We purchased a vehicle from KoB in 2018 and, overall, it was a decent experience. There was an issue with the vehicle and we had received a We Owe to fix it. It took a while to get them to honor that and had a leave a negative review to get them to pay attention to us. I have been reaching out to their office to get information about our purchase everyday this week. Dialing 0 for the operator gets you stuck in an infinite loop of hearing the same message over and over. The only way to get a person is to get to sales. Sales will transfer you to a random voicemail where you leave a message and pray that someone will eventually call you back.
MATTHEW LANNING- I will be buying all my cars from him. wow. dressed to impress. Smells good too. A guy named Tony was giving everyone a hard time, but with Matthew’s professionalism and laid back attitude it was worth the 5 and a half hour wait and paying well over what we wanted to a month. We need more people like this gentleman in the world.
Anthony has helped us purchase 3 cars!! We went in to buy one car and left with a brand new forte and soul. We came back almost two years later to trade in the Soul. I purchased my Forte on 7/23/21, as of today 3 months later my bank has yet to receive pre -approved loan draft check from this dealership. I have called over 15 times, have spoken with Jessica in finance as well at Sharon to get this matter resolved, emails to Jessica as well as my sales rep, all they have had to do is call my credit union for validation code for them to annotate & submit check for payment. I have driven an hour back there with the title to my car, in my name only to find out that Jessica had processed my paperwork like a personal check, was supposed to correct with upstairs finance. So disheartening all the run around to try and do right thing for dealership to get their money.
I have bought two cars from this dealership. I love my 2020 forte and my husband is enjoying his 2021 Rio (he just got it).Service is wonderful. Everyone is nice and helpful. As a woman, I have never felt bullied or pressured to buy. Both times were very pleasant experiences. Everytime I have come for service, I have been happy with the experience. Christina is an awesome salesperson. If I need a third car, Ill be back!

Caught a flat on my way to work called roadside assistance to only find out once I looked under the carpet in the trunk of my 2020 Kia Forte that there is no donut or spare called Kia per corporate there newer vehicles don’t come with spares or donut tires (please fire that genius) so I had to have it towed to Kia of Bedford. My car arrived at about 1130. I spoke with Lisa Marie service advisor who instructed me to have a seat because they were having issues with writing up the order. 30 mins later about noon it was figured out and was told they would call when it was ready probably a couple hours because they were busy. Ok no problem but then a couple turned into 4:15 for them to then call me an tell me I owed $135 for a diagnostic on the check engine light and $60 for a tire sensor plus shop fees for a tire sensor. How when the tires and the car is under warranty? Lisa Marie replies because you have front end damage your warranty is void. Well Lisa you guys should have called me once you saw that when the car was pulled in because it’s visible not do the work an call me after I’m not paying that or the 60 fix what is covered. Lisa Marie says well we’ve already done it hold on. 5 mins later hello this is Eric Livingston service manager how may I help you? Well I don’t know Eric I was speaking to a Lisa about a bunch of fees I’m not paying and then I got you. Well yes you have to pay $135 dollars for diagnostic why when it’s under warranty. The diagnostic is related to front end damage well Lisa said because I had front end damage it wasn’t under warranty at all so with that being said the phone call should have been placed before anything was done that would require me to come out of pocket that’s when Lisa began yelling in the background an Eric Livingston started cutting me off I then asked Eric to be quiet he replied no because that is rude and I told him so was him cutting me off several times while I was talking he than began to press mute to keep me from hearing Lisa yelling in the background when he came back on after taking the phone off mute he then stated hold on then I was back on the phone with Lisa who then told me there would be no fees because the check engine light was not on. So now I am confused either there telling me there’s no issue and are sending me home with problems with the engine because I’m not paying the fee which would mean legal problems if this issue effects the vehicle still once it’s out of warranty because I brought it in before hand and you guys lied to me to just get me off the phone and/or just bad customer service and a lot of miscommunication either way I would never recommend this place to anyone for service or to purchase a car the people were rude an even after the mistake was made there was no apology and then they told me my car still wasn’t ready didn’t receive the call it was finished until 5:15pm I’ll go to Chevy next time which is where I bought my first car never had these problems Kia sucks
Last month we came to Bedford to look at various cars for our son and to go hiking. We were highly impressed with Anthony Heller and KIA of Bedford. Very personal and professional experience. In and out when purchasing the vehicle awesome experience.Now servicing the vehicle is something else .I had to find out on my own that I had a extended warranty, as I had coverage under warranty but paid for work out of pocket previously, and job they stated was complete my struts to be exact are rattling so I have to take it back for recheck of work done.Next now Im told it be 10 days before they can get to my car for repairs . Although management scheduled maintenance for a specific date and time .

