A very Nice/clean establishment, the hours are not acceptable for such a shop. I guess being from Houston and being able to go and enjoy A late evening smoke, would be a a culture shock after being rushed outOther than the time thing its was Great .....

Best place to buy and smoke a cigar in the golden triangle bar none!! The smoking area is very open, plenty of seating, and the air movement is good. It smells like cigars in there, not stale smoke. The humidor is amazing, and you wont find a bigger selection of cigars between Houston and Lake Charles if I had to guess.Theres a tv in the humidor that was rolling an informational show about tobacco and cigar rolling, which I thought was very cool. Theres only 1 big screen TV in the lounge, which I liked. If I want to watch TV and smoke a cigar Ill just stay home. In my opinion its better to go to a lounge to chat with a friend or other smokers. Its atmospheric, which televisions ruin.They have a water dispenser for free water, a coffee pot, and sodas were also available for purchase. No alcohol for sale tho. Plenty of table top humidors for sale too, as well as all regular cigar accoutrements: lighters, ash trays, humidity control, cutters etc...The gentleman working here was very knowledgeable about the cigar selection on hand, was patient while I looked around - not pushy at all and very friendly.You wont be disappointed by stopping in.My only complaint was that they didnt have torch lighters out and readily available that I could see. Probably dont want them being stolen or innocently walked off with. Understandable, but it still wouldve been nice to have some handy instead having to ask for a touch up or relight (which I didnt need, but its easily a potential issue).

Great Cigar shop! Well stocked humidor. Lounge looks comfortable also. There is not tvs everywhere like a sports bar.The staff was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helped me with my 25,000 questions lol.Walked out with many great cigars I have not tried before. I will be back for sure! Best cigar place in SE TX, hands down.Thanks for educating me on cigars since I am a newbie! See you next time!

Excellent cigar lounge Well-stocked humidor, with good prices. Lots of chairs to catch a game or do some work away from the office. Helpful staff.

Ive been a patron of the Lake Charles store for a long time, and in my first visit to the Beaumont location, I felt at home. An inviting staff and a welcoming atmosphere are very evident here. I will certainly be returning.
