This has been the most stressful experience ever. My car has been in the possession of this facility for over a month and Im just getting it back. It sat over a week before it was touched behind some type of scan diagnostic that I knew nothing about in the beginning. There has been poor communication and management that is to busy to deal with customer concerns and complaints. Between my insurance company and this facility Im done and over this process!!! This is a first and last experience.