It is best not to spend your hard earned money here. After purchasing a vehicle here, I have learned to start being more critical in my car research as well as service expectations. The customer service with Kia of Bedford is terrible, please try calling their office as if you already owned vehicle. My car has repeatedly been in the shop, but I learned not to use their shop anymore.
We were helped by Parker who was amazing. She was a less traditional salesman and was more laid back. Making the whole process more comfortable. It made it seem like I had a friend helping me out and not a stranger who I just met

I bought my first and second vehicles here over the past 5 years at 𝐊𝐈𝐀 𝐎𝐅 𝐁𝐄𝐃𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐃. The customer service is second to none. They always make sure to send me reminders on upcoming auto maintenance on my Kia. The lounge area while waiting for repairs ect is clean and they always have cold drinks, popcorn 🍿 and coffee available. I enjoy my car and I trust the Kia experts to take care of it for me! 👏🏾 thanks guys

It was a pretty good experience. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly. Eric the person in service made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle and kept me informed as the repair went along. He even offered me services that he thought would benefit me in the future which actually did help.
The woman who answers the phone in your service department hung up on me (on purpose) TWICE because I reciprocated her rudeness. She was very unpleasant and had zero enthusiasm for her job. Not a problem for me though, Ill just take my business elsewhere.
I bought my very first brand new car from this dealership and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Mieyla was a very professional and pleasant salesperson and really went out of her way to ensure I had an amazing car buying experience. She was hospitable, nicely dressed, and had my best interest in mind! She showed me whatever car I wanted to look at, took me on test drives in whatever I wanted, and did not rush the process or make me feel burdensome whatsoever (even though I was very indecisive). Long story short, I came into the dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection, and have reason to believe that some of these services were not performed.There was a bubble in my tire (that I hadnt noticed) before my appointment that was in the same location (back passenger side) after the appointment, which tells me that they didnt bother to rotate or check my tires. I know that it was there prior to the appointment because I luckily have a picture of my car from before where you can clearly see the bubble in the tire. As a first time car owner, I didnt notice the bubble initially when I came in or when I took the picture, however I would expect a car dealership to find it immediately, especially if they were supposed to be servicing my car.After I found the bubble on my own and checked the picture for proof, I brought the issue up multiple times to a service manager, Eric, and he continuously blamed me for not mentioning the bubble when I brought my car in. I repeatedly told him that I didnt know it was there, and even if I did, they should have caught it. Thankfully, the tire didn’t explode despite driving it across the country, and I have gotten it replaced at another dealership. I’ve since moved away from the area and wouldn’t benefit from a free tire rotation, which is what he finally offered me. All I requested was an acknowledgement that this was a serious oversight and an apology, but instead I was blamed and ignored.
Mieyla was amazing! This was my first time leasing a car on my own and she truly made it a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a great salesperson there, she is the one! She was not pushy at all and was very personable, friendly and helpful. The whole process was so smooth and painless. I did not know what car I was looking for going into the dealership that day, but she knew right away which car would be perfect for me and she was right! Absolutely terrible. Not only was the lady who finalizes your car, so rude! They took forever on paper work - let me take the car home & then we’re hounding me about coming back. & she even made comments about “I was so scared you were not coming back to pay!” Ummm okay. Not only that, when paying for my car, with the cash I had been saving for MONTHS, a lady had the AUDACITY to say “I’m quitting” when having to count my money. I said “I’ve never had anyone complain about me giving them a couple thousand but okay!” And finally, a week later, my car seems to have internal problems, obviously not mentioned or brought to my attention when buying the car. & they can’t get me in for 3 WEEKS. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT spend a DIME HERE.

My experience with Leroy Fitzgerald was very good the young man that took care of me help me with my location of a new car was very knowledgeable even though he looks very young knows about the cars and their operations if I was able to answer most of if not all of my questions and found those answers that he did not know. I am so happy with the experience that I will be bringing my niece back to try and get her into a new or used car.
I will start by saying that Connor, my car salesman was great but everything since has been terrible customer service. After being made to feel rushed doing signing my documents for financing because I was the last person in the building, I discovered that a $2500 extended warranty was put into my loan. This is after I was told they all they recommended was getting the gap insurance. An extended warranty was never mentioned, I was never given options and I dont even know what I get for the $2500 BECAUSE WE NEVER EVEN TALKED ABOUT IT. I then tried to contact on at least 5 different occasions and was always and kept getting transferred around to voicemails and no one would call back. One time a manager said he was grabbing a finance person and would be right back instead just transferred to voicemail 10 seconds later. Finally got a hold of someone and they will cancel the warranty but all that does is change the total amount owed not my monthly payment and they would email the forms I needed. But guess what no email. If this is how they conduct business I dont want any part of it and will never buy another car from KOB again. This is obviously a shady practice they follow and dont want to fix it. BEWARE!

