I made an appointment with them approx five min after my shift at work the day my glasses broke.... it took two weeks to get an appointment which I was not pleased about but understood. When I got to my appointment I checked in and was told that they had no appointment for me that day or at all for that matter. I pulled out my phone and showed them the day and time that I called from my phone log. They told me they were sorry but there was nothing they could do and that they could make me a new appointment two weeks out. I agreed, but went somewhere else that same day . Ill have my glasses before I even would have had my appointment..... I didnt cancel the appointment.... lol they can be surprised

The staff was rude beyond belief. Would not allow me to be with my children due to Covid and insisted they fill out their paperwork. Children filling out Paperwork. I booked 2 appointments back to back for my daughters and refused to let me in with them and I had to stand outside not allowing me to assist in the picking out and getting insurance billed properly. Needless to say we left and will spend our money elsewhere.

I had this big ol spew wrote up on why i am upset right now with the call i just had, and realized its not worth it. the woman i just spoke to was rude, and made me feel as if i was inconvenienced her day, and my business is not wanted, the woman here are rude and inpatient. the doctor i seen last year( not sure his name) was wonderful, his staff? not worth going i will take my insurance else where..

I have been going to the eye center since 2013. When I got my eye exam done, my insurance company covered my glasses exam, I had to pay for my contact measurements. I went to order contacts, and was told they have no record of me paying or even getting my exam done. In fact, there was one paper in my file. My EOB shows I recieved and paid for my measurements and script.

We waited for 30 min to order glasses they are a poorly run service there was 3 women running around not sure what they were doing but they lost me as a costumer . Would even let me in to look for a frame while I waited @&$!?€££>%

Thank you to the team at B-Drive Walmart Vision &Glass for helping me with my glasses and a missing screw... theyre closed but still helped me...way to go team!!!
