Even though they didnt have what i was looking for. They did have items Im interested in.

This place is nice but they will only sell product to people within a certain profession.

Every time I come here I am reminded of what an awful place this is. It’s not clean, no one greets you and the shelves are disorganized! I just recently started back using Framisi and they don’t sell that line at RDA anymore. I won’t be back to this facility again. I’m done! I’ll drive to Houston or Lafayette to go to an Armstrong and McCall instead of this one in Beaumont!

NEVER keep enough products in store. Shelves are always half full. The owner gives the sales reps nothing to work with 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ive been in a few times only because the other beauty supply store doesnt carry the brand I was looking for.Every time I have been in they are very unfriendly. I asked the price and some info on a blow dryer and they sales lady acted like it killed her to help me. I wont be back.

They have a wide range of supplies and brands of color. The staff keep to themselves but are helpful when asked.

Terrible selection. Barely had anything on the shelves.

Brenda is the owner at this location and has never once let I or my company down. All her staff is very pleasant and it has been a pleasure doing business with her for the past 25+ years

Ive been to many Armstrong McCalls but this one hardly ever has anything I need. They dont stock much and if you need tools..Dont bother. Go somewhere else.
