Buyer beware! Horrible business so deal with. We went in today at noon and purchased a sofa and loveseat for $700. We made arrangements to go get a trailer and come back and get them. Two hours later they called us and told us that the furniture was mismarked and sold to us at the wrong price. They told us we could either pay another $400 for a total of $1100 or we could get a refund which will take up to 3 days to process.We asked to speak to the owner and we could hear her thru the phone and she said she didn’t want to talk to us. The owners names are Bruce and Delaina Ibach.Not one mention was made of worming with us or of letting in the middle.

I Purchased multiple items from the Beaumont store. Staff very friendly, Store Manager Jeff is the best. The whole staff makes you feel welcoming and make sure you leave out happy with the perfect piece of furniture or appliance you need. Delivery staff is great as well. Always deliver on time and make sure they stay until the unit is set up and perfect in home to customers liking. Great Job Affordable I will recommend everyone I know to you all.

This Is the biggest rip off. Please do research. Never rent to own! You end up paying triple the price and what your getting is cheap furniture and appliances!!

Worst customer service ever and they have this man calling my husbands baby and sweetheart on his personal phone making him uncomfortable very unprofessional. They should check who they hire i understand trying to be nice but not a man calling my husbands like that... And when u call they have you on hold for hours.

Currently dealing with them Ive had 3 fiidges in the last couple of months now I no 1 of the problem maybe still not sure my fault but keep bringing my a loaner I decided to keep a loaner instead of them fixing the original and that became a problem and sent another loaner and for over month and it completely shut off been with a fridge for 3 days after being promise my fridge was fixed two days in a row . I go into the store and was told the fridge was never worked on and it was because I had roaches was why the seal came off in the first place...mind you I only had it a couple of weeks and the third replacement just shut off stop working completely but thats probably the reason for that too..so they say now they want me to pay for it to be fixed on top of my monthly note of 237.00 that they gladly took only to call me to say take the broken one or nothing...any suggestions.....Update they fixed my fridge with no extra charge and my appliances are working properly thank you affordable!!!

Great place to rent from great prices

Walked in to look around and no one greeted me until I was heading towards the back, but that’s besides the point. The washers that were on display were dirty and had dead mosquitos in them. Also, the manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. An employee tried to ask him something and his response was “HOLD ON, DON’T YOU SEE I’M ON THE PHONE!” Right in front of me, the ONLY CUSTOMER they had. Not a good impression and I won’t be back. Can’t imagine working under him.

After being a loyal customer for over 2 years I am having a problem with my appliance. I haven’t even had my refrigerator paid off for that long and my freezer is not freezing and the bottom part is not getting cold all of my food spoiled I called them about the issue and they tell me that you only have a 30 day warranty after you pay it off to which I had no knowledge of at least thought it was a one year warranty or two year warranty. However, that’s not what I am upset about I’m upset about the fact that I am a loyal customer to them and you would think that they would want to try to assist in anyway possible but that was not the case! It was more like an “oh well” kind of thing! I’m still paying on furniture that I have with them but after this experience I don’t wish to do business with them any longer I’d rather just take my business to conn’s or rent-A-Center! To make matters even worse I should have been returned the stove and refrigerator when I started experiencing problems with it not even a year of me having it (on a 24mo. lease) but I didn’t I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I wish that I never did!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!!! Came in and got 2 bunk beds and a daybed with mattresses! Got them delivered to my house and within a week I had to call back because my kids kept complaining they were itching. Called shayla at affordable but she wasn’t at work so I left a message with rashawn. Instead of them coming to get the mattresses and giving me new ones all they tried to do was bring me a mattress protector. I was not home so she left a red tag on my door for me to call her back I did so and left several messages everyday after that for her but she never returned my call. I finally got fed up and just told them to come get it within the second week. Shayla kept promising that she would be there but every time she had an appointment date she would cancel. Long story short they were full of bed bugs and eating my babies up. Came to affordable to let them know and do u think they give a damn?? Hell no he called the manager to let them know and they’re talking about a delivery where the guy broke someone’s candle warmer!!!! This is not the end and I will keep posting what’s goin on.
