I was looking for some odd sized wire connectors for a random switch, they had nothing on the shelf, but an older gentlemen went to the back and found some tiny crazy connectors Id never seen before. 4th stop and finally, someone was helpful. Ill be back. Thank you for knowing your job

I had to replace the alternator on my vehicle. I am not the most mechanically inclined person. When I went in to exchange the alternator for a new one I was fortunate enough to have Doug assist me. I have several questions that I need to ask and Doug was very helpful. He did not talk down to me, or make me feel as if he were uninterested in my needs. I was extremely impressed and will definitely return to the store for any future needs.

Wouldnt help my wife when she was stranded with kids. Told her sorry, not our problem. All she needed them to do was read an engine code but they refused. I expect at least an effort to help but none was given.

If you need help finding a specific part go to a different location. The old lady with the grey hair working there is no help whatsoever. I will definitely take my business to the wilsonville location. I have never been to a napa that has not even tried to help solve a question that could lead to a sale. Bad business.

Decent prices on most of the stuff Im looking for. Knowledgeable parts people who go out of their way to help you find what you need. And a very large selection of parts, tools and other products.

Always so friendly and willing to take time to find the right part for older vehicles. Sometimes you have to double check the part which you cant do with Amazon. Always my go-to for any auto work !!

Great service, patiently answered all my questions, and found me the correct car battery (the one in my car wasnt the manufacturers recommended group number), and when I said I needed a new socket set, steered me to the light-duty one that was on sale. It is perfect for my needs (I only do basic consumer-type maintenance on my car so nothing heavy-duty or complicated), and the ratchet and extensions fit my small hands wearing gloves (which can be a real problem with many standard tools), and worked perfectly for this job. Very helpful, and I will be back next time I need car advice or parts.

I needed a weird spark plug and was actually headed to a Baxters auto shop but when I got off the max this Napa was right here so I went in they dug up the spark plug that I needed so thats pretty cool

Very fast service! They ordered a battery from a Portland branch and had it there the same day! One if the fellows there, Frankie, was on the ball... he took my order and made sure that the battery was being sent from the nearest location. He then followed up with an email to let me know it was in the way and when it arrived. The service there is a WIN for me!

I realize there are not a suprlus of auto part shops in Beaverton, but thats no excuse to have bad customer service.I walked in with my son and browsed around for some touch up paint and a man asked if I needed any help, I said I was looking for the touch up paint. Then another employee spoke up and said, whats the paint code? I didnt know, and he just shook his head and said cant help you without the paint code. Now, his attitude and demeanor felt off. He could have asked me a lot more questions and even helped me find the code. Right? All I did was Google it. No big deal.I work in the retail industry and know customer service. Its one of the most important aspects of any storefront. Especially when they dont have the product!I found it on Amazon, though Id much rather get my hands on it immediately. They have the opportunity to work with me, but didnt. Thats why Amazon wins. Id rather click and have it sent to me than go back to there knowing they dont even stock it.

I went into this location to buy a gas can bkus i ran out of gas . The clerk told me all they had was five gallon cans left . I noticed as I was talking to him a 2-gallon one behind him sitting on another register. I was informed that it was another customers. When I was finally checking out at the register I was talking with the cashier telling him you guys need to have your 2 gallon containers reordered, the parts guy who just so happened to be there chimed in and said I just bought the last one for my lawn mower. I asked the guy hey cant you just get another one from the warehouse, I need this to go refill gas in my car as I ran out? he answered to me no.... now what kind of customer service is this? NAPA Auto Parts putting themselves before customers!!! definitely shopping elsewhere and complaining to corporate.

Swapped a powersteering pump/gearbox with them under warranty. Because the set up I got from Them went out and started leaking almost instantly. They didnt send a cap with the new pump and they made it a difficult mission to get my cap back from them. They gave me a Run around game to simply pull the cap off the old pump and hand it to me .

Hours are incorrect on google. Made a trip out to location only to find it closed. :/

I go to Beaverton auto parts when I need anything for my car.The people that work there know alot about cars.The products are top notch.

All parts stores now hire people who have zero, and literally, I mean zero automotive experience. I found a massive boost leak on my Audi TT and came here to replace 1 hose. Brought in the hose I needed replace and of course it took 2 trips here to get something that would work. At best, they can do a search, at worst they will totally steer you in the wrong direction. in my opinion, they are no more competent than any other parts store and their hours are a lot more limited. Someday soon a parts store will go back to hiring competent people and everyone will go there for help. Until then, hope to God you do not need something they cannot find on their computer.

The nice woman at the counter helped me puck out windshield wiper blades. She said one of the guys would pop them on for me. I purchased them then asked for that assistance and was basically laughed at and told no. I will not be back.

I need two 1/4-28 screws, can not get from ACE Falk because it closed permanently. I tried Napa Auto parts nearby and they have many screws. The services are excellent, found the screws for me quickly.

Dont buy here!The dont take returns at all!Go to Baxter auto parts.They have much better customer service.
