I had a curbside pickup order for a bottle of Zyrtec which is normally a quick process at most places right? Well the staff at this location isnt smart enough to figure out that process. I waited for almost 30 minutes before I went inside and to top it off no one apologized and instead the female in the photo center basically shrugged her shoulders. Luckily for her my allergies were acting up and I still had to eat with what was left on a wasted lunch break so I didnt go off but hopefully the staff reads this and tells the heifer to go ππΌππΌ herself
They hang up on you and never answer the phone. Rude. Ridiculous

This is the WORST place to fill perceptions the keep you and hold for over 30 minutes. So RUDE! Someone in the pharmacy picks up without saying anything then puts you back on hold. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Update:I rerated this all because at the front counter in the store, Becky Montena was phenomenal. She has excellent customer service under her belt and I appreciated her kindness whenever I came in, in the middle of the night to get my daughter formula. Thats the only reason that I changed my vote from 1 star to 3. She deserves 5 stars but I cant bring myself to do it considering the horrible experiences I keep having with the pharmacy. Whenever their services get better, youll earn my 5 star rating. Sorry Becky. You really are great!First post:I have given this locations pharmacy SPECIFICALLY multiple chances and tried to offer the benefit of the doubt, but I am beyond angry right now! The staff is usually friendly and will go above and beyond (I emphasize on USUALLY because some staff have no respect for their customers at all and are very rude), HOWEVER...1) The lines for the drive through are always forever long...2) Whoever makes the pharmaceutical orders NEVER orders enough and they are always out of things...My last experience, they told me they had the medication I needed. I waited HOURS for them to let me know it was ready. I finally call to find out the hold up and they tell me they were out of the erythromycin and they wouldnt have it for however long, I cant recall. I ask them to transfer me to another location yet NO ONE had the meds and they avoided transferring me to a different pharmacy. By the way, I believe I called them multiple times because either the connection on their end was bad or the line got disconnected somehow but my service on my cell phone was pristine so it wasnt an issue on my end. I finally go up there because I was extremely upset and I wanted answers. Low and behold, they get a shipment in after I arrive... I was grateful and overjoyed... I get the medication, I get home, I open it to give my daughter her dosage, and its just powder... I call them to tell them and they said the medication didnt get mixed before being sold to me... To which I had to go BACK to the pharmacy for them to mix it and return it to me. The whole situation was rediculous! Mind you, these medications are for my infant daughter with reflux. She cant take powers... she was only 6 months at the time.Fast forward to today. I am beyond livid! I call this morning at a quarter after 9 OCLOCK IN THE MORNING and they told me that she thinks they dont have it but she had to double check... she comes back on the line and says they DO have it, but wanted to confirm one more time that they had the medications I needed. She comes back and says she made sure THREE TIMES they had it. Perfect! Q relief, right? Wrong! She said in an hour and a half, they would be ready for them to be picked up. They told me that they would text me whenever the medications were ready... Fast forward to this afternoon, it was roughly 4pm when we went for pickup after ordering AT 9:30AM. THATS OVER SIX HOURS LATER, no text, no call... silence. I send someone to get them for me because I assumed they were ready by now and not only were they out of the medication I needed again WHICH THEY SAID THIS MORNING THAT THEY HAD, but they shorted me FIFTY DOSES of the 2nd medication my daughter needs for her GERD.
Great service! I called to check if they have my favorite type of cigarettes. Because all stores around me were out of stock. 2(!!!) Hours later I drove 20 minutes to this specific store just to get those cigarettes. And when I got to the counter, Sam, store accosiate got my cigarettes on the table. I asked How did you know that I came to buy that specific cigarettes??? You called 2 hours ago asking if we have them available .Thats what I call great customer service.Thank you, Sam. Walgreens should appreciate people like Sam which brings the customer service to the whole new level.

I have been coming to this store for over 11 years now. Yes they are a busy store but go to any other 24 hour Walgreens and its the same. I always get professional help and they even call me by my name. So you know try not to always try picking up prescription between 4:30 and 6. They are doing the best they can for as busy as it is. Just take a breathe and not be so upset when you walk in because there is a line. Thank you Walgreens on Dowlen Rd and Folsom! Keep up the good work!

