Tried to do business with them everything started great I was going to buy a new motor they didn’t know how long it was going to take to get a new motor in for a customer and I was getting the used motor that was fine put a 500.00 deposit on it two weeks or so went buy I called them no new motor yet Cris said if it taking to long he would give my money back I said no I won’t the motor then a few days later my boat got hit in traffic broke transit so now I have nothing to put a motor on called to tell them and get my deposit back but no not now they don’t give deposit back you think in that situation they would but no they can’t do that who would do that to somebody so now I’m turning it over to my best friend which is a lawyer may not ever get my money back but it going to cost them way more then 500.00 in lawyer fees

Installed new cable steering system and it works better than ever. They charged normal dealer prices which arent going to be your local neighborhood mechanic prices, but if you wanted done right in a timely manner then these guys are what you need. I havnt had any issues with these guys. It helps to know what you need and want before inquiring over the phone for anything.

I bought a used boat from them. Had issues it would blow a fuse when you go it on the water over idle. Brought boat back and they charged me to fix the problem. All they did was change the fuse. I asked if they water tested it and the mechanic assured me it was. Long story short they never water tested it and did not fix the problem and would not refund my money. I brought it to a respectable establishment and they found the problem and fixed it. I would not recommend.

Chris is rudest person Ive ever spoken to, to be the owner. From the time I said hello, he starting barking. Wont ever consider purchasing anything from there nor would I recommend them to anyone.To Chris. Dont tell me that you cant hook a charger to the battery to start the motor and troubleshoot my reasons for bringing you the boat. If your that dumb, you dont need to be working on boats.

I first started doing business with Circle D Boats almost a year and a half ago. I had just blown a 300xs motor and was looking to purchase a new motor with a warranty. After numerous attempts (2 weeks) to get local dealers to provide me a quote I finally gave up and was referred to Circle D Boats in Nederland, Tx. The office manager Stacy took my call asked me what I was looking for and directed me over to Chris. I explained to Chris my situation and what I was looking to purchase. BEFORE we hung the phone up I had received by email a complete detailed quote for engine, installation, and testing from the staff of Circle D.... WOW TALK ABOUT SERVICE!! It was at that point I decided should I ever purchase a new boat he would be the guy I’d buy from. Forward ahead 8 months and I decided to make the move on a new boat. From the spec out of ordering to turning the key for the first time I have nothing but the highest of compliments about the crew of Circle D, Stacey Jackson, Glen Dyess, Brad, and Tony. Their rigging and attention to detail is second to none of any dealership in the lower 48!!! These fine people know boats and know service which is why matters most to them beacauae they undrstand it’s what matters most to us. So if you looking to purchase a new boat, or get your old one back to water worthy go see Chris and the crew at Circle D Boats..... Best decision I ever made in boating world

Guy was a total jerk. I called to see if they had someone that could work on my outboard, and whoever abated the phone was so rude I just hung up. I will NEVER do business here, and wouldnt recommend any one else to do business here either.

Staff are kinda rude the work is not that great the used boats are very rough looking with high prices service work is not that great at all if you are not their to buy a new boat thin it seames like you are wasting their time Ill never use them agean
