Great service. Very excited about my new Appliances.

Very helpful and friendly staff and were really knowledgeable about their products. Checking the pricing of the same stove online they actually had the best price at Tri Supply and even though it was not in stock I was able to purchase the floor model and get my new stove the same day. Then the guys that wrapped it up and loaded it in the truck for me were really friendly and helpful too and made sure it was secure and safe. Great experience and next time I need an appliance they will be the top of my list.

Lee Cook was amazing. He ordered exactly what we needed. We got our windows and doors in less than a month. Other companies were telling us 3 to 4 months for the same products. They did not disappoint us. THANKS AGAIN

Tri Supply as usual was efficient and competitive. They kept in touch, which I greatly appreciated, when there was a delay of production of the merchandise. 5 stars always.

Our builder partnered with them on our home over the past 8 months. Too many mistakes to recommend them for anything other than a place you might look before you go to Houston or order on-line.They do have nice people. Always very apologetic. IF you’re with a builder, but won’t give you time of day if you’re not. Anything you order and have delivered to your job site will be broken, lost, stolen, or just plain ol’ “we left it off the order even though your print out shows it as ordered.”As it was with our windows; still waiting to be repaired after 8 months, REALLY? It’s like a 24x24 piece of glass. One of our high dollar fans shows delivered to their warehouse but “we can’t find it”. Let’s reorder it.” And the front door; “uhhhh, the driver stole it so we let him go.” 8+ weeks. Out of room for the order mishaps. A comedy truly.They just struggle with their core business, supporting area builders and their clients. I like the positive reviews about the nice service, when it’s a floor model and it’s ten feet from the front door. That’s like the big box stores. But you can’t get the higher tiered models at the box stores. Best of luck getting anything right from Tri-Supply.

This store is the nicest in Beaumont with a wide range of products many of them premium. Pricing is very competitive. I have saved money on quality products. Long time customer and will continue to be.

We needed a new ceiling fan. They had a great selection and the salesmen knew what he was talking about. The warehouse retrieved the fan and loaded it in my truck. Great experience doing business with tri-supply.

We Had a great visit that day with the staff and found the chandelier light we needed - they were out of stock at the Beaumont store but quickly located one at the Baytown store and had it brought in to Beaumont.They called me that next day and I was able to pick it up curb side from a nice guy/associate as well.The light installed quickly and looks awesome !!I saw many nice products that I would love to be shopping for in the future ! Tri-Supply has my top vote for many household accessories and just some neat fun items to decorate with. You should check them out !! LWW

Wife tried to order some brackets and was told they were coming from conroe be here Thursday. She tried to pay for them and give her name but salesman felt no need for it. He was supposed to call her back but has not, she has left several messages for him. I go to pick them up today, salesman went home and thank God they just arrived today a day later than promised. No ticket was made with no name or number as well. They could have ended going into stock and could have been sold right under our nose. John reckart was the salesman. After this incident I have no need to go or shop there ever again.

Merchandise is a little pricey but service was excellentas usual. I guess you get what you pay for… time will tell.

Bought about $20k worth of stainless appliances, now there is rust on half of them that will not come off. Manager says that my only remedy is the manufacturer. Not mad at Tri Supply, just make sure you do your homework prior to buying what you may think is a high end appliance. Tri Supply can do nothing for you if it goes bad. These guys can only follow the manufacturers warranty. My sales person did all he can do however, what we bought for a house and man cave from Kitchen Aid and Frigidaire is obviously junk. Good luck guys. Photos are after doing EVERYTHING we can do to clean it off.

Purchased a pellet grill from John. Good experience, great grill, but still waiting for rotisserie that came with grill. Been waiting about a week. Would be 5 stars if the purchase was complete when I bought the grill.

We bought a high end Forza gas oven. It arrived damaged after weeks of calling finally got a repairman out...having another issue with the oven...for several months weve been trying to get service under warranty. There is NO ONE in the area that will work on this oven...While none of this is tri supplies issue...they should rethink selling this brand in their store

Kevin gets right on every estimate and order that we have made early the next day if he cant do it right then, everytime! They are fast, fair priced and have everything (almost) we have needed so far.

We are always pleased with the prompt and courteous attention we get in the Beaumont store. The salesman is very knowledgeable about all their products and makes you feel at ease when purchasing large appliances.

