What happened to Hygiene and Covid!Sunday morning , I went to Home depot to pick up a 16 foot truck  for 3 hours.  When I checked the truck it was Filthy Dirty! When I asked the home depot lady who was helping me to get the truck by the way, she was the rudest person I ever saw in my life, She told me that  Penske is closed, home depot is only renting out Penskes trucks and I need to wait 24 hours to get another truck from Penske. I could not wait 24 hours because I already arranged mover help!  I spoke with home depot manager, she was nice but nothing she could do except wipe little bit the truck! and she said it is not dirty the plastic is faded! I took those picture after she wiped!I rented a truck because of Home Depots reputation! I drove that truck and returned it the same day. I hope I did not get Covid or something else!Please, be aware of the home depot location and Penske company .Go U-haul, because they clean their trucks!

After extremely rude treatment at Lowes, I went to Home Depot hoping for a better experience and to get help with finding what I needed. I was able to find a worker immediately and they found the exact aisle that I needed and he was very friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Today I had to return that item and that was the quickest and easiest return I think Ive ever done, he was also very nice. Feel free to read my review on Lowes, Ive never been treated so rude and just dismissed by every employee I asked for help. Even my 6 year old was confused on why they were being that way and asked a few questions and had her own opinion about it. I am happy that my child knows better manners than those grown people and how to speak to people though, so thats a plus. I will always go to Home Depot from now on, even though I have to drive further its worth it.

Such rude employees as you enter,asked 4 people where an item would be located. A specialty tool, etc. It was like noone had a clue. I eventually found it,but the lack of knowledge was astounding.they use to be so well organized and knowledgeable.

Home Depot. Very clean and the associates were very helpful this morning. They walked me to the particular aisle and showed me what I was looking for. Very professional very polite the store was clean and organized and I was able to find everything that I needed this morning with the help of the associates there was a lot of them available to help you. Its an easy on easy off location and I was able to get what I needed quickly. I would highly recommend going to this one the location is good the people are very helpful and friendly theyre willing to show you exactly what you need and where you need to go to find it. Highly impressed and I give them an A+ for their service and willingness to help a customer .

I just wanted to commend the two employees who came out to change my tire in the horrible weather, when I was stranded with no one able to get to me. I didnt get their names, but they got soaked and didnt complain.

The usual issues at hardware stores like this all exist here, though there are compassionate and helpful employees. Most of the problems like items out of place or out of stock are usually due to the patrons of the store and theft, but complacency still exists here and its very frustrating. Maybe more supervisors would be helpful?

Ive been to all the different warehouse places for electric, plumbing and house hold goods. Home Depot has the best prices out there on everything they carry and if you can wait most times they have great sales. Even the other stores Ive been to have said out loud that home Depot has better prices. Happy shopping, good luck.

Honestly, I think this is probably the most disorganized and messy Home Depot Ive ever visited. The employees seem to have plenty of time to stand around and goof off, while the isles sit packed with pallets that are blocking anyone from taking a buggy, let alone a large cart, down them. Do better.

I am mostly looking for gardening items when I shop Home Depot. There once was a time where you could get quality advice from the employees working in the Garden Center but, now, the employees are trained to take your money and water the plants... priority is placed on taking your money. The watering of plants varies from location to location so, youll often run into a good number of dead plants.

Went to pick up an order only. No problems but was not. What I ordered.

On 10/3/21 I went in to get Byer? Stain for my decks, I dumb roundly chose the wrong color. I brought it back 10/5/21 to have color changed. Dan was the one that made it the 1st time and luckily was there yesterday. He looked at a chart started off, with a small amount, then got the most perfect color. Kudos to Dan. He was very courteous and very proffessional.Thank you Dan

Nice store, found what I needed.

Asked for help in the lumber section needing some plywood the one I needed was on the top shelf were a forklift was needed. Waited for about almost an hr and asked 4 employees for help and said they will page someone but again no one ever showed up! One employee pretty much laughed at my face saying its not his department so its not his problem to go look for someone who does! Bad customer service!!

Had to buy a freezer, took a while to get help to load it but it was not for lack of the employees trying to get us help. Excellent service

Customer Service dont like to work or help customers. Showing us the area the product is located is not finding the product. Telling your customers to look and you havent looked. Not very helpful. I showed that they have 286 items in stock. Telling me I need to order it online is not the solution. Walks away says Im hollering at her. Tells another staff member to call Josh to help us because she didnt want to look up top and bring a box down to restock. Useless and lazy Employees. Management as well. Asked us how were doing and walks off.

Lazy, useless employees and store managers. I bought an ECHO brand trimmer back in December. Still have the receipt because the box says 3 year warranty on it when I bought it from Home Depot.A plastic piece has broken on throttle linkage. Went in today to simply have replaced ( even swap ) and the managers will not honor the 3 year warranty.Will also be contacting the ECHO corporation directly about this so they know how their end sales and warranty are being handled by the Home Depot.

Clean, roomy. Organized well. My only complaint is I was looking at tile for my shower. A box of tile is heavy! I felt the top to see if it was smooth. It was broken and cut my finger pretty bad. I was bleeding enough for it to be falling on the floor. I held it tight and found an employee. 10 minutes later she brought me a bandaid. They didnt do anything about the tile or blood on the floor. I had to ask about both. Then a guy came over and handed me paper towels to clean the floor. No disinfectant. His idea of protecting customers from the broken tiles was to place another box on top of the broken ones. So, be aware!

