Wonderful staff, very friendly. Doctor very thorough, answered questions completely. This will be my go to for optical needs from now on.And price for exam extremely reasonable.
Just moved here and broke my glasses on day 3! They had a next day appt and were wonderful! No insurance yet but prices werent outrageous. They sent me home with a few disposable contacts and I got my year supply of contacts and glasses in less than 2 weeks from my appointment. So friendly and nice there!
All the staff were professional and friendly. In addition to a thorough eye exam the doctor listens to your needs and genuinely does his best to meet them. I would recommend this business to others.

I believe her name was Alissa, but she provided me the worst customer services ever. So unprofessional and very rude. She hang up the phone so quick before I said thank you and bye. I do not recommend this place if they are going to hire rude unprofessional customer rep. I can’t imagine how they will treat you in person!
They are very helpful in making sure you get the most out of your insurance. They get you in and out quickly and are patient when I want to try on a lot of different frames. They are taking Covid seriously by doing some services car side and temp checks for those who have to come inside. I felt safe here. The staff and doctors are always kind and polite.

It was time for new glasses. Was assisted by Bradley. It was a superb experience. He helped me understand and pick the type of options needed for my glasses due to me having Lupus. He was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. I have referred my friends to RX Optical for assistance by Brad.
Went in for a new pair of glasses . Brad was very helpful in helping me pick out glasses. The whole staff is very welcoming and helpful will definitely be back.
I don’t normally write reviews, but felt like I needed to in this case because my experience appears to be totally different than most (not all) had at this business. From talking with Kylie (I hope I spelled that right) on multiple occasions trying to get my insurance figured out, to the care and compassion I received from the eye doctor, this was a top notch experience for me when it comes to eye care. Kylie went above and beyond trying to help me and the eye doctor was kind and explained everything and listened too and answered the many questions I had. Not only that, they have what appears to be some of the newest technology available for eye exams (seemed that way to me anyway). One of the main complaints I saw on the reviews that I read on here was about the wait time. Well, it’s a doctors office so I think a little wait time is expected, but it was nothing egregious (my wait was less than 10 minutes). I’ve been to a few different eye care “professionals” in this area and, believe me, this was the best one I have been too in years. So thank you to everyone who helped me on that day and I will definitely return for my eye care needs.

Very rude!! I have addressed this issue. My second appointment was also canceled this time due to Dr. calling in Friday before the Fourth of July. I have yet received a phone call back from anybody addressing these issues

Horrible customer service, very unprofessional and very unorganized.When I arrived for my appointment staff was talking loudly about sexual relationships and one night stands. When I went back with the doctor for my exam and to talk about contact lenses it was rushed and I wasn’t able to get any of my questions answered.
Was very rushed over the phone and felt like I wasnt a priority.
UNPROFESSIONAL. Was in for over 2 hours just for eye exam. All employees doing whatever will not reccommend to anyone. 7 people came and went, still sitting, staff making other calls while different client in front of them, I would probably do better at Walmart.

Snoody.. can be rude. Insurance covers almost all of the glasses.Requires masking unless you call higher up and range an appt.Has lost our kids info from the prior yrs. appt.They do come out to the vehicle currently to adjust your glasses or deliver them to you when you cant or wont mask illegally.I am considering paying out of pocket to go to Americas Best instead.09/01/2021

Staff is 👍 but slow. I arrived early to take care of the insurance. I thought I could get in a little early. Guess again.
Because I could not afford the $400 contacts they wanted me to buy they would not give me a valid prescription even though I paid for an exam.
Never had a bad set of glasses from them and their practitioner found my ritinal detachment early and got me to a specialist really quick.

Not Impressed. This is my first time dealing with this place and so far its been a major disappointment. The eye doctor and I argued over incorrect information (I was right) regarding diabetic retinopathy and how she said it could never be corrected but my mom had it done when she was alive and had her vision restored. Then the doctor muttered well I guess if you have the money.... Then Destiny told me once I had picked out my frames this place was so great because you can get your new glasses in half the time of other vision places so I paid for both in full. One week later I called to check because I was told my sun glasses would arrive first. The new lady I spoke to, Gina, said they werent DAVIS brand (Im guessing their house brand) so she said they wouldnt be in until March 23rd (I ordered February 24th) which completely contradicts everything I was told. Then I asked about my eye glasses which I havent had new in three years and she said she didnt have any information for me until MONDAY because they werent DAVIS brand (she emphasized it like that too as if to rub it in). I dont care about the DAVIS line. If I was told both my glasses would be in in a week to two weeks, they should be there when they say they would be. What do these people do all day? Obviously its not their jobs. Health insurance or not Im going somewhere else next time. For the money I spent I could have had these glasses in two weeks from Pearl Vision.Someone must have read my post because now suddenly they had my eyeglasses ready and my sun glasses (the lenses that were previously backordered) are now supposed to be in by the end of this week. While I appreciate the expediency in rushing the items I was not happy getting a leftover case for my eyeglasses. Name Brand and they were all out of the white cases so the lady gave me a white Versace one (I dont like Versace) with the attitude of At least its white and will match your glasses. Well this is true. But thats more of something I would expect for a cheap pair of frames. Heres anything to match because were out of the others...But when you drop about $500 out of pocket on top of insurance you kind of expect a matching case thats the same brand as the designer frames youre purchasing. I dont like things that dont match. I would have waited just to have the proper case. BUT I do appreciate them trying to make things right.
