Salesman only cared about making a sale. Never kept in touch after the sale. Vehicle was coming from another state. I was informed it was being transported and it was driven. Salesman, did not inform me of the situation or keep me up to date, I always had to text first. He never tried to make it right or seemed to care. Only person who tried was Miguel from finance department, he was very helpful. Over 500 miles on a brand new vehicle was not my expectation. I only wanted a hat and some truck accessories to make it right. I don’t think I can recommend any one to this dealership after this experience..

We went to the Nissan Dealership on Monday to get our oil & tires rotated. They did a great job on getting it done quickly & even washed & vacuumed the car. In the waiting area for some unreasonable reason they wouldn’t let turn the volume on the TV to listen to the news. It was all the way down & they didn’t have any snacks or bottles of water, something THEY use to have. It just makes it more relaxing and comfortable th have something to snack on & drink. Maybe it’s something that they should start back up.

I was very disappointed with Baytown Nissan. I told them that the only problems I had was with a recurring slow leak in the right rear tire. After checking it out, I was told I had a nail in the tire and for $265 they would have to order me a replacement. Never buy tire or order any from a dealership is one lesson I have learned. My husband asked.if they plugged it or patched it. I told him that they did nothing as far as I knew.I did not order a tire, but went home and told myhusband. He took the car to have it checked by a corner tire shop close to home. They checked all 4 tires and found no problem.I wonder how many other women have been taken by this deception. I would never pay almost $300 for one tire at a dealership.I have purchased many cars from Baytown Nissan over the past 25 years. Actually 3 in the past 2 years. Why would they do me this way. Marco was also great to work with as well. I will be sending all my friends and family their way. We will be back as well when it’s time for me to purchase an SUV in a year. Car buying can be a difficult and frustrating process but with the help of Tiffany and Billy it was very smooth process I had a pre approval before heading to the dealership Tiffany said give us a chance to see what we can do first Billy was able to get us a better deal and rate than we had going in they were determined to get us the best deal possible and they did. They both were extremely friendly best car experience I ever had if you are in the market for a car truck or SUV this is the best place you can turn to they care and put the customer first…… 5 stars is not even enough highly recommend

The communication between the dealership and the customer is completely lacking no one told us when the car was dropped off because it needed to be towed no one let us know what needed to be changed in the vehicle we just got an email stating what was wrong with the car. The amount of details being provided about what was exactly wrong and when it would be fixed was terrible and anytime I was needing information it was “waiting on the technician for information” and never get a call I stay on them steadily to make sure the job was done

I was told they couldn’t make my key. But then I had that I had called and was told I didn’t need a appointment to get it done that I could walk in. But dude at the counter told me he wouldn’t do it. But ended up doing after I told him was I had been told. Dropped my truck off at 10:20 & didn’t get a call back till 5:30 ridiculous wait. Will not be going back here.

I was very pleased with how quickly my car was taken for an oil change and it looked fantastic after the free car wash. Everyone was polite, friendly and I was updated during the process. I was in and out at a very reasonable time frame.My only disappointment was the huge increase of the cost. My fault, I didnt ask. I believe it went from 39.95 to 59.95 (60 + plus with text, etc)I am basing my review on the staff and service. *

Service was great. They acknowledged me right away, offered to service me. Referred to Valeriano (I think was his name). He was slightly abrupt and dismissive. He was doing something on his phone and took his time referring me back to the young lady, who immediately took care of. She gave a time estimate of how long the job would take and checked the technicians progress. When it was time to go, I was boxed in at the exit. The rep in the service area offered to pull my car around. It was a good experience. Thanks.

Great customer service! Patient salesperson as I looked over several vehicles before we decided on one to purchase. After the sale, and at closing time, they didn’t rush us out the door and actually walked us through their service department and told us who to talk with when we need oil changes or anything else. BAD BAD BAD service department. Warning! Warning! Don’t not bring you vehicle here for service. Just brought 2021 Nissan Rogue went to the dealership to pick up my plates. Just bought this two/three week ago My AC stop working. So I had service check it out. So they told me an OBJECT hit my condenser and leak all my Freon. I am going to have to pay 1300.00 out of pocket because warranting is NOT going to pay.I asked the Service Manager VALERIANO FUKUICHI (VERY RUDE) (Talk very dis-respectful) (No customer service) to please show me how an OBJECTIVE can hit that one spot with out damaging anything else. VALERIANO claims that it happen ALOT. But after reading some of the reviews, it seem like it happens ALOT at this dealership.I have attached other vehicles with object damage from the road. I will attach a photo of my damage.

