Always a pleasure when going out for coffee, but in this instance I was unable to go inside for it. I like to sit with my friends and chat while having coffee, but this one was closed inside. Drive through only. So sad.

The line here is always so long but the drink are made good.

I love this Starbucks my favorite one. They are so polite and hardly ever mess up on our order. Has been clean all the times I have been in it and they keep hand sanitizer throughout the inside. They love that my grandson gets his danish and talks to everyone.

We always get great service here.Can sometimes be dauntingly long, But the employees are always hard at work to make sure the orders are correct and things keep moving. Make sure you tip your baristas, folks. They deserve it.

Closed for indoor dining. They need to indicate this on the app or on google maps. Showed up to see a line snaking around the block. Very uncool. I know there are staff shortages etc but keep us abreast if the store is closed!!!

Fast moving drive thru which is clutch when in a hurry and just dont want to go in. Fast service,customer service is great as well. They actually seem happy to see you and is authentic about it. Recommend.

They are usually very busy with cars wrapped around the building, HOWEVER things move pretty quickly, and my order is always accurate

I have been a regular at this Starbucks for a few years. The staff have wonderful personalities! As with any drive through service, they do get busy and there may be a long line. They are always apologetic and staff work quickly to reduce the waiting time. I appreciate that there are some staff that remember me by face and already know my order. I have even had occasions where they recognize my voice when I come through the drive through. My coffee is always made how I want it (whether it is hot or iced) and if they ever have made a mistake, they are quick to fix my order. I have even had coffees made for me for free if they didnt make my coffee how I ordered it. For those complaining about receiving wrong orders, I would suggest saying something at the window or calling and allow them the have the chance to fix their mistake. I have always had wonderful experiences by politely letting them know. Overall, I have enjoyed my many years of experience with this particular Starbucks and recommend a visit!

Starbucks in Wilmington is great except they seemed to be closed everytime my wife and I went there and this was at random times throughout the day. Even though the attended stated they would only be closed for 15-20 minutes we still took our business elsewhere

Really busy between 2:30 and 3:00. The line of cars stretched beyond the parking lot onto the street. It took 25 minutes to get through the line and receive my order. I still prefer the drive-thru, but will plan on a different time of day.

Starbucks could open another store 500 ft away and still not be able to keep up with the demand. However this being said they are almost as efficient as possible when it comes to serving their customers (sorry chick-fil-a takes#1)My wife regularly gets coffee from this location and in 5 yrs of getting coffee only a couple orders have had issues. Which were resolved without hassle.

Went through the drive thru during a busy time, and it only took 10 minutes from the time I entered the line to when I received my drink. I was impressed with the speed and accuracy. Also the order taker was friendly and not frazzled.

This is not cheap coffee so if you are expecting $2 for a cup of coffee, just get the tall Pike Place but if you are wanting espresso expect to spend the money. However, it is worth it! The coffee is absolutely great and the service is quick even if you see the line out the door. It is worth the trip.

Ordered a Mozzarella Tomato Panini. I bit into it and there was chicken. I think it was a chicken pesto. I’m vegetarian and I’m gonna be sick on my 10 hour long road trip. Thanks.

Very good customer service. Nicely poured cold nitro brew. The food is always a little lacking, but sufficient when theres not much else. Overall a decent Starbucks experience

With COVID-19 you walk in the front door & out the back which is good. Lanes are marked for distancing & plexiglass is in place. My Mocha Frappuccino was cold & my Bacon, Gouda & Cheese Sandwich was hot. A perfect combination.

Great staff, great food and drinks, my only complaint is how small the lot is. If you park, be prepared to be stuck in your spot when the drive through is busy.

Star Bucjs is well Star Bucks. Always good. The only problem is tge pandemic cause lobby to only be online order pick up. So the drive through is a 15 min wait.

Asked for 6 shots expresso, light ice light 1% milk & White mocha... mostly milk. couldnt taste any coffee at all.... might as well of been a milkshake. Im extremely disappointed.

