We went there on a Friday because my husband needed to change phone to another line. Was told to call sprint which we did. Came back and they told us that the number he had can no longer go back to your account because we had used it previously and we could either get a new phone or use the phone that he had and change his number. While we was there it seem no one knew what the heck they was talking about. There was a worker there yelling and talking to her friends while the poor guy was trying to help us. She was very unprofessional and very un-call for. I know sprint and t-mobile have merge and they need got do better dealing with sprint customers. We ended up calling sprint again and told them what they had told us in the store and they said that was absolutely a LIE and people at the store dont know what they are talking about.

Went in because my phone wasn’t picking up any service. The lady took my phone and put 2 different SIM cards in my phone, stepped outside for 20 minutes to try and find service. And came back telling me my phone had hardware problems. Then informed me that she knew a woman at lady’s island who sold cheap used iPhones since mine was “broken” (phone has been in an otter box since I bought it Last September).Said “lol okay” drove home, connected to Wifi, and went on the T-Mobile app. Took about 5 minutes with a representative who told me to power cycle my phone. AND GUESS WHAT? My phone isn’t broken. Just bad training for the employees I guess, right? Just saying, don’t buy anything they tell you to buy without consulting ACTUAL professionals.

Shemmah was suppose to credit my husbands account 2 weeks ago I called the store to speak to her a female answer and said she wasn’t there but I can clearly hear her saying tell them I’m not here call back tomorrow she by far one of the most slackest person I know of thank you to customer support for helping my husband and I never going back to this store again

Terrible customer service at this location!!!1. They barely kept engaged in helping me when i first came in to upgrade my phone. Like i was a ln inconvenience, they went back and forth with eachother ignoring me .2. I was told they had to get a sim card a hr away. They gave me a 2hr window that the sim card would be at the store. 2.5 hours went by no phone call, so i walked up to get a update. The employee was in traffic. I asked what was his eta and the lady said theres no way of knowing. Which infuriated me more.***2 things please keep engaged with customers and secondly followup with someone that could spend 1000+ dollars. Dont leave that customer to just wonder whats going on

Terrible customer service! Went into the store today after trying to cancel a phone line for a phone that was no longer in working condition thru the T-Mobile online service. They told me to go into my local store to do it as I could not access a pin code thru the non working device. The employee in the store argued with me and told me I would have to call customer service and I repeatedly told him they instructed me to come in the store and do it. I said well should I just not pay my phone bill and he replied” that’s one way to do it!”) I even spoke to his “ supervisor” and she was not very pleasant either..insisting they couldn’t do it but then decided they could call T-Mobile and give me a pin so I could go home and call again and get it cancelled. The original employee that spoke to me told me he wasn’t going to help me because I was rude to him...another employee finally called T-Mobile for me and I got my line cancelled ... may I also add the original employee also told my son he would fight him when he came into the store a couple months ago to try to replace his phone!

Mangers are never there in store when you need help. The gentleman yesterday attempted to call them yesterday got no answer I just came in to figure out why my bill went up so high. The young lady present attempts to do the same and got the same results! Slack store a waste of my drive from Rigdeland all mangers there need to be fired !!!! Terrible experience

First I called to get info. It was the manager who answered. I got a very good idea of what would work for me .When I arrived I made it clear I could not purchase right away. I asked tons of question to a friendly, knowlegible new hire. She wrote down everything we discussed so I was able to go home and make a decision with spouse.

Cancelled my line with sprint. They told me to drop my phone off at a sprint store. When i walked In the store one of the ladies asked how she could help me. I told Her i needed To turn my phone in due to cancelling my service. The other lady immediately said “we can’t take that”. Deandre (If i spelled it wrong at least I can pronounce it right - forgive me), Went above and beyond tonight when we came in to get my wife a new phone (and I was hangry). He seriously was incredible and made the normal wait process so much more enjoyable. Not to mention he’s hilarious. There was nothing he didn’t do for us. I don’t know how raises work there but he certainly deserves consideration for one if at all possible. I hate Beaufort but I love the customer service he continuously gives at this location. I found all the staff at this location to be very helpful. They answered all my questions and helped this technologically challenged person to get her phone set up and wipe the memory bank of my old phone. When my new phone did not have the phone # I had been assigned for about 15 years at another carrier, they helped get it all sorted out with a smile on their faces and I had my old number restored. So far I am very happy that I made the switch to Sprint from Verizon.

I was with Att for a long time and I had heard some good things about T-mobile so I decided to take that leap. I went into this T-mobile store right here in Beaufort and all I can say is wow! The associates were wonderful! They answered all of my questions needless to say I made the switch and I love my new phones and service. I am very pleased with my experience with the T-Mobile but more with the associates in the T-mobile store.

