Heritage is wonderful! As a commercial fishermen, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Bought my motor from them and anytime I have any questions, they are quick to help either by phone if possible or if I have to bring my boat in. Thanks ladies and gentlemen! Keep up the awesome work!

Absolutely the best team in the marine business. I had been to every boat place in Beaumont and Jasper to order a new canopy for our pontoon. No one even wanted to talk to us. I kept searching on the internet. From the first call to heritage marine the best professional customer service. We needed trailer and live well fixed and wires eaten by rats that had gotten in the boat. Dropped the boat off in September we needed it for vacation in October. They got my boat back in time for my vacation. We had a trolling motor mounted on the boat that we bought from them that we have enjoyed it. Had more issues with the boat ( no Fault of heritage marine) took it back had more electrical work done due to the rats that had gotten in the boat. We highly recommend them. Thanks Heritage Maine we will customers in the future.

The best I took my boat to Premier Yamaha and had 12000.00 in motor warranty work done. After keeping my boat 4 months they didn’t hook my exhaust port up and had five bolts back out. Heritage took my boat in fixed everything that was wrong and did a great job! I highly recommend them to anyone who has motor problems!!!!

Called this past Friday around lunch after being towed in. The belt that I had just bought from Heritage Marine and replaced a week ago on my 35 surface drive broke on our way in. I spoke with a gal at Heritage that informed me that they did not have any of the Gates belts in stock but told me that they could order one for me. I found it odd that they would not have a commonly ordered item such as a belt for a surface drive in stock. I went ahead and ordered one and gave my contact info to the gal on the phone and asked to have their mechanic Jeremiah give me a call to discuss why a new belt already broke on me. I was also informed that the new belt would be here by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I had guided trips set up for Saturday and Sunday and was now without a boat so I reached out to my customers and let them know what was going on and that we would not be able to make the hunts happen this weekend now that the motor was down and I was waiting on the new belt. They were not happy and had already had hotel reservations that they were not able to get refunded. I called this morning about 9:45am to get a tracking update on the belt and the same gal answered the phone and told me that it was there already. My initial thoughts was “that was fast.” I asked how much the belt was out the door and she transferred me to I believe Billy in parts. Billy gave me the price and I asked him when the belt arrived. He said it was already in stock and said they’d tried calling me Friday but just got a busy tone. I politely informed him on the phone and in person when I made it up there today around lunch how their mess up and lack of communication negatively affected me this weekend. For starters and most importantly I probably lost a customer over it and for the first time in my guiding career I had to back out of a trip the day before....and it all could have been avoided. Never one single time while on the phone and when I stood in front of the gentleman Billy in parts did he apologize say I’m sorry bud this was our mistake not one single time all he could do was stand there with a blank face take my credit card and not say a single word until after I was on my way out and let him know that I didn’t appreciate any of this. Not one person at Heritage made an attempt to get ahold of me even if my phone was busy someone could have sent a text left me a voicemail something instead I sat at home feeling ashamed that I was not able to make my repeat customers weekend and get them on some teal and it all could have been avoided. Both of the guys there told me I would heard from the owner and I have not heard a peep. The mechanic there has always been very helpful on the phone and was understanding in person but as an organization they do not seem to have their stuff together. I was upset, disappointed and completely baffled of the carelessness the guy in parts showed today on the phone and in person. I am all about customer service but I can guarantee them that I will never step foot in that place again.

This place here is the place ya want to wash your car if you doing it yourself...high pressure water flow ..I accidentally ran over a can of BRIGHT ORANGE spray paint and my car is Brand new 2020 pearl white car and the paint sprayed the whole passenger side BRIGHT ORANGE we went to this car wash and it literally took all the Orange spray paint off...Thank God