I literally dont know why this store has a bad rateing. I came in everyday and greater with love and immediate help. They helped me prepare the perfect anniversary package for my wife. This place is amazing and I will never go to any other store then this one.

Doctors called in a prescription already knew it would be at least a good hour so we went to a few stores 3 hours later still not ready!!! Had to wait an additional hour for it!!!!! Then different day I dropped off a hand written prescription from the doctors office was told it would be done in 2 hour. So went to a few stores to waste some time go back 2 hours 20 minutes later they havent even started on it!!!! Dont waste your time coming to this location!
Horrible horrible pharmacy. They close without telling anyone. I sent a Rx to be refilled using their app and get confirmation itβs going to be refilled. This was a lie because apparently the store is flooded. Why not inform people so they can take their Rx elsewhere? They were always super slow and never had enough staff. Donβt deserve 1 star.

The most awful walgreens Ive ever had to deal with ... insurance has approved medicine to be filled and they have filled it but yet the phamarmist gets to choose when she allows you to pick it up ...she is suppose to be the manager but she is nothing more than a chick on a power trip that gets pleasure from seeing people do without what they need to survive .... she is awful and laughs about it ... and is happy to let you know she can do what she wants to and there is nothing you can do about it ... instead of picking up every 30 days she only allows it every 32 days ... she will tell you that and laugh about it ...
They dont deserve the one star! The new employee ruined my first ultrasound photos. He cut right through the middle of the first one! I will never trust a Walgreens again! My heart is broken over this and their is nothing that can fix the photo being ruined!!!!
I have never been treated like a criminal at any local but this one. I will never use Walgreens again. The pharmacy is slow and rude and after 5 days of trying to get a prescription for my daughter. I called the insurance and got everything handle. The pharmacist told me she would handle it and didnt. I went back on my lunch break to take care of it and l was the only one in the drive thru at the time. She came to the window and told me she would have to call the insurance and verify. I said okay. She asked me to pull around and I asked why. She sais so she can help the next person. The other lane was open for anyone else. I told her I didnt have time to be stuck behind someone else and she told me she would call the police. Really the police. I told her to go ahead I will be waiting. I went in to wait and ask for a manager and they went to the pharmacist first. Then within 5 minutes my prescription was ready so why did I have to move. I waited in line for 30 minutes last night. Worse place ever.
Why does it take longer to drop off prescriptions, or pick them, at this location? I do not need to talk to someone to drop off a prescription. I have set in line here for up to an hour. Time to switch pharmacies.
I have given this pharmacy on Dowlen several chances; but Im done trying to give them my business. I am sure others have likely had good service; however, I have received consistently poor service.
I like this place. Not too far from home. As for taking a long time - they do. And, so do all other pharmacies. I get an email when my meds are ready. They are professional and clean and I will use them every time.

If you are going to this Walgreens and have coupons try another store since the cashier there (blonde older woman) will make it impossible. they will be very rude and make you uncomfortable. you will have better luck at another Walgreens.

What a headache. Poor work ethics, poor people skills. Although I mentioned poor work ethics I have to specifiy because its unbelievable, the attitude some of these women have. Yall need to invest in your training or the managerial department. Have you seen these ratings? You gots a problem.My sons script was filled wrong and when he went back up there to get it straighten out he was told hed have to wait two hours. Why even waste time with this place.My fiances medication was called 2 weeks prior and they were not filled when I got there. So, that was gonna take 2 hours. I understand they get backed up so I head home to cook dinner. After feeding my family. I get back up there and it still wasnt filled. I was asked to wait inside for about 30 minutes (Like I dont have children to get tucked in bed.) After a little eye-opening conversation we managed to get the meds but this has been an ongoing problem.Other times the doctor shows he sent the order to the pharmacy but somehow this Walgreens never got it.I pick up liquid medication and have nothing to measure and dispense it with. (Probably should have checked the bag before I left. I knew better.)Im patient and kind but this is too much extra nonsense. We all have our days but at some point we need to get it together. Get with the work flow. I need to count on my pharmacy to do their job and not cost me 3 hrs out of my day... time that I really need to go over my kids homework with them. I liked having the flexibility with the hours but its not worth all the shenanigans.