Not only was the customer service excellent, but they were able to fix my phone on the spot! The employees not only corrected the problem with my phone, but explained what the problem was as well. I thought Id have to get my phone replaced, but the tech there was extremely helpful and I got some pointers for the future. This is the first time Ive gone to the Sprint store here in Beaufort, and they more than met my expectations. Thanks again Sprint, you guys are wonderful!

Might. Have. To. Download. An. App. Then he fiddled with my phone. Had me enter a password for Samsung to delete the old phone. Smiled and sent me out the store without my contacts. First, I want to recognize Cherrie, my sales associate, who helped my wife and I with our leasing of new phones and for being the initial contact on this issue. Her service to me was perfect and she by herself should earn 5 stars on this review. Unfortunately, her Manager doesnt know how to properly handle escalations, and ultimately caused me to break my lease, switch to another carrier, and write this review.I was a Sprint customer for about two years. Sprint was great to us for that period of time until my wife and I went in for an upgrade for the new Galaxy S8+. Our Sales Rep was awesome, and when the activation process went wrong, she really did try to help us get this phone activated. I had to go back after Thanksgiving and she was able to get us taken care of. You probably wonder why I gave a single star... It had nothing to do with Sprint as a carrier, or the sales rep that helped us, it was about how this company chooses to handle issues with the phones that they lease.The manager Desiree, is a liar and doesnt stand by the product that she sells. My wife and I (mostly my wife) had severe connectivity issues, along with issues regarding hardware and software latency. We did everything that Sprint Corporate told us to do, including a factory reset, and still could not resolve the issue. We went in person to resolve the issue, and while we tried, we were past the 14 day cut off for return. We explained that we knew this, and that the phone was not working as designed. We were also insisting that we were not trying to get out of our contract because we didnt like the phone, it was that it didnt work, and that we would be willing to pay restock fees, etc for new phones. To further elaborate on calling Desiree a liar, she stated that there was nothing that she could do, and that we should file an insurance claim. We took that advice, but there was no damage to the phone. Her behavior to me (and to my wife, especially) was egregious, and she set herself out on a course of conduct that eventually caused us to switch carriers.Sprint Corporate states that there is a special escalation process for specific scenarios such as this one. She told me there wasnt. My wife was able to speak with another rep who not only confirmed what the first representative told me, but actually tried to help us get out of the Samsung Product, and at least gave us some sort of path to correcting the issue. Again the issue is with the store. Desiree is a liar, and if she will lie to me, she will lie to you. I have about 10 years in Customer Service, and a number of those years working with High Net Worth individuals, and the Customer Service I received from Desiree and her only I wouldnt wish for my worst enemy.

May adjust the rating ....arrived to one representative on the floor. A line quickly formed and it took a bit took be seen. A second representative took us and did his very best took solve our issue; a SIM card for am unlocked Moto . No luck. No bestbuy in town anymore. Returned home and called Sprint. They sent the card....got it in two days.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will do anything to talk you into spending more and buying this and that but as soon as it comes to questions about billing statements or anything that isnt relative to them making any money off of you they become rude and unprofessional and claim they dont know the answer to our question. If I can give any advice if you dont have a phone plan through sprint dont even waste your time youll switch right back to your previous provider like we did.

Shopping for new service, been with my carrier for over 10 years.Looking for better coverage.Was on website chat, CSR took too long to respond, lost verifataction 2 times and had to reload. Second reload got a different CSR and had to start conversation all over as new chat. Wanted me to answer questions I had answered with first CSR.If their customer service is this bad with chat, I hate to think what their service is with existing customers.

Outstanding customer service. Although the stores tablet system used for purchasing caused the staff many problems, the staff members remained professional, polite, respectful and patient. This experience has set the bar high for other businesses to follow with the way they provide customer service. The transfer from my previous carrier to tmobile was seamless and easy which solidified my choice to change to tmobile. Well done staff!

This sprint store had the worst customer service I ever experienced in a Sprint store. I made an online service appointment through Sprint. When I arrived, I as told that they do not honor online service appointments at that location. Also, I was told that it would be at least 90 minutes before a service tech cold see me. After that, Id have to wait for the problem to be diagnosed and it could be several hours. I dont see how a cell phone store that does not honor corporate police can even stay in business. I was going to buy an additional phone and service. However I decided to take my business elsewhere. I called Sprint customer service and they were shocked at the behavior of the store employees and gave me additional locations where I can go for service and new plans.

Recently got a new plan there the gave us 3 additional phones told us it would not cost any extra but we got a bill charging us for each phone. Also said they could buy out our AT&T contract. Actual sprint says we didn’t qualify. We are fighting with the actual sprint company to honor their bs.

