My first visit was an makeup over load...My word! if you have issues finding a foundation to match your very fair to much deeper than mocha but a coffee bean dark skin color... come hither... such rich & beautiful shades of color. Complimentary eye shadows, blushes, lip stains etc...!I need serial visits to take in the other offerings... I had to get out of the store before my old makeup artistry compulsion took over... I love colors!They have products online as well.

Was easy to find associates where vary respectful and was helpful with helping me find the right make-up for my skin tone.

I dont know much about make up, but my wife enjoys this store. Seems to have everything she enjoys so 5 stars it is.

Shamekka (I hope I spelled it right!), you are amazing! I went in looking for a few things and ended up realizing that I needed more. I didnt want my experience to end! The only box we didnt check off that I totally forgot about was a lash curler and setting power. Looks like I need to make another trip soon!As far as the store itself, everything was extremely organized and proficient. Only one thing we couldnt find and the other, we were lucky to find it in a storage compartment. The variety was the most amazing kind of overwhelming of my prior Ulta experiences and I cant wait to come back. Thank you so much for everything and Ill be back soon.

Alicia cut my hair and was awesome. I have very curly hair and it is difficult to manage. She gave me a Deva Curl haircut and now my hair is much more manageable and is exactly what I was wanting. Alicia is very knowledgeable with curly and textured hair. I would highly recommend going to her.

Where do I start?! I was visiting from out of town...the one and ONLY person who greeted was a woman named Shae. She had a warm and wonderful energy about her and was SUPER ATTENTIVE and knowledgeable! I was there looking for gifts and she was able to get my my exact needs without seeming distracted or discontent about all of my questions. Come to find out she’s also from Orlando! I had the best time at any Ulta I’ve ever been to...and believe me I’ve been to plenty. The best customer service experience of my life!!! If you ever need ANYTHING at this Ulta location, ask for Shae!

BEYOND RUDE... I went in one morning looking for a foundation, I was not greeted, not asked if I needed help looking for something... nothing. I was unable to find a foundation due to the lack of help and ended up purchasing a face mask. A worker named MERISSA was at the register that day and did not ask if we found everything alright (as someone who works retail I know the correct way to make sure all customers feel welcomed and cared for). She did not smile only asked for my phone number. I gave her my number and told me it must be wrong. Wrong? Yes she said there was too many points under that number. She continued on using MY number and gave me my total, I gave her my money in cash and handed it to her to her hand. She grabbed my money and dropped it on the counter as if I gave her trash. Absolutely the nastiest attitude.

Worst experience EVER! I have never purchased anything from Ulta and now I see why. First off it wasnt the associates in the store. The ladies were nice and helpful.I wanted to try a new brand of makeup and its not sold at Sephora...my go to place of course. I ordered online and received my email for order pickup. In the email it clearly stated that I could go into the store or do curbside pickup. There was a number to call once I got to the store and further instructions on the pickup. I got to the store and called the number but of course they dont offer curbside pickup. I explained what the email said and was told they dont do it at this store. Ok fine...strike 1.I pickup the makeup and Im not given ANY paper receipt and told that my receipt would be emailed to me. So about 30 minutes later I get an emailed receipt. So Im thinking ok no problem. Of course the color of the makeup is off and I go back to the store to EXCHANGE it for the correct color. I go to the counter, show the receipt, and Im told no problem just go get the correct color. I do as instructed and go back to the counter. I get to the counter and Im then told that I cant exchange the makeup because I dont have the proper receipt. It will be emailed in 24 hours. I need to come back tomorrow to EXCHANGE the makeup. Strike 2I understand with COVID right now most places are using email receipts. But what I dont understand is if I make a purchase via the store app and choose to pick it up. WHY cant I make a return or exchange with the receipt that was sent from the company. Really?You know for sure when and where it was purchased. You see the total I paid for the purchase but yet I cant return it. Its a receipt but its not the correct one. Then Im told that its not in the system yet and thats why I cant EXCHANGE the makeup. Strike 3This is completely stupid because the company policy on returns that was included with the receipt but not receipt says....If you would like to exchange a product for the same item, no payment is required-just bring it in and youre good to go. And this is copied from the email I received. This is completely opposite of whats happening when you actually go into the store.I will NEVER purchase anything from Ulta again. What should have been a simple transaction is now turned into getting the run around. This is why I only deal with Sephora. I log into my account and make a purchase and its there. No waiting for a 24 hour update. Plus, if you need to return something your receipt is an actual receipt and its no problem. Ulta should really start to stand by its store policy. If I could leave no stars and give negative stars I would. First and the last time to purchase here and I purchase makeup several times a month. Thank you Sephora for helping me to remember just how un-problematic you have been with your return policy.

