I dont like to shop in this area but the girls here are so sweet and fountains of info for beauty! Stock is a little low with the pandemic but they offered options to help me get what I needed. So much happier with my hair now after the salon ruined my color... Great energy from the manager with big red hair, keep it up

Perfect customer service! The red haired manager lady is very kind and knowledgeable. They even had a woman working from another store come in causing a scene yelling at one of the workers about parking and she handled her politely but firmly. Good job.

They do not know what they are doing i bought everything for my hair and for my mom hair and neither one was satisfied mine looks like I didnt do anything at all they need to learn more about color

Bought hair color striper, and 3 boxes of hair color. Followed instructions perfectly. Ended up with exact same hair color started with! Spent $40 bucks and over 6 hours for a waste of time. You failed me sallys

Every time I go in there, the ladies are so so sweet. I didn’t even mind following their simple “ arrow rules” they have in place do to covid, it’s for our safety and theirs. I can’t say enough good things about them and they’re so very helpful, they actually care about the customer and have a lot of knowledge in the products they sell ❤️❤️😊😊

Since I cant make the review I had to put a star, but I wish I could give negative stars to this one! With the regulations they have in place for social distancing, etc. In an effort to honor the store policy and follow the arrows, I asked the clerk - if she would step away from what she was doing as she was blocking aisle I was directed to go down so we could maintain the 6 ft. distance - she flat out refused and told me I was being ridiculous - I couldnt have gotten past her without physically touching as she blocked the entire aisle. (and we were the only ones in the store)

Great service with a 😁 call regarding a product,was on the phone connection failed. This employee went beyond soon as I walk in the store mention phone line dropped product was in her hand.

The associate was either insanely tired and miserable of drugged out of her mind. Place was messy towards the back. Jist had an unprofessional dreadful vibe.
