

Watch them they will get you if you have extended warranty s.