The store is very nice. The salon.. well Im just done with getting my hair done here. The cut was amazing but the color ... Basically looked the same as when I came in, tiny bit change in the brassy. $200 +, and using an expert stylist I should leave with exactly what I want. Not the first time, so just going to figure out a new wat to get professional color . I always choose Ulta because I travel .. not anymore.

The salesperson who assisted me today, Kaitlyn, was so patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to swatch EVERY color she thought would interest me once I gave her my idea. What I DID NOT like was TWO different co-workers brought customers over to her to ask questions and LEFT them with her as if she were not helping me. That was very rude, especially when I observed them talking to one another 2 aisles over not working. The message sent was either I wasnt important or they wanted to pass off their work, either way it was very inconsiderate.

I always know what I want at Ulta, I go in to buy only 1 item every month... They sale people will follow you around at the Federal Way location like youre a criminal. I even come in with no purse and they still actjme that! Makes me very comfortable.

I love shopping at ulta. My only issue with this store is their service is hit or miss. Sometimes I go in and get a lot of help with finding what I need... other times its like no one is there. Stock is usually pretty low also.

If I could leave less stars, I would. I tried returning a Christmas gift from my mother in law that I didnt have a gift receipt for. After explaining the situation to the cashier that I only wanted a merchandise card for the items (while giving them my mother in laws info to show proof of purchase) the team lead proceeded to ask me why wouldnt you just talk to your mother In law about returning this to get the receipt? This was 100% inappropriate and I am appalled at ultas customer service. I have been a customer for 15 years, but maybe another store deserves my loyalty.

I love ulta as a company. But this particular Ulta. I went in for a product I’ve been waiting for weeks to hit shelves and I looked on the app and online it said it was in store I made a 45 minutes drive after work to go get it because I was so excited to get it, I show up and boxes are everywhere and I go right to that section and it’s not there I asked a worker if they had it and just told me no. The I’m gonna guess manager showed up and said “I don’t have it” and walked away.

Baaaaaby... so on the ulta site this Pur cosmetics Barbie eyeshadow was 17.99 I went to the store to purchase it and they charged me 34$ talking about the cant honor it because it is an online price, However once I called corporate they told me that Ulta Beaumont should have honored it... mind you, the pallet was the same price at Kohls... they were sold out tho...Anyway Ulta Management was really RUDE about it..

This Ulta location made my first time trying to look for a foundation the worse experience ever. I asked an employee to help me, I did not get to catch her name but she was busy and said she would come right back to help me, a few minutes later she is just standing around laughing with her coworkers. Next I tried to ask another employee and all she did was grab a random foundation off of one of the racks and said to try this one (keep in mind that it was the literally the last foundation on the whole display). She didnt even bother to try and show me any other brands she would have thought could work for me. All she did was grab one and said try it and if it wasnt the correct shade I can just bring it back and get a refund or another one. I drove about 30 minutes to this location just to get this kind of service (which is the closest real cosmetics store near me).

The store is clean and has everything you can ask for. The only down side is the LONG AND TIME CONSUMING lines to check out. I have waited 15 minutes to pay and have even left the store with nothing twice because of the wait time. Store would be a 5 if they improved that issue.

This store has gone downhill. It used to be very well kept and professional, but now it’s always messy and the employees are goofing off instead of helping cashwrap check out. The shelves aren’t stocked, things aren’t priced, and it’s all around unorganized and unprofessional. If I was a secret shopper the store would have failed.

Went into the Beauty Salon portion of ulta to have a consultation with someone about changing my hair from red to blonde highlights and starting from scratch I came in for my appointment, she was running behind so while she still had her customer on the other side, she came over and asked what I was looking to do with my hair. I showed her my picture and she flat out said No. And im like... what do you mean NO. She began telling that she wasnt going to try and tackle it. She said something about my tones being warm. And how much bleach this would take an how much it would damage my hair. And that it definately wouldnt be done in one session. I told her I already knew that but that was the whole point of the consulation so that i could figure it out. It seemed like she just wanted to tell me no and rush me out the door. I wasnt reccomended anything else or another place that I should try or anything it was just a flat out, NO. Needless to say, I walked out extremely unhappy. Definately do not reccoment Ms. Connie.
