Had to get a new battery for the second time in a week. This time for my wifes car. They will check your old battery & then they will install a new one for you. Very time saving & appreciated. They also loan speciality tools for other projects. Great place.

Chris is the commercial account manager, he does such a great job and really cares about the entire store. I’ve watched him jump to the aid of walk in customers, offer knowledge and compassion. Good job Autozone. You found a keeper.

Great customer service. I got my parts and was on my way. I had to do a return for a wrench I didnt use & that was easy too.

They made good on their battery warranty when by 2-year-old battery from them died. I would have appreciated more clarity about the process of evaluating it and what to expect. They treated me well though.

Just bought new wipers. The young made shared options and was not pushy. I selected my wipers and he installed them promptly. He was very courteous and quick. I will definitely be back for this level of customer service.

This store required me to wear a mask, yesterday I was at another autozone and they said customers are no longer required to wear a mask but employees are, the guy who asked me was rude and saying because we are a national store, well so is walmart, ****you and I wont be back

The guys at this location were very friendly. However, the store manager Delma W. wasnt at all. In fact she was very unprofessional & unfriendly. This was my 1st bad experience at AutoZone & Ill make sure I never visit this location again....

Went inside this location a little less than an hour before closing to look for a replacement license plate bulb. Thinking I wasn’t going to get helped, because it was late, I was incredibly shocked when Tim W. approached me with the friendliest greeting. “Hello ma’am may I help you?” After finding the correct part, checking me out, answering the phone that was ringing off the hook, he actually installed the light for me!This is the best customer service I have ever received at any Auto Zone & I will be glad to skip all Auto Zone’s by my house just to come back here. He was excellent. Thanks once again Tim!

Autozone is where one goes to do it yourself which means the staff should not be hostile. Theres no benefit to hiring ex-mechanics to do cashier work here if they think its their own personal garage.

Cullen and Scott were incredibly helpful to my boyfriend and I during our visit to replace a car battery. We went in close to closing time, they both gave top shelf customer service. They even stuck around a bit after close to make sure we were set. Both guys were knowledgeable and had great customer service.

Bought a battery not even 2 months ago which supposedly has a 90 day warranty. Took it into this location and couldnt find that I had purchased it there by using my phone number. I explained that no one had asked for my phone number when I purchased it. Staff said that it wasnt possible since they had to get the phone number to sell a battery and was asked which location I bought it at...it was this specific one. Since it wasnt under my phone number I would need to remember the exact day I bought it. I left the battery there for you guys. I went to Oriellys and bought one there. I wont come back to your store which is closer than Oriellys. Actually found a tool there too that you do not have so I am happy with the overall turnout of the situation so thanks for failing!

The location is very easy to get to but the staff seem to be a bit grumpy all the time. Last time I was in there it was to get a Check Engine light figured out and the employee who helped me was more frustrated I was making him go outside to help me. At first he couldnt find the plug in spot on my car so I offered to help him since i know where it was he ignored me and kept looking. Finally he stood up and asked if i know where it was and I helped him plug it in so he could finish the test and I could find some where else to get help fixing my car.

The should deserve 0 stars not sure if there employers understand my money is just as good as the next person I stood there for about 5 min this lady saw me then when another gentleman walks in then she wants to take the next customer knowing I was the next one in line she neglected to tell the customer I was next and had been waiting for some time now definitely not coming back to this location

Cullen and James are terrific....our jeeps alternator went out and I was stuck in parking lot. I was able to get it changed and James helped out with advise and some tools and charged my battery while I got the part changed. This is what a retail store and its employees should be. Wont go to another auto parts store. Thanks guys, was able to get some sleep after all!! The best.

Great place to get parts with knowledgeable employees. Best part is the free Check Engine Light code reading and analysis. We stop by whenever we have a code on our old van. They check it and give a summary of possible issues and advice on likely solutions. Theyll even price out the parts for those do-it-yourselfers.

This would be a great place to put in a real auto store. If youre looking for an air freshener, chrome exhaust tips, chrome gas pedal or other accessories its a great store. If youre looking for parts for vintage cars you need to find a real auto store.

Special thanks to Jim for assisting me with battery replacement today. Jim greeted me immediately upon arrival, diagnosed the problem and installed the new battery. It was a great experience and I will certainly be back.

Auto parts stores have changed over the years, nowadays Women are behind the counters - a place that historically was a mens only club. Today at AutoZone I was helped by a young lady that had no problem getting on her knees to find what I couldnt, and then even went outside, slid on her back under my truck to pop out a stubborn license plate light. I felt bad for all she was doing but she shrugged it off as being part of the job. Great store, great service - Are you in the Zone?! You should be - AutoZone.

Scott was so helpful to my boyfriend and I. His customer service skills were beyond par, and the knowledge he expressed of his work was honestly shocking. I was referred to this Auto Zone, specifically, and him by my best friend, surely enough, she was right. I’m glad I chose this store.

These guys. There was a autozone employee moping around and slowly installing a battery in the parking lot. He ignored all the other customers as he walked inside and out three times. I think he was trying to get his ducks in a row. Battery, check. Oops I need a ratchet. Oh yeah, I need a socket too. The only other employee was busy with his 20 minute long conversation (maybe longer since it started before I arrived). The details discussed in this conversation were completely redundant and only extending the conversation for a prolonged amount of time. This did not necessarily bother me since the customer participated by repeating cover subjects already. I would like to think if I worked here I would at least greet customers and acknowledge their existence. Especially since there were many of us waiting. Maybe Im too old school and times have changed. When I finally came into existence I got what I wanted quickly without an extended conversation. I give an extra star for that.

Daniel did an awesome job with helping my husband out, he even helped replace our battery in our Chevy since my husband was confused on how to get the old one out. This store is truly amazing and we definitely recommend Daniel and Patrick.

Gone here for years, seems like theres different workers everytime I come in. Knowledge on parts varies but in the end I always get what I need. Just take a trip or 2 sometimes. Always friendly and helpful though. Good customer service

The associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the part I needed after the same part needing to be replaced 3 times before he actually informed me that there are two different ones one from Mexico one from America and they are only centimeters apart in size the first one to let me know that was an issue

These guys are helpful as they can be. I pull up there and they got one dude out in the parking lot with his head under the hood of somebodys truck, 2 more guys inside tryin to help me find everything I might need. Check engine light? They will fix you UP. Dragged my dead battery in there and plopped it on the counter, next thing I know Im pulling out with a new one all HOOKED UP and everything.

I went in to buy windshield wipers they person at the counter told the Custer ahead of me that they dont do any service except change wiper blades and install batteries. When I made my purchase if windshield wiper blades they didnt install my blades when I asked. Poor customer service. This is officially my Last time atAt store. Theres always O Reillys Napa or Pep Boys.

This last time I was in here waiting for help he did not want to come to me and when an older gentlemen who is Caucasian he surely was delighted to help him and skip me. The guy who was working one of the regsiters (I didnt get his name) was super friendly and helped confirm the correct oil for my car and did not make me feel like an idiot bc Im a woman lile a lot of these dudes do. He made me feel comfortable and was made my visit pleasant.

Greatest experience!!! Came to this location to get a battery tested and while there my fuel pump in my Silverado went out in the parking lot. In a stressful situation the employees (Mike Miner and Matthew Duvall) helped me out tremendously. They convinced me to buy the part with the assurance of helping me put it on. I have never experienced the level of customer service provided. They went above and beyond their call of duty. Very very thankful I stopped at this location. I dont believe I would have received this much dedication anywhere else.Thanks a million