Great place to shop for home improvement projects

The quality of products fell well below expectations. Over 70% of the windows we ordered had very unlevel grid patterns (some were up to 1 off from side to side on a 3ft window). They delivered wrong doors, damaged doors, doors missing hardware, falling apart and warped.But what do you do...they require payment in full before they will place the order that will inevitably come weeks late and most likely wrong or damaged. Youre stuck with whatever they drop off unless you want to spend weeks going back and forth debunking every excuse they can come up with to not take responsibly. Eventually I gave up and paid twice for several products from a different retailer. Very unpleasant experience.UPDATE: To my suprise, they reimbursed me for the crooked pocket door along with an additional payment to repaint and install one of the doors from competitor. Step in the right direction, but it never should have even gotten to that point.

Loved the store. So elegant. But the delivery had some horrible problems. The boxes that my swings came in were torn and crushed. So sad for a christmas present for my daughter in law. Unable to wrap they were so damaged. For a store that was so besitiful and staff so helpful the fiinal product was not what i expected

I ordered major kitchen appliances from Lowes on June 1st and my EXPECTED delivery date kept getting pushed out month by month and I was currently sitting on and EXPECTED delivery date of September 21, 2020. I first called and spoke to Andy at Tri-Supply Beaumont and found him to be very knowledgeable. I decided to take the risk during the COVID-19 times and pay Andy a visit at Tri-Supply. The same day, in early July, I placed an order for a range, dishwasher and refrigerator. Andy gave me an EXPECTED delivery date of mid August and did everything in his power to make sure that EXPECTED delivery date was kept. I received all of my appliances delivered and installed into my home as EXPECTED all thanks to Andy and his knowledge and commitment to every customer he serves.

I’m a stickler for great customer service, especially in high margin items.Overall, I would give the buying experience a 4/5 and the pick-up and customer service experience a 2/5.During the buying process (I was shopping for cabinet hardware), it initially seemed as though the sales team was resistant to assist. I was shown where the hardware was and asked to look around even after I said I’d already been to browse and now needed assistance with some product questions. A sales rep did come over and assist me and was very helpful.The product arrived faster than expected and I was notified via phone. When I arrived to pick up the product, the wait time seemed excessive for the few customers that were in the store. Additionally, I was promised a template (by the sales rep) for the hardware that was not included with the hardware. When I inquired with the employees at their customer service counter, they told me they would have to email the sales rep and have her get back to me (which never happened). This was the miss on customer service on my opinion; I purchased custom order hardware samples, so there is an opportunity for a future and larger process. A template should not be so complicated, and certainly isn’t so expensive, that the customer service rep could have taken ownership of the situation to rectify the situation instead of passing it off to the sales rep. For this reason, I started looking at other retailers and ended up finding the same product for a better price and purchased from them.To my husband’s dismay, I am a very loyal shopper. I will always pay more for great customer service and continue to shop at those retailers. I love the products that Tri-supply carries, but like I said in the beginning, great customer service matters to me, so I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Lee cook has been my salesperson for all my appliances for our new home. He and the staff that answers the phones and relays messages to him for me when he is busy. They definitely have the “TEAM” effort going on. Very supportive of one another.

We ordered and paid for toilet paper holder and received a less expensive one instead. But, I went ahead and ordered the holder again and received the correct holder. We were out extra expense on our purchased. Check our invoice and you can verify the expense.

Went early in the morning. At first seemed like Noone wanted to help me... Maybe because I looked like an overworked exhausted nurse with undershirt on instead of scrub top. So I priced what I wanted and left to shop somewhere else. I went back to trisupply because they had stock and prices were very good. This time I was acknowledged. The staff was very helpful and really worked with me. I had never been to a trisupply store before and it wont be the last. I was very impressed with the staff and would give 5 stars if it wasnt for my first encounter and getting no service. Maybe it was to early.

I needed a 48 extension for a fireplace. That had in stock and they recommended an installer.It was extended as the house inspector recommended. Near perfect and I will return

We ordered custom door for our home and were told it would be delivered on a specific time. That did not happen. We never received a call from them that there would be a delay in receiving the door. We had to call them to confirm when we would receive the door.The door itself was ok and there were no problems with installation.

KEVIN BARRETT worked with us on our doors and appliances and fixtures. He was AMAZING! He didn’t have our lights but when it came down to the end and our lights were on back order he was the one who called and hooked us up and got us our bathroom vanity lights. I recommend working with HIM. very nice, great customer service, knows what he is doing.