No one got out from behind the counter to ask me what I needed. One person seemed to be the only one out of five there that seemed to know what they were doing. I got excellent service from one of them after I walked up to the counter. Sprint needs to have their own store in Beaufort, SC to compete with Verizon. Verizon makes this store obsolete. I do not intend to go back to this store again. I will go to Best Buy if I have a problem. The personnel at United Cellular were very lazy compared to employees at Verizon. There was not a very good selection either here of anything. I was able to get a new phone and iPad mini there, but it took a while to do it. I suggest going some where else for a Sprint phone.

I had a difficult issue with my phone (over 2 days) after it had been stolen. Anya went above and beyond in an attempt to resolve it. While she was on hold with corporate, she used the time to clean my phone instead of sitting idly. She spent a ton of time and numerous resources in an effort to resolve my problem. The whole team of techs brainstormed for solutions. I was able to observe another tech also working diligently on another customers phone. Because I was in there for a while, I saw a couple of customers come in and get stupid with the staff for things that looked to me to be the customers fault. The staff responded in a highly professional manner.

CORRUPT. Me and my wife visited the store three times to take advantage of the free Samsung tv deal going on. We planned to purchase two Galaxy Note 9’s and was told about a promotion where if we turned in a eleigble device that we would get one of the Note 9’s completely free. The employee and manager we were working with us this whole time then found out we both had ineligible devices so they told us to go to Walmart and Best Buy to buy one of the eligible devices so we did thinking the whole time that this is a great deal. we arrive at this T mobile store on the the third day ready to finalize the whole deal and the employee we’ve been working with wasn’t there and the manager walked out the door as soon we came in leaving a different employee named Mike to help us. He ports my wife’s phone from AT&T and proceeds to tell me what I owe so he can put her number on the new device and I was astounded by how much he said I had to pay so I asked why is it that much the other Employee told me if I turned in this device that one of the Note 9’s would be free? He called the other employee and asked her what did she tell us and she tried to tell him that it was a real deal as well when it never was ever in T mobile history... long story short my wife’s phone doesn’t work now, we have a T mobile account with no new phones or SIM cards, and we were lied to and told to buy a whole other phone to turn in and now have just wasted more money because of a employee. This is the most terrible service I have ever received and I know T Mobile just started the great Military movement but this store just ruined it for this Marine this store needs counciled, evaluated, and investigated.

This was literally the most awful customer service experience I have ever been through. As soon I walked in the door the employees greeted me with a rude attitude. They told me there was nothing they could before I even told them my problem. Very unprofessional some woman with crooked teeth smirked at me the entire time I was explaining my problem of me needing a new phone. These are awful employees and I have no idea why they would ever be put in a professional setting. Businesses surrounding them also said the employees of sprint are very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing that people like that can work in a professional environment.

I came in on Sunday the 10th of February 2013, no ones got up to ask a question. The gentleman that was not busy just sat there. He did not get off the chair to ask if he could help me. This is the first time I have seen this person and the first time I wasnt greeted in this store cordially. The other gentleman was working with his customers. The rude one is Caucasian and the other was African American.

I would like you to personally call one of your employees in your Beaufort S.C. store. #298DMy husband and I are 20+ year customers of Verizon, a fact we used to very proud of. After we were all but forced to “unlimited” our service has fallen to the point of…… well, no service. Yes, we live in a rule area, but we say “SO WHAT, THIS IS 2017 CARRIER!” After several painful, interactions with “The Big Red”, we knew we must start researching a company who deserved and WANTED our loyal business.After much research, we decided to take a trip into your local T-Mobile store. After church on Sunday we sat in a parking lot eating pizza (not out of a slow cooker ;)) and the following conversation happened. I said to my Hubby, “Do you realize that our entire impression of T-Mobile is about to rest in the hands of the employees in that little store?” Hubby replied, “Well, we shall see if John’s emplTaycare about T-Mobile as much as he does.”John, you are a lucky man. The answer in this store is YES. We met Mr. De Andre. He spent an unending amount of patient time with us, knowing we were in research mode and he wouldn’t make a sale that day. He even skipped his warm lunch to keep talking with us. He was kind to both us and our 2 small sons and he was very proud of his company. I even asked him about a discrepancy a phone rep had made to me and he said not to worry, “He knew his company would make it right.” He represented you well. I think his service to you warrants a personal phone call. He is definitely part of what will make T-Mobile the best .He needs a Magenta Cape for sure!!!!We have not made the switch yet, very nervous, but we will keep working on it.And, thank you John for the right attitude.
