The customer service is always good for me. They are alwsys very helpful and get me checked out quickly. The staff also seem great at keeping their composure when ratchets frequent the store with all kind of foolishness.

Ladies, lets admit WE spend large amounts of $$$ on our appearances and hair supplies CANNOT be short when we go to the store! So, Hair World has an overwhelming supply of the needed haircare products. Do go check 5hem out...and continue to be BEAUTIFUL 💜💓.

Terrible customer service. I will never come back to this beauty supply and will take my money elsewhere. Im shopping for wigs, with my one year old whos sleep in my arm. Since I had to walk the wig to the front and take it back I only got one. It was four workers just sitting and talking. To me customer service is everything. When I walk in you speak . I should apply, drive owner sales through the roof based on customer service and get each and everyone you replaced with someone who has manners. I bet if owner change your pay to commission, you will be running to help people. No one had on a mask.!!

My daughter and I went in to purchase a hair topper and hair extensions. It was clear to me that they werent interested in our business because we are white! Very rude and attitude.

The cashier was nice they are higher then Oprah in Port Arthur. I bought the same hair I got at Oprah that was $5.99 and there was $6.99 a whole dollar different evening there edge control is higher.

Make sure you check what you get because i asked multiple times was it a 180 lace front and she said yes. They wouldnt let me touch the wig and I get home and its a side part only wig!!!!! Make sure you demand to check what you have, before you buy.Just an FYI before you purchase Anything, its no returns on braiding hair, wigs, and jewelry.

Both of the Check out ladys at the desk were very rude. Did not like my experience at all. Would not recommend this place at all to my peers. Please have a talk with your employees. Cause they were very rude and had nasty attitudes. Also they didn’t have no mask on and wanted me put the money in her hand instead of the counter.

I had to get something to strengthen my nails. I previously bought grapeseed oil to treat my cuticles & nails. Then I went back and asked the cashier about something to strengthen my nails so she suggested Nail Lacquer calcium and a Nail Lacquer Top Coat. She suggested that I use it for a while to strengthen my nails.

It was good people know how to treat you and greet you

They are friendly inside, someone is always around to help you. They have a good amount of wigs and A LOT of hair supplies in here. I come here very often.

This stores variety is really good, prices are competitive but the service was horrible. 2 of the employees were arguing in front of the customers and it became worse when I told the manager Denisha they should never act or talk like that with a store full of customers. This place definitely needs better staff. After waiting 20 minutes in the store to be helped, finally so lady name Quie halped me. She was the ONLY person ringing customers and the other lady was talking loud non sense and cutting boxes, placing them in a basket and entertaining 2 young men that had been there for some time.Personal drama over business seem to be their strategy.

One of the ladys that work there was very rude, nasty and ghetto... I asked her what was the difference between the regular oil and the light oil and she rolled her eyes and said the difference was that one was light and the other was regular will of course I know that thats common sense it say that on the bottle then I said her where the gel was and she just said its right there like it was right and front of me so i just had to find it on my own. It was my first time at that store and she was acting like i knew where the items were.. I will never go there again
