Made an appointment to have my power steering repaired. Dropped off my car at 8am. Called after 5pm for update on car. Was told they were to busy and were not able to look at my car. What’s the purpose of making an appointment if it does no good. Car was looked at and car inspection was done. Everything passed on inspection per email. When it came to pay balance was $160 higher then what was quoted. When I called to see what the increase in bill was they couldn’t tell me. After they researched the bill they told me that they didn’t give me a$400 credit for a core charge. I believe that if I just paid the bill and didn’t call to see what increase in bill was I never would have gotten the credit that was owed to me. they also said I was 3 quarts low on oil after my inspection said it was ok. Meaning they didn’t inspect what they said they did. Just went down the list and said everything was good

My truck had a roof molding that had peeling paint. Clearly a warranty claim. Service dept jumped on it and got the part on order & approved by Ford. It took several months for the part to come in. Once it came in the guys did a great job of scheduling the work. Great overall experience.

Cannot fault the staff, very friendly and professional. However...$480 to replace a $130 battery! Absolutely criminal pricing scheme that garuntees you will be paying several hundred dollars before any work even gets done! Whats more is they seem to charge a diagnostic fee but then also charge hours labor for doing the diagnostic. Will never get work done here again. Id sooner sell my car than deal with that again.

My entire experience would of been a little better if the mechanic was honest and the manager actually tried to understand if he was in my position but instead he chose to believe the lies of the mechanic.It took 3 hours for an exhaust to cool down from a 5min drive. I can see maybe an hour max but 3 hours really. (Keep in mind it was cloudy and not that hot outside). Also if you google this it will tell you the average time for an exhaust to cool down is about 20mins so I gave it an hour but instead I was told it took 3 hours for a cold start 5min drive exhaust to cool down.I would of rather been told the truth and tell it to me straight, “it was so busy we overlooked it and forgot” instead of trying to feed me a lie like that. Then get an attitude when it was their error for holding the vehicle so long for something that took the mechanic 30-45mins to complete.I know the customer can be mistaken and be wrong at times but in order to keep things professional especially when promises were made to a customer, as a business manager you need to make it a priority promises are met. Instead of being clueless of what is going on and in return get offended when the opportunity present itself at his door. The manager’s way to solve this was “It is done now, what can I do for you?” Maybe if you asked that question 2.5hours before, maybe I can answer on how to do your job. The entire time I spoke to this gentleman he sat down never offered me a seat but rather make excuses. Then had the nerve to catch an attitude when I came to him with a customer concern. Simply ridiculous and unprofessional.

Very professional service. My wife and I had our sights on a Ford Explorer . We suddenly changed are minds to new 2021 escape. Our salesman Mr. Brandon Hamm was already contacting banks on the Explorer. He was professional and understood that getting the right vehicle for us is very important. We purchase the vehicle on 8/16/21 and have tried out some of the features on our new escape. My wife is happy with it.Thank you Baytown Ford .

I appreciate the courteous, professional manner that Baldo Gonzalez handled my trucks service. I appreciate the effort placed in trying to find a solution to the issue. However, in the end I wasnt able to get what I hoped. The rear backup sensor on the inside drivers side sees the trailer hitch, so it lights up every time shifted to reverse. Its a minor annoyance, and doesnt make sense. The passenger side doesnt have the same problem. Considering all vehicles having reverse sensors, and the number of trailer hitches installed on trucks, its hard to imagine this hasnt been accommodated.

Another great experience. I almost went somewhere else for convivence. When i called to schedule, Baldo was able to get me in during the time I needed. The service was prompt and professional. Since we moved to the area three years ago, I have only used Baytown Ford Service for my vehicle. I most appreciated the updated that I will need on my next visit and a cost estimate. He gave us time to financially plan. Thank you again for a great experience.

Truck was brought in 9:30 am Friday for service recall, during check Tech said front brakes needed service in doing so it was found that rotors were bad and they had to be ordered but Truck would be ready Saturday morning. I heard nothing that morning so I finally after many attempts got to talk to a Technician who said somehow it was forgotten. I said I had given previous notice that I had business to do Sunday with the Truck. He said sorry it was beyond his control and I would get it Monday . Original Tech called Monday morning and said Truck was ready Saturday and sorry for mix up.

I made an appointment a week ahead explaining I had a safety recall, needed a tail light looked at, a tire well seal needed replacing, and a key battery needed to be replaced. I received no less than 10 emails and texts confirming my 12:30 APPOINTMENT over a weeks time. Again on arrival, went over the needs. I arranged transportation so I would not have to sit in the waiting room for hours. At 5:30, I call to find out the progress and I am told I will not be getting my car back until the next day. I explain this was unexpected and I must have my car no later than 11 am the next day as I am going out of town. Chanz states he didnt think he could get everything done in time. I told him to just close the ticket on whatever wasnt done. After thinking about it, I called back in 30 minutes to say, I needed it by 8 am. Left a recording because they were closed. I called back at 8:30 am and Chanz was busy with a customer, so I told the receptionist to tell him I will be there at 9:30 am to get my car..no matter what was done. Just close out the ticket. When I arrive he is taken by surprise...he never got any of the messages. They had my car for FIVE HOURS the prior day and never touched it. None of the requested work was done. I explained to him my discontent with the situation because I had an appointment and he EXPLAINED (for future reference) to me that an appointment doesnt mean that is when my car will be worked on IT MEANS I WILL BE FIRST IN LINE TO TALK TO HIM at 12:30.Youre kidding right???? Then in addition, he asked where my tire lock was kept. They couldnt find it. IT WAS IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT. Isnt that where they are kept? Not my first issue with Baytown Ford.

Three other Ford dealer didn’t take me seriously about purchasing my vehicle for whatever reason waste tons of my times and drives. Typically I give this dealership 5 stars but, this visit wasnt the best. They took care of my oil change but, didnt take care of my other concern. The rear hatch on my car is not aligned (manufacturer defect) and real tail lamp module is loose. The service advisor told me they are swamped with customer and, it would be 3 days before the can get to my tail lamp module. He suggested taking my car to a Ford dealership that does collision repairs. Not the best customer service this time around.

I first want to say that the Service team from James and Abraham have been a big help, along with the service techs that have been working on my wifes vehicle. Unfortunately the number of issues for the same problem is unacceptable. This is an issue with Ford Corporate, not the dealer.

This was my first service on my F150 that I purchased elsewhere. I needed regular service, a recall and a warranty repair. It was given an update when it was partially finished and they called when they completed it all. I would recommend them.

First, I am torn between a 3 and 4 star rating but I feel I must go with a 3 star rating due to not only my lackluster experiences but those of people I know.Its a very dry and down-to-business interaction. Its not particularly rude but not very personable or friendly. So, customer service is mediocre, at best. This trend holds true even prior to the coronavirus.Although its been a while, I know of several instances where the service department has taken its time on issues and never really fully resolved the problems. I only use this place for service for the convenience of its location and strongly suggest traveling to another Ford dealership for service if its anything more complicated than basic maintenance.
