So I’m not one to complain personally. But when an individual goes into a store for services and is ignored very blatantly it makes things somewhat frustrating.Like trying to get to work on time.So thank you to the kind lady that filed a complaint for me.Now for that to happen a second time and for me to walk up and ask for help only to be directed over to A machine in which I am not familiar with and expressing that, and if still like your help only to be dismissed….I’m not one to pull the black card but damn come on y’all seriously. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
3 days Ive called for a package that was suppose to arrive 3 days ago. Each day I was told by customer service to wait bc It was in transit on the way to me. I never received any phone calls like agreed and the package never came. All I wanted to do was pick it up personally. Fed ex automozed customer service is terrible and the people I spoke with were just as confused and not helpful at all. Im never using fed ex and sense I didnt feel heard as a customer Im leaving a review. Get your mess together. I shouldnt have to rearrange three days of my life to sign for package that never came. Rude and terrible company.
I sent out 4 packages through this location and they were immediately marked as delivered once the tracking numbers were available. I called into the location wondering why packages that are meant to be delivered to the East Coast would be marked delivered so quickly. The tracking numbers then showed that the packages were en route. A month later, I received collection notices for 4 additional invoices, after already paying for the first 4. I showed proof of payment to FedEx, spoke to representatives on the phone for over an hour, and was told to email multiple departments and the invoices are still not off of my account. Even after FedEx gave me proof that two invoices were opened for each tracking number, there was no resolution for the erroneous invoices. I have now been sent to a debt collector for a mistake by FedEx. I’ll never use them again. This is a terrible way to treat a customer.

I was welcomed by Alex, and helped by both him and Andrew. I didnt know how to use their print and go service or the fax machine. They helped me and were very patient. I was impressed by their kindness, and helpfulness. All of the employees at this location are top notch. Its a difficult time, and they made it better!!!!

The service by most the employees was great. One employee lady was not wearing a mask and walking right up to people. Its unfortunate to see someone disregard wearing a mask that has been ordered by our governor durring a pandemic. Wont be going to this location or support that kind of behavior.

This location is great!!! The employees are so awesome and helpful! When I wanted a photo printed to a poster size someone immediately called me to inform me that for that type of photo it wouldn’t print correctly. I was bummed about it but the manager( I think her name is Amanda?)walked through some other options with me and I decided on a size. She was so helpful and understanding!
Janelle helped me SO MUCH with my international shipping questions. All the folks there are great.
Anna and her team are some of the most genuine people Ive ever worked with. During such a difficult time, they ensured my family and I were taken care of with honor and integrity. This Fedex Family went above and beyond in their customer service and I am forever grateful for the helpfulness and caring attitudes we have received from them.
I was printing out my resume/presentation for an upcoming interview and when I sent my documents to the FedEx email to be printed, it didnt come out in the format I wanted it to. Janelle went above and beyond to provide her expertise to help me fix the formatting and to show me different options for printing. I was there for around 2 hours right before closing and she was so gracious and patient while she helped me get my documents printed. They look great, all thanks to her!!
The staff here is real nice, and I overheard a customer problem handled politely and professionally.
Lady with glasses working there was rude and was trying to charge me 11 dollars to mail (regular delivery) a yellow envelope with one paper inside it, went to UPS paid 2$, she didn’t bother to weight the envelope either. She was also asking questions that weren’t clear.Not sure why she was trying to rip me off .
This location is very friendly, has good communication and great customer service. I often email images to be printed. These guys get back to me right away and call if they have questions. They do great print work and do it in a timely manner. My favorite Kinkos!
They do a fantastic job every time i print. I had trouble with a file and the employee there took time to figure it out and saved me! Also, I submitted my resume file online to be printed and i didnt realize I marked double sided. The guy kindly printed it out in two pages at no charge. Talk about having a customer for life. I can go close to my house but choose this one.
Lemme just say this place has excellent staff and I have never had any problems in the past. Having said that, I arrived at the store at 7:20am Friday morning ready to drop off my package when the store opened at 7:30am. At 7:55am the lights were still off and no one was there.I called to see if someone was in the back, but got no response. Now, I know it is not often that someone arrives so early, however if you say you are going to be open, be open. Especially if you are a place that caters to people doing business who need things done on time. I was extremely disappointed and I had to leave because I had to be at work at 8am.I called the corporate customer service line and they were very nice and said that they would have the store manager call me to address my complaint, but its now 10am and I have still not heard from anyone.
Went there at 8:00 PM on Sept. 12, 2016 to ship a package. Extremely helpful throughout the process with the parts I was unable to understand (weird shipping address) and equally friendly as well. Will be continuing to use this location for any further shipping needs.

This location has been handling my printing jobs for the last year and have always done an excellent job and been very pleasant to work with.
Nice staff ...but they (FEDEX) will not tell you what can be shipped overseas. I sent a package to my brother (Canary Islands, Spain) with a probiotic (Nutritional supplement), toothbrush refills and some other toiletries .. anyways, they charged me 158..USD and they did not deliver the package because of some custom limitation ?????, come on !!! it is just a nutritional supplement and things that do not hurt anybody, stupid nonsense. I file a claim and I had to call to know about the status of my claim because they never called me back and I lost my money. That sucks..

Waste of time and overall a really bad experience, waited in a long line to find out that they only FedEx things out so they had no envelopes or postage and apparently FedEx as an option doesnt work b/c they wont ship to business P.O. Boxes.