It is so refreshing to go to a place where there are such helpful people and you never have to wait to be helped. Also the merchandise is great and so are the prices!

I recently ordered a set of table and chairs from Tri-Supply. On the day of delivery, I was notified the chairs were on back-order. My fault not reading the receipt thoroughly. Well, the manager, rather than making me wait for my original chairs to come in on back-order, decided to send me a set of chairs which were an upgrade from the chairs I originally purchased, at no extra charge. Caught me completely off-guard. He said, “He wants happy customers.” Well, are happy and now you can add “loyal” to that, as well.

I cant tell you the quality of their sales because I could never get anyone to wait on me. I need to purchase all interior doors for my flooded home. I spoke to someone in November and she told me to email the measurements and she would give me a quote. Did it. Never heard from her. I called several times asking for someone to return my phone calls. Not one call returned. Today Im back in the store. Have to sign up for a wait list to have a salesman speak with me. Walked around for 30 minutes. Decided Lowes or Home Depot actually have better customer service. Go figure.

After hearing way too much mumbo jumbo, I asked if I could speak to a certified service rep. Turns out that they dont have any. They just watch videos on YouTube and christen themselves.They will lie to make a sale and then continue to lie. Do not do business with this company!! I bought $7k worth of appliances. They PROMISED delivery within a week. 4 weeks later, nothing. Then I took the day off of work to be there for the delivery that I was told was on its way. It NEVER came. Called that afternoon and was told that they may be able to deliver Wednesday! I wasted my day off. They had my money so I was no longer important to them.Take your money elsewhere. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Building a new home is stressful enough so dealing with lighting specialist Dena Thibodeaux at Tri Supply was just so refreshing. She knew everything about all the products and her service with us was/is impeccable! Thank you Dena for always being there at the drop of a hat and for handling your customers with care! You truly are a valuable employee!

I cant say enough nice things about Joe Culpepper. He was very professional and helpful when we had to replace our oven. We like to cook and entertain and were looking for a high end oven as well as some other appliances. Joe gave us good, solid advice, wasnt pushy, and knew his stuff. He did a price match for us and got the oven in 3 days! He stayed in contact with us and even checked on us a few weeks later to make sure we liked everything. I wouldnt think of using anyone else for appliances.

When in the process of rebuilding after a hurricane there are so many choices to make. For us, choosing TriSupply and working with Joe was the best choice we ever made. Our windows were custom and came in record time at substantially less than any other business in town. Plus our special order is just stunning. I would definitely recommend everyone there for the service and products.

We are currently in the middle of building our new home, we started building during the middle of Harvey and it has definitely tested our patience! We had the wrong interior doors delivered to us as well as the exterior doors. HOWEVER, once we noticed that they were incorrect they immediately resolved the situation and we and had the correct doors delivered to is within a week. I would say their customer service is outstanding considering the circumstances. I dont think there are any business that could have predicted the way this storm would affect their normal routine. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

We are 4 Canadians travelling to Texas for several weeks. We had planned our route to stop at Tri-Supply at the end of January to buy a Big Green Egg. We phoned ahead of time and Shawn Cappel knew when we were arriving and was waiting at the door for us when we arrived. Shawn went above and beyond to help us and our friends each buy a Big Green Egg Mini Max. Shawn was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating to make sure we all got what we needed. Thank you so much Shawn for your excellent service! The Eggs are put together now and we’re loving them!

He came out to my house did all the measurements, sent quotes and ordered everything SO PROMPTLY. Any questions or concerns i had were answered very quickly and on the off chance he didn’t know, he found out for me. After all the issues I’ve had with other supply places in town it was a Breath of fresh air to be taken care of so well. Give him a call!

Dena was a great help to us, but the salesman assigned to our build, Roy, was impossible to reach. He would never return phone calls or text messages and selections had to be provided multiple times. It was a bad experience throughout the full process.

Took 30 mins to get a price on a door. Basic door with window that costs $249 on home Depot costs $1100 here. Why? But the cost isnt the issue. 30 minutes? Really. When after 10 mins I asked if she was done, the saleslady said no. I said it was just a basic front door. She takes, rolled he eyes and said there was a lot to factor in. What? I was done.
