Very unprofessional. Very rude. Young lady that answers the phone had an attitude every time I called. Didn’t fix any of the important things on my car. Tried to milk my insurance company for as much money as they could. Didn’t call and update me at all about my car. Laughed at me on the phone when I expressed my frustration about them having my car for almost a month and not getting anything done. Then told my insurance company that they didn’t want me to come back so they could finish the rest of the problems with my car that they ignored.

It took them 29 days to fix leather (seat), fix exhaust, replace windshield, repair a small dent... Still didnt fix 4 speakers, glove box and keys... All extremely simple & cosmetical things... Not a turbo nor gearbox! UNBELIEVABLE!!

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Bedford Collision Center! Everyone of the staff that I interacted with was wonderful during this tramatic time. They took care of everything!The entire drivers side of my NEW Jeep Wrangler was smashed; the door was bowed, frame was smashed, fenders damaged, tires, steering, etc......it was a mess. Devastating!I picked it today and it looks and drives like brand new again!! I cant believe they fixed all that damage so fast. They basically replaced the entire side of my jeep!!!!I felt compelled to share this positive experience as this type of experience is so rare in the service industry. I would give Bedford Collision Center a 5-star in every aspect and would highly recommend them.

Slipped on a patch of ice in front of the door on my way in, had to get stitches in my hand. Manager told me I was lying about the ice. Received a $3,200 estimate for a light bit of surface rust. Save your money. This place is full of scam artist crooks.

Terrible service, terrible work. I took my Mercedes in for estimate, they came and picked it up and had it nearly 3 weeks. it took 3 times to be returned over and over for poor work, parts not installed completely and even a crooked emblem. Its a MERCEDES.... What happened to quality??? Now there are problem after a year with the areas worked on and for 2 months Ive attempted to make contact with them in order to taqke care of it based on their lifetime warranty as long as i own the vehicle. WELL???? The people I speak with keep delaying. I had it taken up to show the flawed work and they took pictures. Its been 3 weeks and after calling twice to follow up, im being directed tomore and more people with no end in sight. If i plan on getting any kind of resolve, it will require and attorney to force the warranty issue. Unbelievably terrible... the only person worth talking to is the woman up front named Tracy, she goes above and beyond.
