We went in thinking my sister needed a new phone, because she couldnt do anything on it. The manager, Derrick, said we just needed to delete a bunch of apps that was bogging it down. He cleaned it off for her, no charge. We then took it home for my sister to try for a while. If shes still not happy, well be going back for a new phone, but Im confident he did the trick.

Very helpful, prompt service and gave me all the information I needed to transition my phone to T-Mobile service.

He made sure that my phone was working properly and went out of his way to make my experience enjoyable. The very next day I brought my daughter to get her a new phone and once again Derick was there to help us get everything set up! I came in TERRIFIED that I lost all my Candy Crush progress. Somehow it went back to Level 1. I was on 3048.... yes I’m a Candy Crush ADDICT. Brookes was able to restore after multiple attempts trying to figure out how it happened. After about 30 mins of him NON STOP TRYING.... He was successful. I can now play & all my progress was saved......

I came into the Battle Creek sprint store on Columbia because my screen broke and Brookes was absolutley amazing. He helped me figure out how to go about the best choice for me and I couldnt be more happy. His costumer service was amazing will not go to another store.

Randy has great hair! On serious note, my phone quit, walked out with a new phone and all of the accessories to make it functional! Nathan and Tina were awesome as well. Easy to work with.

Its not the stores fault, but sprint is the worst phone service, worse even than at&t. Bad service outside city limits, useless customer service, and lots of hidden taxes and pricey extras that should be standard. My $65 unlimited plan costs me $98 a month, with SD streaming, 500MB hotspot, and no service if Im inside the house. They make it a huge hassle to pay off and unlock your phone, and wont help you improve service or lower your bill.

Unprofessional group of workers here. They were talking about customers in front of a room full of other customers. They also complained about their jobs and seemed very unhappy about being at work. They really didnt take anything serious. This location has definitely gone down hill since the lady manager left .

Well after a disaster when my 4 mo old phone crashed and had to be replaced, I was irate. I was already upset with Sprint corporate because they refuse to give a 13 year customer with 5 lines the new $25 per line unlimited contract. Then a system went down and my phone sat in the store for almost a week before they were able to make resolve the issue...this was not the fault of the store. So my experience at the Columbia Sprint store did not start out well and it was not their fault...I repeat not their fault.I have to say the support at the Columbia Ave store was phenomenal and they are a patient bunch...after dealing with me they may have needed a vacation. Thank you for all your help!!!Sprint Corporate needs to work on retention because there are plenty of other phone providers to switch too.

Randy lied and cheated me outta money I couldnt afford to lose...I didnt have sprint insurance and my screen was shattered so he said he will help me by fixing the screen...he charged me lots of money to fix my iPhone screen and the next day the screen went black and then came back on...it got worse everyday after that and then it went black and didnt come back...I tried callin him lots of times to help me fix it and he never called me back...I had to take the phone to the apple store all the way in Grand Rapids and they told me that they can’t help me since randy wasnt suppose to open my phone and replace my screen ...They say he used a fake $30 screen off amazon when he told me it’s a real apple screen...I didn’t have the money to fix it again!!! apple said they are gonna report him...he wasnt suppose to work on apple stuff...oh and he wouldnt give me a receipt and said cash only???? so I know he is keepin that money and not giving it to Sprint... I had to leave Sprint and now I have to set up a payment plan to pay off all the phone charges.

The Sprint store between Sakura and the matress store is the best on this side of the street in Battle Creek.

Towers are down for the second time in the past three weeks now. Having unlimited data and not being able to use it is frustrating. Service and everything is just fine but the coverage is poor. The only reason why I havent switched is the cheap family plan.

Informative but one agent mislead me to believe since I was starting a new plan that my last payment would be waived. Thankfully I changed it before it affected my credit

Extremely disappointed i was never told about the 14 day return policy, i am now stuck with a phone i cannot stand for the next year unless i want to pay 400.00 for a new one, you would think this is a policy all staff would be trained on and told to let customers know of. Will be ending my contract and switching carriers.