Can’t beat their paint department! I brought in some lightly colored purple decorative flowers for comparison of color, their paint department was able to match it perfectly for the color I was looking for. Quite pleased with the results. Added some glitter to make it super girly.

Trash....ordered a shed to be picked and was told it would be up front. Called to let them know pick up person changed and they said it would be up front for pick up. Got there and no shed up front, nobody assisted in loading onto a cart OR offered to help load in vehicle. 95% of the employees were talking, equipment left out in the aisles and trash everywhere. So sad Home Depot has become Wal-mart.

This home depot is the only one around for a LONG distance. Way cheaper than any other small hardware store and especially ACE hardware. Store is very well organized and easy to navigate. My only complaint is the returns/pickup department. The persons working there are pretty rude and very slow when trying to help you. And if youre working building something. Youre going to have some material left over to return so me coming across this department is fairly often. I sometimes pondered returning my material if it was worth the super long frustrating rude staff there. Everywhere else in the store is golden. All the other staff are amazing and super helpful. Its only the returns and order pickup that is problem.

If I could give NO STARS I would. Service really bad. Waited for 30 minutes for help that NEVER CAME. Went to Lowes got better Service and every employee said hello to me such a better way to shop.

What can you say, its a big box store for common builder and diy needs. Online order was not ready when I arrived, however; they had it together in under 30 minutes. 50+ items. Lumber, concrete, and cinder blocks. I could not have done it by myself... Tipped the guys who helped me load it all. I love shopping there (Beaumont).

Took 20 minutes to find some one to help locate an electrical partOne out of 15. Most just said I dont know them walked away.

Good to look through appliances when theyre on sale

I drove from Port Arthur because the website said this store had 3 of the tool I needed in stocks, on isle 13. The employee that helped me (And I use that term very loosely) glanced at the overstock area above the shelves (They had none on the shelf) and said I dont see it, we dont have its. I couldnt read the boxes, I cant see how she could. I told her the website showed 3 at this store. She told me I changed it. Dont come here if you cant put your hands on it yourself, they wont help you. I guess its like the shake machine at McDonalds is always broken....

I need a lawn mower. And they got some at an affordable price.....great. Really dont wanna buy one because where Im moving i wont need it. :/ But glad I can come here for one, been here since I was a kid. Seeing as most places Ive seen during that time is gone but theyre still here is saying something. 👍

My AC unit went out. Found what I needed and was confused on electrical plug. Asked one assoc. he told me the aisle number. I could not find the electrical chord. I asked one of the customer service cashiers for help. She immediately called the dept no one answered. another assoc walked up and she asked him to help me. And he did his name is Travis. His customer service went through the roof for me. Why?! Because he was patient and assured me of what I was buying was right for me. So I made it my business to give Home Depot a 5 Star review. Wonderful customer service from the guy in the garden section

I was looking for a Ryobi cordless impact drill but they had none on the shelves. A young lady named Jasmine went above and beyond to get the tool I wanted.

I purchased a cub cadet zero turn mower from Home Depot in Beaumont. First of all, the women behind the counter at the service desk were very rude as I approached the counter. Second, we get the mower delivered today and there is no owner/operators manual with it, the gas tank is bone dry, and the tow plate on the back is bent down like someone jumped up and down on it. I called Home Depot as soon as I got home and the woman told me to drive from Kountze to Beaumont to pick up the owners manual, then told me to bring the mower back and exchange it for the bent plate on the back. If I had a way to bring it back, I would not have had it delivered in the first place! Not at all what I expect for customer service after spending $3500, that’s for sure! I won’t be spending any more money there ever!

Friendly service good prices

Home Depot is a great store for just about everything you need to fix, spruce up or remodel your home as well as bunches of other useful items. The only thing I dont like is that much of the time the aisles are nearly blocked making it difficult to maneuver those big carts through.

I drove to Beaumont after I did not find plumbing parts in Houston after the ice storm. The person at the plumbing store department was very helpful to all the customers. He personally attended to each and every one of the customers. And advised and helped me pick up the right parts. In the situation I missed taking down his name. But thanks to the person and thank you Home Depot!

I was looking for a particular product so I called first and was able to speak with someone without any long wait time. I was told they had plenty and to come on in and someone would take care of me. So I did and almost immediately I was greeted by can I help you find something. I was then escorted to a certain department and introduced to an associate who totally impressed me with excellent customer service. I then made my selection and purchased the product. Checking out was a breeze. They even offered to bring my purchase outside to my vehicle, which I accepted. The positive attitudes, and great customer service will turn me into a repeat customer.

I like finding the price I need in Beaumont but then find out I have to drive 60 miles to get it in Orange.

From the time I walked in the door, the customer service was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and accurate. Upon checking out, the cashier was eager to assist and very polite.

The store was nice and friendly a lot going on at one point they had three or four aisles blocked off because of one little forklift it wasnt even in use made it kind of a pain to go all the way down one side and back up the other put the stores clean fairly well stocked didnt have as much as some of the Houston stores but adequate for the area.

I never can get any help here. Theyre the worst out of the major chains. If home depot adopt some chic Fila customer service they can take over the industry.