It has not even been a year since leasing my 2020 Kia Forte and I am already experiencing issues. The engine light came on and I took it the dealership’s service center and they informed me that it was just a routine maintenance check. Shortly after leaving, new lights came on in the car and it started to skip. I told them and they said they would not be able to look into it for another week. I proceeded on my weekend and experienced life threatening issues - in the middle of the turnpike it completely turned off and once turned back on refused to go past 20mph on a freeway. It stopped in a middle of an intersection while turning left and has trouble starting up. This should not be happening less than a year after receiving the car and when it was serviced in house the day before, which was recommended. I requested a loaner car so I can get to work in the interim and they stated no more are available. This concerns me why there’s so many people with issues that there’s no more loaner cars. Overall, I am disappointed in the services by Kia of Bedford and would not recommend to anyone.

My mother was on the phone earlier with one of the receptionists not sure what was her name but she was EXTREMELY RUDE I literally never experienced such a thing... they gave her an option of coming June 2 we can’t do that so my mom asked could she take it to her mechanic the receptionist said “I DONT KNOW ITS YOUR CAR” my mother doesn’t know much about Kia and the car is brand new and it’s starting to act up already she was just asking a question. She was talking to my mother with so much disrespect I don’t even want to go there we’ll just take the 40 minute drive to Mentor instead.

I am not one to leave a bad review for businesses when an issue or multiple issues for that matter begin to arise but, Kia of Bedford has warranted this review from my experience with them thus far. I bought a used Sorento from them in December of 2020. The vehicle has been for the most part trouble free. Except for an issue with my brakes and a popping noise coming from the front axle when making stops and or turns. I had addressed these issues with the service department which was supposedly fixed. After driving the vehicle for a week the problem began to happen again but this time with a lot more cause for concern as it was at highway speeds not just when stopping or making turns. I reached out to the service department and heard nothing back from them. I then proceeded to respond to an email received by the service manager who as well did not respond back even after I repeatedly called and left messages for him. I was told when I dealt with the popping issue that my rear brakes would need to be serviced in the near future which was odd because right before purchasing the vehicle my sales rep Michael said he had personally made sure the service department had replaced them. So I wonder who was making false statements then. I am writing this review in hopes that either the dealership will resolve this matter. Or as an honest and transparent review so future customers may know what risks are involved with dealing with Kia of Bedford.
I was looking forward to trading my car in. They been sending letters to me and advertising it all over the radio about all their Specials. I call up there see what the requirements were. Said all I needed was to at least make $1500 a month. I get there tell them the circumstances....I have a trade in, no money down or co-signer. Said that was fine. My first choice was to trade in for a truck or at least upgrade. Couldnt get the truck but they said I qualify for the Kia Forte. LET ME PICK THE COLOR AND TEST DRIVE IT, came back asked how did I like it. I loved it. Said great lets get your numbers together....After moments of waiting the guy brings his more experienced associate back with him, now claiming I need to put $2500-$2800 down even though I had a trade in....(forgot to mention that I purchased my car from them to begin with)....so now they said the car was not worth its value and I was negative?!?! Then they went on to say they could try to get me into another USED car....told them I already went that route with them but, asked them to see what I would be offered...again moments of waiting....came back and STILL said the same thing for the USED CAR.....Waste of time unless your making the big bucks....seemed like a finesse...very unhappy....you dont let someone pick the color of the car AND test drive...then completely disregard everything that was discussed.....very wrong....will not be visiting KIA again.SOLD ME A CAR AND WONT TRADE IT IN FOR NOTHING SAYS A LOT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
By far some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I initially left a one star review because I purchased a newer vehicle with 27k miles on it and was promised they could get the smoke smell out as well as take care of a few other things back in detail while I signed paper work. Upon getting my car it still smelled strong of smoke, was missing air caps, the siding was missing 2 screws and pulling back (only issue when inspecting it and test driving it was smoke smell). I reached out to the dealership by both phone and email to voice my frustration and never heard back and had to drive to the dealership to have everything “taken care of”. They just asked that I would delete my 1 star review. They did take care of the siding and put new air caps on, though the smoke smell is still very strong.Fast forward to today and I’m even more irritated then when I purchased the vehicle. I traded in my old car that still had a loan on it and was told that the loan would be paid off in 20 days at the latest. It has now been 32 days and the monthly payment is past due and the loan on the car I traded in has yet to be paid off.They will tell you how they are not like most dealerships and that they are for the customer but that couldn’t be any further from the truth. It’s dealerships like this that give dealerships a bad reputation. I chose this dealership based off all the “good” reviews I read on google but I quickly found out they are pushing people to add those.

