Also, they offer military discounts with proof of service with an ID (spouses like myself included)! Ask for her! Everyone Ive encountered is very knowledgeable and professional as well, but she offers recommendations based on the information I give and is always SPOT ON because she tests products herself and gives accurate feedback! Bad costumer service will knowingly sell you broken products and no refunds/ replacements bought a smok vape and before I could make it to my car noticed it was shorted out and could not use it at all and was told all all sales final even though I never left the property

My boyfriend and I used to go out of our way (we don’t live in Beaumont) to go here for Juul pods, even with the slightly higher prices, because of the awesome reward system. Then one day we come in and find out they got rid of the reward system and we lost at least $20 worth of points. Considering they have all the reward members phone numbers I’m really annoyed they didn’t send out a mass text warning us all that our points would be lost when they switch over to a new system. Now there is nothing worth the drive over there. If you happen to be in the area then they are fine to use, but if you don’t live close it’s not worth a drive.

Went to check out this Vape Shop to look for a good device that could help me wing off cigarettes and tasty flavors. I have to say, I love this place! Clean shop and friendly for Downlen shop. I got the drag2 and it’s amazing! Alex was super chill and very informative in helping me set up my new Drag2 device he even showed me some solid tasting flavors. I will definitely be coming back to this shop again, my new go to vape shop with great prices!

Horrible place they turn you down for returning a product that you want to return even with a reciept. And the 2 brother that own them are not professional owners took me from my family for a week and didnt tell me if i was hired or not just left me in the blank over 8 dollars an hour now im making 20 glad i didnt wait on them they lose money by paying me and paying for the hotel they put me in Dumb 😆 and dont believe these reviews all these ppl are ppl that work for the company or did work for them
