Came in to get a new phone for my youngest son, was helped immediately and educated on all of my options. Was pleasantly surprise at the wonderful promotions Verizon currently is running!! Upgraded my phone and and iPad m, as well as getting my son his phone. Wonderful customer service!!
Gina and Delmont were extremely friendly, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. They took the extra time I needed to understand the options on my phone. They took the extra time to set my phone up the way I wanted it.!They went the extra mile for me in a gentle kind courteous manner, taking the time to address every one of my concerns. Their customer service skills are outstanding, and I am grateful that I was fortunate enough to have them as a point of contact when I came in for additional help with my phone! Excellent sales team.
I came into the store for a new iPhone. Even though they did not have the phone in the Beaufort store Kay was able to find one at another store. Definitely will return. Kay was so friendly and kept us engaged and entertained through the whole transaction.
While I am no longer a customer, Im having issues with getting my number fully ported over. The sales guy, Trey, was fantastic and, instead of trying to get me back, spent almost 2 hours on tech support with me to get things resolved. Fantastic customer service!
Miss k got in contact with my parents and was like i am able to get you and your entire family new phones. she was able to get my parents a great deal on all of are phones. she was able to get my phone backed up and make sure that all of my photos and apps where backed up. she was able to make sure that all of are phones where how we wanted them to she is also really nice.

KayDid a phenomenal job. I wanted a new phone and didn’t think I could afford or was up for a upgrade. But she spent hours and hours working on my account to get my bill the same. She was able to get me a iPhone 13 max pro and was able to get a iPad Air. She also hand delivered my phone and met me to get it set up. When I was having problems with my phone she came back and got it all fixed.

With my experience, I will never go with Verizon again. They only care to make you a user of the carrier, afterwards youre on your own. I was ridiculed for asking questions prior to a purchase, and what my options were for an upgrade. I was polite, and kept my composure having to deal with rude customer service. I recommend to change the staff, or train them to be nice like T-Mobile workers. I changed to T-Mobile before my next payment was dued, and now I am getting a notification that I still owe a monthly payment for a disconnected account I didnt use for the entire month. Verzion should be ashamed, and reevaluate its business. I work with the military organization, and I will definitely be voicing my options to all the Marines I see on a daily basis to stay away from Verzion. There goes some of your business.

I went in desperate for a phone I wanted to buy outright without the Verizon plan. They didnt have any of the phones I was looking for, but Christian was able to help me brainstorm where to go to get what I was looking for and recommended one in store he thought I would like if it had to come to that. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and so kind. Go to this Verizon store (and ask for Christian!), you wont regret it
I was not happy to find out this store was no longer a Verizon Corporate Store. The young man who helped us was helpful but saved the fact he couldnt help us after about 10 minutes. Bummer!!!

Poor customer service and they charged me 35 dollars just to put on my phone case and transfer my contacts from my old phone. I called verizon customer service and they said they arent even an official verizon store. Thats why they charged that 35 extra dollars. Real verizon stores do not charge that. This is a contracted facility.

They refused to accept the return of defective JBUDS Air I purchased from this store. The person in front of me was able to return their Apple AirPods though. Verizon corporate would’ve have exchanged and or accepted the return.

They have a good system as far as customer service goes, and the staff is friendly. The case selection for the phones is really small*Update*I just got off the phone with my bank after some fraudulent transactions were made on it, and they only started happening after my phone purchase at this store. It was also my last credit card transaction. Be very careful when doing business with them and dont let them take your credit cards out of your sight

The staff works hard to help you be it buying a new phone or issues with a phone. They know what they are talking about and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They were able to help me retrieve my photos from a phone I got back in 2009! I cant thank them enough for helping me save photos of my grandson when he was born to his first birthday. Didnt even charge me for it either.

I have had two visits this month. The first time I dealt with Chris, one of the Managers and the person who helped me in early January. He was very patient and polite and took over an hour to make sure he fixed my problem! Chris gets 5 stars, hands down.Unfortunately, my second visit on Friday, January 24th was the exact opposite. I was in for the same issue I had early in January. Amanda was assigned to help me. To start, she clearly did not want to be assisting me and complained to another manager about how she was supposed to be next for her lunch break but somebody else went first. She never once smiled at me for the almost 90 minutes we worked together. Second, I overheard Chris tell her where she should start because he was aware of my previous issue. She ignored that and went straight to turning on my Wifi Calling which I knew had nothing to do with the issue. She said she knew that could be an issue with Apple iphones but I had a google Pixel. I tried to walk her through the steps we had to go through before. She was struggling even finding how to disconnect and reconnect my watch from the phone and clearly was not familiar in working my Google phones or Samsung watches. In addition, while attempting to work on this and taking three times longer than I could have done it myself, she chided me about not having a device protection plan. I understand sales and device protection is probably a part of her job but at the point I say I am not interested the comment of What are you going to do if one of your devices breaks? and the attitude with which it was said was not necessary. Throughout the process her phone rang very loudly, frequently and although she could see it on her watch she repeatedly took extra time to pull her phone out of her pocket and did not have enough respect of my time to put her phone on silent. While she was on the phone with tech support she struggled several times to complete the steps and appeared to only be half attending. In the end, the person on tech support was not aware of how to solve the problem even though I am certain there were notes from my previous visit in which the tech was able to solve the issue. I mentioned this to Amanda and she did not seem concerned in expressing this to the Tech on the phone so I left after a total visit of approximately 2 hours with no actual solution. I am completely aware that the issue with my phone/watch appear to be an uncommon issue and that it may take some time to get through to tech support and get it fixed. What I do not have patience for is someone who very definitely appears and verbally expresses that they essentially do not want to be assisting me nor do they have the energy to even pretend like they do. Everyone has bad days but if you work in retail there is a certain level of expectation in regards to customer service. I could even forgive some of the attitude if she was adept at fixing the issues, which she clearly was not. The combination of lack of knowledge and clear lack of interested in being friendly/customer service made this whole transaction very frustrating and disappointing. I have never had anything but good interactions with every other service rep at this store and even that day they rest of them were friendly and smiling. Somebody should have recognized Amandas attitude and pulled her out of that situation as it was very clear she did not want to be there.

