Quick, in and out in less then 20 minutes today. Just depends on what time and day you go. Just cause I said it dont hold them to a less then 20 minute oil change. Love the ppl and the wash boy car wash is awesome. That machine give my vehicles a great clean.

Two different times this place took care of me when other Take 5 would not. Showed up at Take 5 at 5:15pm, sign said they closed at 6pm. They said they couldnt do my oil change because they were in the process of closing. Drive five min down the road to Elite and they welcomed me with open arms. The manager Darnell Trahan is amazing. He always makes sure you are satisfied 💯! Will be back!

I had went to auto zone 2 months after purchasing my brand new battery with problems of my car not starting. They told me my alternator was going out. After I came to this place, they in fact figured out that it was not my alternator, it was that Auto zone did not connect the battery properly, which caused my car to not start. So they fixed the problem and had great customer service. They were very knowledgeable about my problem and fixed it in 5 minutes! Awesome job!

Went in to replace my upper and lower control arms, my tie rods(inner and outer), and got an oil change on my 2011 Dodge Challenger SE. turned out the service provided turned my car into a death trap, i suspected some unfinished work so i brought it back, the guy who worked on the car assisted me said need new tie rods..how insulting how i need new tie rods but the tie rods i brought in with the control arms went missing after leaving my car with their care for 2-3 days. i bought more tie rods turns out when i bought it back i didn’t need them; long story short they didn’t fix their mess up said only needed to tighten the tie rods 🤦🏾‍♂️, weeks later i was still having new issues from the work they did so i took it to fire stone to get it inspected because i was getting tired of the car now it’s just been sitting. Firestone performed a $10 full inspection and turns out my control arm bolts where loose and my brakes were missing it’s hardware leaving my brakes just loose in the caliber on the passenger side. The guy at Firestone said i should bring the car back to the people who did work and slap them in the face for sending me off like that. Now im out of 855$ of my $1400 stimulus and i sold the car to Carvana... long review short they Suck.

Mr.Ray... you are a total cheater. I have been told in my first oil change that my brake plates need to be changed as they were worn away and tried to charge me 250 dollars. I have checked in another place and get to know that he has been lying. Still using the same plates without a problem so far. This place is riping off from boss to employees.One of my friend has been cheated the same way. Promised for coupons on second service with bunch of bogus deals. Dont buy anything from these sick people. This place need to be shutdown.I would rate minus if possible.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM..!

Cannot say enough good things about this team and about Ray! I went in last week for an oil change and they saw that my tires were a little low so they filled them. They also noticed my check engine light on so they ran some free diagnostics and I had 3 guys who all seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the situation resolved and none of them even remotely pressured me into getting an extra service done. Ray drew me up a quote for the work in case I wanted to come back and have it done. I went back today and he was extremely personable and remembered me and got my issues resolved at a surprisingly reasonable price. I have taken my Jeep to the dealership THREE times this year to have this fixed, and each time they kept my car overnight for 2-3 days and never really fixed the problem. Ray did it in 2 hours, was way friendlier and trustworthy, and gave me a better price. You’ve earned a lifetime customer in me!

Took it for a quick inspection, instead I got some BS about 2 of my tires below the requirement level. I clearly asked first if this was going to be a problem, they said No. Still got charged $30 and failed inspection report. Just lost my business guys, thanks.

Came for state inspection. Was put in “queue” by manager. Waited and waited while vehicles after me went and got inspected in front of me. I left and went to Take 5 Oil on west baker. In and out in 10 min.

So...I was greeted with a beautiful smile by a red head Latina. Later, while I was waiting, I overheard a rude customer talking to her. She handle the situation with such grace!! The manager, Darrell, went over all needed, and answered all my questions (I’m not good with cars). I was impressed by him and his staff and had to leave a review. I’ve been here often over the years and this new manager is great compared to the last.

Guys are always helpful and have treated me with great service, honest ppl you can trust, thankful for mike southall for being onsite on this day was of extreme help getting my truck back to the shop.Honest ppl still exist

They did what any customer should expect of them. Approached me shortly after I arrived, told me the cost and the wait time (and finished sooner). And they sent me on my way. This was during another Houston KungFlu shutdown, and after I had waited (along with 4 others) for a competitor down the street for at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from their staff that we were even there. We all left. I chose a very good alternative.

These people are so wicked I had one problem on my car the man told me it was 5 $600 and then I go somewhere else and they told me the part for $20 .never me again

Good place if you have time, dont come if youre in a hurry. Mechanics were very knowledgeable and and let me know my serpentine belt was worn out during my state inspection sure enough it was pretty worn out and glad it didnt snap off. They also caught a bad tire on my husbands truck that was unevenly bald on the tread. I do wish they wish they did appointments.

Visited to get car inspected and informed the tech on arrival, was told they would be with me next as they were currently working on a car ahead of me. Waited for an extended period...eventually another person came in for an inspection as well. That person was told the person who does inspections would not arrive until 10am. I stated that it would have been nice to have known that when I arrived!!!Left and went to Express Lube and Inspection on Baker around the corner. They completed the inspection before I was seated comfortably and had begun to read a magazine!!!Go to Express Lube. Do not waste your time with Elite Lube!!!!

First time to come to Elite Lube & Inspection in Baytown and it was the best experience I’ve had getting my oil changed. One of the employees, Darnel, expressed his concerns for my vehicle and strongly recommended me to take the correct actions to take better care of my vehicle. Not only did Darnel tell me what I else I needed for my car but he throughly explained why I should. I will be a regular customer after this experience because of the professionalism and quality of service and how great the care for their customers.

I went there because I would get a “Low engine oil pressure” indication. They diagnosed it and told me i will have to replace my oil pump and estimated $1000.0 dollars. I really didn’t think that was the issue so I went to another mechanic he diagnosed the problem to be a leaky oil sensor. Which costed 300$ to fix.

Extremely disappointed with there service I would definitely give them no stars because they give poor service. Bad customer service starting with the manager. There is one main employee there that was really rude we ended up having to call the cops. So everyone is aware his name is VINCENT BRIGHT. Very unprofessional avoid wasting your time going there. The will inspect your car and try to sell you their products that are over priced and if you do not take their products when you come back for re-inspection they will add more thing that are supposedly wrong with your car. They just make you waste your time.

I always get my oil changed here. I like the fact they have integrity. They will tell me when there are other services needed, but are not pushy. Last year, I wanted them to do my inspection. Instead of doing the inspection, they noticed I was registered in Liberty County where the inspection is cheaper. They know me by name there and I like that they have a stamp card. This is where you get so many stamps, you get a free oil change.

The last time I went here to get my car serviced they BROKE it. Yes thats right....they BROKE it ...The manager name Ray was the one that worked on my car. He didnt put my fuel pump in right. Basically he just put it in there and didnt try to screw it in right. Everytime I got gas it over flowed and hit the ground. And he had the nerve to lie to me in my face n say Ill never do u wrong maam and turned around and did it. So I YouTube the problem and it told me the pump was under the seat, do I had to flip it so I did and pulled back the carpet and opened the lid and the pump popped up. Now Im not no rocket scientist in a mechanic but I do know its not supposed to do that. So I took my car right back there and told them what he did. Thank God there are still some good people left in the world. It took 3 guys to fix wat Ray jacked up but I left there a happy camper.

I agree with the other reviewer saying it was a little over priced.BUT I would say the big no no for me and why I will never go back is because they took me out in the garage and did the whole SHE IS A GIRL routine. They pointed out 3 non since things... just came short of telling me my blinker fluid was low. Surprise guys my dad is a mechanic and yall are full of crap. Better luck next time.
