They went above and beyond helping me out. The parts took some time to arrive but I drive an old vehicle and thats to be expected. They are fairly priced and when I arrived to pick up my truck they had even done some smaller repairs that I needed but didnt ask for. I appreciate their service.

They took my car in after a collision. It was pretty banged up, but in no time, my car was looking brand new. RX Collision Center employees are professionals at what they do. They were incredibly helpful, fair, and provide great quality service.

Excellent service, my BMW came out looking brand new, could barely tell it had damage to my door, they washed and waxed it for me, they even cleaned the inside, great communication, Tom was amazing and very friendly, the customer service was great. They explained in detail the process. Will definitely be recommending the shop!

I recently had my vehicle taken into Rx Collision with some severe damage to the front bumper. My vehicle is a limited addition car with a very difficult color to match, but the team at Rx Collision was able to replace the front bumper and match my color making it look like it never happen. Horrible customer service. usually have to wait a long time before someone will talk to you. I took my Nissan Rogue to Rx Collision for from damage. The insurance company spent around $10000 for the repair. After I picked up my car, I noticed the hood was loose and I had to bring it back for fixing. 2 months later I noticed the front bumper was coming offfrom the left. I took it back to them but they refused to fix it even though I have a year warranty arguing I hit something . Their proof was that there were scratches under the hood. Listen well people, scratches will make the front bumper come off. I told them if that was possible then RX collision did bad job making the bumper stick to its location. I will never take my car or my familys cars to them. Greedy people that dont go the extra mile for their customer.

The RX Collision Team are the BEST!! I had several questions regarding my SUV’s repairs. I never was haggled for more than what was needed. A great experience from walking in to leaving with my vehicle looking better than when I took it in. Very courteous and friendly! I’ve recommended RX to several friends who need some kind of auto care!

I recently used RX collision for hail damage repair. They were fantastic to work with. They got my car in for an estimate the day after the hail storm. The work was finished in less than a week and looks fantastic. I received regular communication throughout the process via phone and text. Staff members were friendly and easy to work with. Will take any future repair needs to them. They are really great!

Rx Collisions is an amazing place to take your cars or trucks to for repairs. I recently got hit by an 18 wheeler and took it to Rx an now you can’t even tell that my car ever got hit. Thanks to Tom and the rest staff there at Rx.

Rating based off intial customer service, im sure the quality of work offered is probably alot higher rating but intial service experience was not impressive to say the least. I walked theough the door the gentleman working with another customer seemed to brush me off as he was currently with another customer and waited 45 minutes without any approach so I left to get a quote elsewhere.
