Kim is fabulous. This store treated me with care and did a beautiful job. Exactly what I wanted. Been doing my touch ups here for my blonde hair and its a pretty good salon.

My mother works in a hospital and came in to get a hair cut and you denied her service based on her job. She later heard back from your owner who stood by this decision. Shame on all of you. How would it feel if you needed medical attention and she denied you treatment. She works hard to help others and you made her feel really bad about the way you treated her. I will never come to a fantastic sams again and will tell everyone I know to avoid your business.

Not enough help here. never see more than 2 stylists and the wait times are long. while I was there they made 6 people come back. the stylists that were there were very nice but they had to be frustrated.

They did a horrible job cutting my daughters hair. It was totally uneven and I had to have my friend fix it when we got home.

The ladies there are very nice but the one in particular is just horrible at cutting hair. I wish I could remember her name but we were in such a hurry to get out of there after she butchered my boyfriends hair cut. He had an upcoming job interview so we asked for a nice professional looking Ryan Gosling/ivy league hair cut, brought multiple photos, got a buzzed on the sides pompador Jimmy Neutron.

Husband#2 got the best cut from Stevie! Shes the best.

The stylist didnt do a really good job of cutting my hair for the price I paid. Didnt even get a blow dry or style! I was very unhappy with the results.

My wife and kids go here and Stephanie (SP?) does a fantastic job.

I would have to say let down! I have gone to the Salon for the last two years and my last experience is my last. Called ahead about to check how busy they where because I had an appointment they said there was no one in line i got there and the chairs where full. I put my name in and they took three people in after I check in I dont mind whaling my turn but I had an appointment and I was there more than 10 minutes before the other 3 people. Thanks for letting me down!