Want to upgrade my car because I didnt owe much and had my eye on the Seltos for a few months. What I can say is the customer service was awesome. All my questions were answered and I got the deal I wanted. The salesman Leroy Fizgerald was very nice and very attentive.

My car sale went fine. However I have been trying to get someone to give me any info on my payoff status and no one seems to want to do that. They just tell me it will be fine. Considering my credit is important to me as I have worked all my life to make sure it’s good...this is not okay. I called my bank that currently holds the financing of the car I traded in and they want their money! I was told by Kia to not worry about it that it will be taken care of. My bank that holds the loan of my trade in asked me to let them know from Kia when the check was sent off so that they would know. I have been trying to get that Info and all I get is the run around and told the person I need to talk to isn’t there. At this point I feel played with . This is not a game when someone is sincerely concerned about their credit being messed up simply because they traded in a car. It should not take this long to send a payoff. I purchased on May 17 and it is now June 3 and NOTHING ! can’t even get a simple explanation or a time or a date or some type of proof that the job has been done on Kia of Bedfords part. It’s like no one cares because it’s not their credit. I was told I wouldn’t have to worry about paying on my trade because the payoff would take care of it for the month. Here we are June and Wells Fargo wants their money! I get emails daily saying I’m past due on my bill. Kia is telling me to make a payment and I’ll get reimbursed. What Kia doesn’t understand is that I used that payment towards my down payment so I don’t have that anymore. Now I just got my first bill for my NEW car and that’s due June 16th. They can send that but can’t send my payoff! So I’m supposed to pay for my new car and hold up my end of the deal but Kia Of Bedford hasn’t held up theirs and payed off my trade. I DO NOT have $301 to pay for my trade AND another $360 to pay for my new car. Why am I being told to make TWO CAR PAYMENTS. Who has that kind of money? I don’t. Kia needs to fix this. At the very least have some integrity and let me know ...SHOW ME PROOF that the check has been submitted and is on the way to Wells Fargo and will pay off my trade before my credit gets messed up. Put me at ease with some proof. I’m tired of getting the run around and at this point I feel like I’m being played with. And this is beyond unprofessional. My credit is #1 to me and had I known the finance dept at this dealership was like this I would have gone elsewhere. Somebody needs to tell me where my payoff is so that I can tell my bank. It almost feels like I’ve been scammed and that you’re waiting to sell my car before you pay it off and that was NOT the agreement. That’s a very shady work practice. Someone needs to call me with my payoff information and it needs to be paid off BEFORE the 15th of June. At which point my credit will be affected because my trade ins loan will be in defaut. And please don’t answer this review with the dealership phone number. I need to talk directly to a person who can give me the Info I need! I’m tired of talking to ppl who don’t have the authority to give me that information.

James Ozello was very personable and made my experience enjoyable. I usually go to Kia of Streetsboro but I will be coming back to Kia of Bedford from now on. Their customer service is excellent and its a friendly atmosphere 😊
My salesman was Markiss he was polite and definitely got me in a car that I like with my credit situation BUT...it’s going 3 weeks for me to get my door fixed because it didn’t open and he first said bring it back the next day and the car had no fluids in it as fa as coolant and oil I think for $12,000 it should at least had that and I steady pleaded I needed a car with a warranty but he said I couldn’t get it because basically with my credit situation it didn’t benefit KOB so I couldn’t get it....... now I’m back commenting a almost a month later door still isn’t fixed 😒😒
Had the pleasure of meeting Mr Leroy Fitzgerald at Kia of Bedford today. This young man was more than determined to get me into a new vehicle. At first things seemed to be heading for the worst. They delete bad ratings. They deleted my post from yesterdayGo to some other dealer in the area.The finance manager lied to me when I told him if I have to purchase an extended warranty I no longer want the car. He assured me that the warranty lasted the whole time of my Lease.That was a lie. I have contacted Kia Corporation as well regarding this.Mr. Lavelle,He is never in when you call either don’t believe this response is from the owner. Mr. Lavelle, is the internet guy. Who does not return calls.

I came to kia Bedford about two months ago to buy my first newer car unfortunately I didnt get my car from there cause they didnt have what I wanted on the lot. My sales professional was Christina she was amazing they didnt have anything on the lot that I wanted, but she assured me she would fine me something within a few days. She called me a few days later but I had already found another car but the simple fact that she called me with a car with all the features I wanted was great. I didnt have few days to wait cause I needed a car asap. But if you ever go up there just know She is amazing and wonderful!!!!