Wait too long. I needed customer service; however, another customer wanted to purchase a phone and had to wait just like those of us who needed service. No salesperson to help her with a purchase in a timely manner so after about 40 minutes she left after talking to assistant manager who told her she would have to wait her turn. Who ever heard of a business not concerned about revenue! We had to wait 50 minutes for help which we did t really get so we won’t go back there.
The people inside are very friendly and helpful and so far they put on a glass screen saver for myself and some friends. I do a lot of phone upgrade help for friends. I always take them there because they can do these things which I cannot such as Furnishing new micro SIMs.
Store was closed even though hurricane is 300 miles away. Website did not reflect closure & door sign was so small I had to get out of car to read. Better plan needed for your stores.

Well I came to this Verizon against my better judgement. I walked in and no one say hi or ever looked in our direction. I waited for about ten mins then I walked upto the front and asked for help. I guess I should have said this first my wifi Hotspots battery started swelling about a month ago. So on my one day off durning the week I drove an hour to get here just to get help. I explained to the ladie my issue and explained the usage I use it for and how long I charge it. immediately she replied without a thought well to be honest you should just buy a battery off of Ebay lol When I told her that t this item malfunctioned by its self. why should I buy anything it should be replaced free of charge its your product. Oh and thats the store manager. I recommend the bluffton Verizon they are way nicer and understanding. This manager had not respect for my time nor empathy for my situation. what if it caught my house on fire because of their faulty battery. well anyway after I told her I wanted a replacement free of charge she asked me to wait and started taking other customers around me. tomorrow on my way to work as a result of this I will be paying off my accounts Ive had for a long long time and switching to a new phone service. I will also be calling corporate to tell them why they lost my business.

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! They are not even a certified Verizon store, just a dealer. The customer service reps are rude and deceitful. Im still without phone service! The so called manager ( black woman with bright red hair is the worst)

We noticed a big change in this Verizon store. Previously, we would have to wait a very long time before a representative handled our problem. Today we were seen promptly, even though it looked as though there were many other customers waiting. Our representative was Ms. Monique Lewis. She was able to solve our problems, and before we left the store, we were really enjoying her sense of humor, her personality and her obvious pride in her role with Verizon. She even found a way for us to save on our monthly bill and include extra services, still for a reduced cost to us. In contrast to our former visits, I can really say that this one was a blast!

I went in to assist my father in adding an already-purchased smartphone phone to the family phone plan on a new line since he wanted to learn how to use a smartphone before upgrading his existing line. I managed to add the phone to our plan on my own with the app long before someone could get to assisting us. Then when someone finally got to assisting us, she was the most unhelpful person i’ve ever had assist me in any Verizon store. I literally had to call the Verizon customer service line myself because she just stood there not being helpful at all, not answering basic questions, or giving any general advice or anything. She asked me, “are you calling customer support”, and when I said yes, she immediately just jumped to helping the next person and leaving us at the counter by ourselves. The other representatives seemed so clueless as well, so this is definitely a store problem, not necessarily a problematic representative.In addition, this isn’t the first time i’ve had a horrible experience here. I walked in with my grandmother to help her get a new phone and plan, and it took 2.5 hours just to get assistance.To conclude, they’ve also been outdated in decor, which may be an odd complaint, but it shows how poorly managed this place is and perhaps they’re too cheap to put any good investments into it, such as knowledgeable staff.Do yourself a favor and do everything through the app, online, or call customer support. Verizon has some pretty decent customer phone support and they helped me resolve the issue I was having with the newly activated phone within 5 minutes. If you absolutely have to go to a store, do NOT go to this one.

The young lady that took care of my wife and I is a genius. She answered all our questions and straightened out our phone problems. Shell be the only one we will see if we have problems or questions. Forgot her name. Shes a young blonde that unlike other Verizon employees, was fast. Didnt spend hours in the store.
I am beyond impressed with the work ethic and efforts of the employees here at this store. I came in to inquire about adding a work phone to my plan and after some discussion, Sharif found me a better option. It took several hours (aprox 3) to get the job done due to issues unrelated to the store employees but both Sharif and Brian stayed on top of it all, even staying beyond their shift to ensure I would get the service I needed. I have never felt so valued to be a customer until I had this experience. They wanted my business and PROVED it. Hospitality at its finest, folks!
Started out a really bad experience staff was not very happy and not really wanting to help me. After a little bit of bitching and after I bought a case they turned there attitude around and was very helpful. Place was pretty busy when I was there. Wish i could give 3.5 stars or so maybe they was just having a bad day

I visited Beaufort store a couple weeks ago. I wanted to trade in my Samsung JSV7 in. I had that phone maybe 6 mo. The Samsung #7 I had taken back before, (tech. remembered me) due to some really annoying repetitive things. that caused me to take it back yet again! I aked to be given some type of credit towards my new Samsung #9 that I decided to purchase. To my total disappointment, and unbelief, the sales tech told me he would give me $65 for trade toward new phone? I had paid maybe 6 mo. or so, payments toward that #7! I have been with Verizon many years as a customer and find it so hard to believe; that this is how I am treated! So now I have a #9 I believe I paid half down then the additional charges left are tacked onto my account! This terrible experience has made me decide to check into a new phone company when my agreement is fulfilled with Verizon! Had I known #7 was a piece of junk, I certainly would not have purchased it! Buyer....Beware!