I brought in a Nissan Armada because I was having issues with a loud sound whenever I turned the wheel to the left. Val in the service department jumped in the vehicle with me to hear the sound. I left my vehicle there and called later. Val said he thought it was the brakes and his tech didnt see anything. He said I needed to pick it up because he couldnt spare his other tech time to look at it. I took it to the Nissan dealership on the Gulf freeway and they said it was my back left brake and whoever put my brakes on did a horrible job. Well the Baytown dealership was the ones who did it! The Baytown dealership wouldnt answer the phone to verify that they put them on.I had to call them and one person said it was a 3 year warranty and the other person said it was a 1 year warranty. I had to pay for them again. I live 15 minutes away and Ill never go back!!! If I could give them a 0 I would!!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from here and had a very pleasant experience! Mitchell Hudson was my sales guy and he was super sweet and easy to talk to. He was very informative and understanding. He worked around my schedule and made sure to set up convenient times for us to meet up. He wasn’t aggressive in the sale but he showed he cared about getting me into a car that fit me and my day to day routine. If you go to this dealership make sure to request him because he will make the process so much easier!

I took my car in to have the a/c diagnosed because it was not working. At the time I declined to have it repaired because my car is a 2013 and putting in another $1,500.00 on a car that I already sunk $5,000.00 doesnt seem worth it. However I am going to call the Nissan dealership up and see if they will go ahead and fix it because the summer has been way too hot.

I am being charged $1000 to replace 2 spark plug coils. That is outrageous and a complete ripoff. I am being taken advantage of because I am a woman and these people think I cant tell. I need to drive my car as it is my current house and cant afford to have it break on me. Those spark plug coil packs are only $90 for all 4 and take an hour at most to put in. I cant believe these people can just tell me I owe them $500 for each. I will never come back and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Have an older model Titan that had a battery bust and leak acid, replaced the battery and truck wouldn’t start anymore. Had it towed into service department to get repaired. Was told the keys needed to be reprogrammed and the camshaft position sensor was bad by the service manager. Gave me a price and I approved repairs. Did not hear back from him for over a week so I reached out to check on the status of my truck he said it didn’t fix the problem and now he thinks it’s the fuel pump. I had recently replaced the fuel pump and explained that to him but he still claimed it wasn’t working, he bypassed fuel pump supposedly still didn’t work, another week goes by no communication from them at all, call to check again service manager had an attitude stated that since my truck wasn’t drivable it stayed outside and if it rains we don’t work on it. Gave him two more weeks before calling this time because they never once called me to discuss anything, he stated that it rained a lot and they have t figured it out yet but there’s a bad wire somewhere in the truck causing a no spark issue. Two more weeks go by same old song and dance nothing has been done no answers on issues and same attitude. Then receive a call he stated the ecm was bad and no communication no spark issue. Couldn’t tell me why or how this issue popped up all of a sudden. Purchased a new ecm he had it a week and never installed it, I call to check status and he says they haven’t touched it yet been to busy been raining, any excuse to not work on the truck he could come up with. Nine weeks into it sitting at the Nissan dealership with nothing being done to it at all is completely unacceptable!! No communication from Val you’re service manager is completely unacceptable, and frankly his attitude toward customers is beyond poor. I am a business owner and if I had an employee talk to a customer the way he talked to me he be fired!! I wouldn’t recommend you’re business or service department to anyone ever!! I will be filing a complaint with Nissan corporate as well.

Spoke with Melissa on the phone. Set expectations and when I arrived, none of them were met. Dropped of my car for an hour to get a trade in appraisal. Came back and still no offer. Asked to test drive a car. Was told I needed an application to test drive...I said Im not filling out an application at this time. I am just wanting to test drive. Left dealership. NONE of the verbal expectations were met when I arrived in person.

Will never go to another dealership again! NISSAN Baytown went way above and beyond to service my car, clean it, and do a thorough multipoint inspection. I could not book an appointment at my other service place (that Ive been going for years) and Nissan received me immediately as a walk in. Front lady was the best. She explained everything that needed immediate attention and did not try to push me towards getting services I really didnt need right away. Very nice and so courteous to cater me and my two yr old with any questions or anything I needed and everyone that worked there were super friendly and kind. Thanks guys!

I had an oil change. I asked if they would service my car and would check the other levels of fluids I came in with an alert that my washer fluid was low. I left with the light on. It went off and is now back on. So my car was not serviced. I am handicapped and it is hard for me to do these things myself.

I was in the pre owned side of Baytown Nissan spoke with Mitchell Hudson. Mitchell was amazing he was a huge help! I was glad not to be pushed into a car but found the car I love. I highly recommend Baytown Nissan for anyone looking to buy a new or used car. I went in yesterday and didnt quite have enough of a down payment for the finance company. If I could I would leave less than 1 star this is the second time having my truck serviced and 1st time took over 4 hours because they didn’t have the oil filter and still pulled it on the rack and drained it. Then text me and said it was ready for pickup and had to wait another 2 hours. Their solution was a free car wash. So this morning I called at 9 to make sure they had everything they needed and said yes sir just bring it any time. My wife took my truck up there and again had to wait 3 + hours because they didn’t have the filter. Needless to say I will not be returning to this place for service parts or sales.

