Best customer service ever! Kathy helped me pack up an obscure sized shipment and could not have been more delightful!

Amazing service !I was waiting in line and someone came in needing to recall a UPS package, and UPS had been less than helpful. The guy behind the counter told him to leave the tracking number, his name, and his phone number and he would see what he could do. He told me he calls the same number as anyone would, but he has no problem waiting on hold and taking care of this for the customer. He went above and beyond whats expected, and this is why I choose to go here for all my shipping and mailing needs.

Tom, the owner, is a great guy. I have had a mailbox here for a couple years now and Tom is always happy to see me and offers really great service. This truly is a “mom and pops” store despite Postal Annex being a national chain. Yes, there is going to be a bit of a markup on shipping services but this is true for anywhere you go that’s not the post office. You’re basically just paying for the convenience of not having to drive down to the Post office to wait in line forever. Also great place for notary and passport photos!

I had the most amazing experience! I made an unfortunate mistake and sent my letter unsigned. Thankfully, they still had it and (she), went above and beyond helping to get it out corrected. You know, today, there are very few places that bring that level of customer service anymore. I highly recommend doing business here!

Tom, the owner is great. Hes friendly and sincere. He has done a good job building the value into the business. The email alerts whenever a package is received are wonderful because you dont have to keep checking the tracking to see if the stuff you are waiting on has arrived yet. The email always arrives shortly after you package comes into the store.Shipping stuff from here is painless. With one stop I can ship one package FedEx and another USPS Priority Mail. A gem I was unaware of the first time I shipped from here was the email alerts on shipped packages. It was so nice to know the gifts I had sent arrived without having to go dig out a receipt and track the packages. A nice value added service, and no it didnt cost anything!Tom doesnt require you to use their packaging service or even buy the shipping through them. If you have boxes already packed up and even printed your own shipping labels he still accepts the drop-offs and makes sure they get picked up by the appropriate carrier.All this and I never have to waste my time in line at the Post Office again. This place is great!!

My family and I were on vacation from Hawaii and we came in here one evening with TON of collectibles that we needed to ship home. Susan was as friendly and as helpful as can be! She helped with measurements and box sizes and offered spare stuffing, paper and bubble wrap to help pack our boxes. She then gave us quotes for different shipping methods. Our largest box was going to cost over $800 at first. But Susan worked some numbers, explored different carriers and made some calls and was able to figure out a bit of a better price. She was so kind and so helpful! We knew we came to the right location! We left with peace of mind knowing that our valuables were going to make it home safe and sound. Thank you Susan!

Not sure how this place gets any good reviews. Ridiculously over priced, and the woman who helped me made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by sending my package there. Definitely worth driving another mile to the US post office for much friendlier service at less than half the cost.

Tom and crew have always been fantastic. Ive been using their services for almost 3 years now and they are without question the best postal store in the area. Dont hesitate to stop by and see if they can handle your needs. Everyone is different and there are some jobs that are better done at home or at a larger-volume logistics company, but for most small businesses and personal shipments this is a great choice.

If you need to mail anything, have it packed, or get documents notarized then this is where you should go for great service from good people that are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tom and the rest of the staff are the best!

My experience with the Cedar Hills PostalAnnex+ has been very positive. Ive utilized this location for many years. The customer service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this organization!

This place is not a Post Office. Its also not affiliated with the Postal Service. It is a private enterprise that charges you much more to basically deliver your package or envelope to an actual post office, usually just up the street. The owner is very rude and lies to you. Said that overnight is not Guaranteed and that the Postal Service does not even guarantee overnight delivery on their Overnight Delivery mail. When I said I just mailed a package the day before at the Post Office it did get to its destination, guaranteed. He said, I got lucky and that I should read the fine print next time. So basically called me a liar. Also, $38 for what the Post office charges $23 for. And only guarantees 2 day delivery. Definitely a private, for profit - huge profit, enterprise. I dont have a problem with a business making profit, but to lie to me about being a postal employee and then bad mouthing the US POstal Service and charging me more money on top of that. really? Of course I politely left and went to the POst Office down the street and was taken care of by a real and honest Postal Service Employee and at the true cost for the mailing. Just beware before purchasing any services from an Annex. Especially from this rude and condescending establishment.

Lost 9 packages from this postal Annex. I asked the owner if we can check the CCTV to see if what happened to my packages and He refused to show the footage.

Honestly, come here for all your postal and notary needs. Tom was friendly and approachable. This place is a breath of fresh air.

This place is not only convenient but great services! I can get a passport photo, notary, and even IPhone repair !!! Great staff too.

This place is a scam stay away from it. they will charge 3 times the price just for taking your package to the post office without showing you a breakdown of the prices for shipping.

Too much attitude. She admonished me for not taping my own box, accusing me of taking money away from independent business owners. 6 inches of tape costing 1 cent at most! Wont go back.