A great Starbucks! Beautiful new building, inside and out. The exterior shows how spacious the interior looks. Plenty of exterior tables and chairs and umbrellas. The interior has fashionable long tables in the center of the shop as well as against the long windows. Tall stools at tall tables everywhere. Nice cushion chairs as well as regular tables and comfortable chairs. Top-notch Starbucks, great baristas, friendly service and quality, hot coffee. I was locating a Starbucks on my Google Maps when I found the difference between a Starbucks stand alone and one that is inside a Target or a Krogers. If the Starbucks is stand alone it is identified as a Starbucks Coffee Shop. If it is a Starbucks inside another business it is identified on my Google Map as a Starbucks Cafe. I will be following through on this new terminology as I prefer the Starbucks Coffee Shop when I am traveling.

They hardly ever get my order correct and even though the app says they have a food item I want, usually the store doesnt have it. They almost never do refunds and instead want to give me a different food item.

This is a good Starbucks. The service is fast and it seems to be open later than other ones in the area. Its located in the parking lot of the Mall at Fairfield Commons so that makes it handy due to the central location (if youre inside the mall or you are going to go into the mall, theres a Starbucks in the food court so just go straight for that). It does seem a little smaller than other ones and, even though the location is nice, having to put up with all the mall traffic is a bit if a bummer.

Very friendly and helpful even though they were extremely busy. Even replaced a coffee that I tried and didnt like because it was too sweet. Kudos to them and a great job.

Love coming here early on a Sunday morning when its relatively quiet inside. Employees are always kind and helpful. This place gets super busy so there is usually a wait, but I think they do a great job with the amount of traffic that comes through. If it looks super busy, try the mobile order; usually ready in 4-8 minutes.

Been to this Starbucks numerous times. Mainly because of proximity to my home. More often than not they will get my order wrong or they will be out of stock on what I other and I dont even order anything fancy. I also find that other Starbucks locations make better drinks. I know other people who have had similar experiences at this location. I do like that they have a drive through.

Love Starbucks! It makes a convenient stop after leaving vet with our dog. He loves the pupcup which is a special treat for him after a day of exams, and shots. The pupcup is whipped cream.

This Starbucks has a warm and cozy feel to it, complete with a fireplace and couch chairs. The Baristas were flawless, when taking my order and preparing my drink. I cant wait to come back and finish up some work.

This is the second time I ordered black coffee via drive-through at this location and on both the occasions the coffee was never hot . It was mildly warm on both the times.

This is maybe my 3rd time visiting this location. Its been very busy with lines wrapped around inside and out. Staff running around trying to handle the impatient I need to speak to the manager the staff always does their best even with the crazies who get upset and hover around the counter. Keep up the great work. Also, as a customer if you cant handle a long line you should probably skip out or comeback later, its not the staff that makes it a long line.

Come before noon on a weekday to easily find a table. It was the perfect place to grab a drink and meet a friend. But if you’re looking for a Chai Tea bag, they might be out. Bummer. Also, by noon their drive through is packed. This can clog up the whole parking lot, making it impossible to leave.

I love starbucks and get a coffee from time to time and havent had a bad experience with any of their shops, the atmosphere is chill and relaxing.

I love Starbucks and I especially love having a drive through since I have young kids, but I couldnt give five stars because this drive through takes forever. If there are more than 2-3 cars in line it can take 15-30 minutes to get through. Great customer service though.

Service was terrible. Tables not cleaned. If you mentioned it they hand you a rag. Staff has no manors on this visit. Really not to the expectations of a Starbucks. I would prefer my coffee from a gas station then this location.

This Starbucks is usually always busy. Tonight was exceptionally busy though. The drive-thru line was wrapped all the way around the building out to the road, and it was taking a long time to fulfill each order. I think I waited about a half hour from the time I pulled in to the time I got to the window. The customer service is this stores saving grace. The employees are very kind and friendly. I rated this 4 stars even though the wait was ridiculous because the friendliness of the employees. My drink was spot on and tasted great.