Had great experience with Ian A. here! He was very accommodating, understanding, kind, and fun! Always had an answer for me or found it immediately! He was very dependable during my visits here! I left the very proud owner of my first vehicle ever!On a more upsetting note, the finance rep Scott was incredibly terrible, he made a wonderful day turn sour for me. He was very disrespectful to me and my family when we asked questions. As a first time buyer I was perplexed to find such a person working in customer service.I was ready to walk out because of how terrible Scott made me feel during my very first purchase, thankfully wonderful Ian and Chris got my paperwork sorted out and all questions answered! Do NOT I repeat DO NOT trust these people when the sell you a part that claims to have a warranty! I purchased a battery from them for a used vehicle I bought there. The battery fails under warranty and I call to verify, they said it’d be covered at 100%. When I get there they tell me that since its a Honda and not a Nissan they can’t honor the warranty and the terms it was purchased under. Its so funny how they just lost a lifetime customer for a $100 battery. I was soon to go in to buy another vehicle. I’m sooo glad I didn’t and will take my business elsewhere. Thanks Nissan for showing your true colors before I made that mistake!!

Went a few weeks ago and 1st they couldnt find my service appointment even though I had the email they sent me for confirmation. I spoke to Mr. Bolten the Dealership Manager he told me to come back the next morning and he would get me taken care of. I returned the following day they reprogrammed my transmission, which was a recall it made the check engine light go off for a few minutes then it came back on. Before I even made it home I received an email with quote and work that needed to be done right away. I got several 2nd opinions from different mechanics and was told I Did NOT need those repairs. One shop even showed me the Drive Belt and Arm Bushings that Nissan said I needed and neither if the repairs were needed. My car has 43,000 miles and the Drive Belt and Arm Bushings are fine! I contacted the Executive Manager Mr. Joey Bolten several times by email and by phone, needless to say he has not bothered to respond to the emails and he never answers the phone. The service Manger Andy is the same way no return calls or emails. Very Disappointed that they were so dishonest and even more disappointed that they wont take a minute to respond to me. When Mr. Bolten said We will get you taken care of apparently that was a Lye as well! Make sure if you go to Baytown Nissan that you get a second opinion on any work they say your vehicle needs. I had a horrible experience in 2013 when I purchased a car from them so I should have known better to go back there. Major Integrity Issues with this Company and horrible Communication skills with Management.

I went to the Baytown Nissan to see what they would offer me on my infinity which only has 70K miles and is in excellent condition and they offered me a ridiculous offer of $5k which is insulting. The blue book value on the trade in is $11k. I will never come here again. Our credit is fair but still they could have be reasonable.

Drove 350 miles to this dealership, had all the numbers approved with Chris Allen’s signature on a quote for my trade and the new Titan I was going to get, so when I got there I was only going to sign the papers and take the new truck home, oh and they had good pictures of my current truck showing every angle!!!!!!! Arrived at the dealership they gave me a new quote with a lot higher monthly payment, and claimed that I had a different truck that I was trading. clearly the VIN number to my truck is on the quote with the year and model of my truck I currently have with his signature on the paper, and he goes and changes numbers around when I get there. I ended up keeping my Nissan Titan xd, and I feel good not purchasing a vehicle from here.

My vehicle was towed in March 2021 to the nearest Nissan dealer. Baytown Nissan service was the closest from Dayton. I am extremely dissatisfied of the horrible and frustrating service Ms. Angie, the service representative provided to me. I have no words to express my displeasure towards the way the whole situation was handled. My vehicle was keep in the dealer x 2 wks. Despite of a lengthy letter sent to the Manager voicing in detailed all my frustrations, I felt that I was ignored. I felt that a verbal apologies was inadequate. I will never ever recommend this dealer for any mechanical repair to anyone. Unfortunately, I had a co worker of mine that a month ago experienced a transmission issue and she experienced similar problems at Baytown Nissan

Spoke to Aron on Friday about my car, I asked to speak to the service manager. Today is Tuesday no one called me, so I called the store again and spoke to Ashley this afternoon she assured me the manager on duty would call me back.. No one called me. So i guess I will have to call the store again tomorrow . I never got a call from them, I had to call again then spoke to some one. spoke to me and answered my question. I guess they were short handed.

I think that it was a average experience. Typical upselling, and I would even have to pay additional to get free oil changes and maintenance, even though the other Community dealerships such as Toyota and Honda offer 6 months for free. That made the whole experience pretty disappointing even though I did not even try to haggle on the price of the vehicle and was willing to go out of my way to pay full price of the vehicle.

HORRIBLE sales experience with used car sales. All I can say is RUN. They sold us a vehicle that had to be repaired within three days and it’s been a constant mess ever sense, not to mention it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of a manager or anyone other than inexperienced staff who have no knowledge or can’t “speak on these issues”. I feel like I was deceived, and all of this has been well documented. The car is currently sitting parked and unable to start, not to mention there has been issues with the brakes. I hope they have the decency to correct this issue and a mistake that was done on their behalf. This vehicle is dangerous and should’ve never been sold!

Took car in for multi-point inspection, airbag light was on, radio was cutting on and off, plus state inspection. Multi-point was suppose to be done, oil change sticker was not replaced and air pressure in tires were not checked and adjusted. Radio was on a station that I do not listen to and was turned way too high. Techs need to be considerate and put radio back on one of the stations that the customer has programmed if they are going to change it or better yet leave it alone. I was informed that they had to drive it around some so the airbag light would go off so it could be inspected, I has no problems with that.