I drove all the way from Houston to purchase my daughters prescription after a young man told her she could purchase as full retail until the Dr called in the pre-approval and have it resubmitted within 7 days. Retail Service Pharmacy program concurred. Upon arrival, the female pharmacist refused and told me the prior employee was new and didnt know what he was doing. Again, dont waste your time using this location: the pharmacy staff is inept AND provide misinformation...dangerous when your life is on the line...RIP.
Literally waited an hour to check status of prescription it kept saying one call ahead of me. Finally a girl answered and asked me to hold. And then I waited for another 15 minutes and they hung up on me. You need to get people that want to actually work and not just keep the line busy and hang up on your customers!!!!
I called Walgreens Pharmacy to check on my prescriptions. IT TOOK A REAL LONG TIME. After 15 miniutes I decided to wait them out over 32 Minutes. Then when I actualy got through they had run out of one of my medicines. This store at Dowlen and Folsom in Beaumont Texas is way understaffed. Be prepared to wait or just call your order in 2 or 3 days early. Walgreens Corporate, please hire more pharmacy techs to work with these nice people.
Been going to Walgreens for nearly 7 years. Just moved and this is my first time at this location in Beaumont. I had them my medicine and then they call me back up and say We cant filll this because we cant read it. We can tell its says to take one in the afternoon and one... and we think it says tomorrow but that doesnt make sense because its 60 pills. I told them it says in evening but they argued thats not what they saw so I asked for my scripts back. A tall blonde came up and said they just had to wait for them to confirm what they wrote but they would be ready in a few hours. I asked for my scripts back again, saying I wasnt going to wait on my medicine because they cant read. She tells me I should have checked the script first, which I then interrupt her and say So its my fault you cant read it? She replies with Yes it is. Now Im really mad and demanded my scripts back and told her to f herself and not to blame her customers. She says You need to calm down right now because I never said it was your fault. Now Im just enraged. Still yelling at them to give me my scripts back when she finally admits she said it and apologizes. I said I dont care just give me my scripts back. Keep in mind no one has went to get my scripts at all. She apologies 2 more times while I am screaming to give me my scripts back before she finally gives them the ok to hand them back to me. Its like she was holding them hostage and was hoping I would just give up on it. I said F***ing finally. F***ing blames me then wont even give me my scripts back. From the very end of the pharmacy, she yells while waiving her hands in the air I apologized 3 times. I dont know why you want me to apologize again. Now Im so mad I cant see straight. Yelling at me from 15ft away in front of staff and customers saying I was demanding another apology. So I tell her I didnt want your f***ing apology, I justed wanted my medicine back and for you to shut the f*** up and give them to me. She finally left me alone and I was able to leave my scripts. Talked to a manager on the way out who did nothing for me but to see if they could try calling again so I didnt have to wait to get my medicine filled. So they blame, insult, argue and belittle their customers in front of everyone while refusing to give back your medicine for no other reason, at least what I can only assume, than to hope you just walk away and give up so they get to keep your business anyways. I went to another pharmacy and they asked if I tried to get my meds filled somewhere else because they had already been marked on. I told them I was at Walgreens and... She interrupted me and said Say no more. Yep that is the reputation they are carrying down here.
Horrible customer service. I sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes at 2 oclock in the morning while being ignored by your pharmacist. I was only attempting to drop off a prescription for my very sick child and couldnt get any help. This place is horrible. I signed up for a flu vaccine appointment for my 6 and 8 year olds online. It asked for their birthdates and never indicated that their age would be a problem. Upon arrival they had nothing prepared, as If I hadnβt even scheduled an appointment. They proceeded to tell me that they didnβt give vaccines to anyone under the age of 7. I told them the website didnβt indicate this. I reviewed the website again and informed the pharmacy tech that their website says they are giving flu vaccines to this age group. She proceeds to tell me that itβs a Texas thing. I told her that my 6 year old had the flu vaccine in Texas last year while 5 years old. Then she said it was a Walgreens policy. She truly was making it up as she went along. We promptly marched my 6 year old over to CVS where she immediately got her flu vaccine without an appointment.
