First car buyer, going into the process I was nervous but I was treated with nothing but professionalism and superb service, the first thing I noticed about Jack the owner was his hands, he isnt a boss that spends his day in the office, he gets out and works with his employees. He takes pride in his business and it shows. Highly recommend this establishment for anything you need for your car. Very impressed.

We went to Bedford Body and Paint after hitting a deer. From the moment we got there they took care of our every need. The whole staff was very professional and gave perfect customer service. The work done on our car was done in a very timely manner and we were super pleased with the way the car looked. They are experts at what they do. It looked like a brand new car. Also they super cleaned our car inside and out. Very happy with their service. Best in the business. We dont take our vehicles anywhere else.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about our experience with Bedford Body & Paint. By FAR our best experience with anyone since we moved to Indiana and quite possibly our best experience with a service department ever. Joe and the team at BB&P went above and beyond all our expectations. They not only fixed my car in only 4 days, they arranged to give us a courtesy vehicles since we did not have rental coverage through our insurance. We also had protective trim on our doors that our insurance company will old us we would have to schedule to be re-done at a later date. BB&P not only reached out to the company that previously installed the protective trim, he arranged to have them come out to his shop to complete that work as well, before we picked up the car so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced further. They even detailed the inside of my car and somehow amazingly got out all the dog hair. My husband and I were so impressed with the service we received, and will recommend to all of our friends this shop. Thank you!!
