My wife saw Crickets Ad in the Shopper 4 phone lines for 100.00 I must say that was eye catching knowing I pay close to 400 a month with Sprint we decided to take a trip into town stopped to see what they could offer us we were afraid there were going to be hidden cost Cricket backed up what they advertised and my family and I switched we don’t drop calls anymore we have a home in the country and our Sprint service never worked we are receiving our calls able to dial out not a worry in the world the woman working was very helpful and friendly my family and myself highly recommend Cricket The savings is remarkable.

Fabulous customer service switched from Sprint never heard of Cricket until a woman I work was telling me how much she pays I couldn’t believe how all the money I been throwing away for the past 7 years my bill is affordable I get service where ever I am my experience with this Cricket was by the most the best phone store I have ever been in with friendly workers not to mention they are up front and honest my bill is a flat rate never has changed in the 7 months I been with them keep up the good work I refer them over any other carrier in my area.

My granddaughter helped me do this. Thank God for Amy!! She got me a phone this morning now I can get my family together now no problems! She even helped me with some cover on and a case on my phone. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and a better time! Thank you again

I live close to the other cricket store in town refuse to go there Tim the owner is rude calls you names makes threats to people charges double on phones I came to Beckley from the time I walked in to the time left I felt welcomed the girl working was very sweet helped me without hesitation and did not screw me over like the capital store I recommend Beckley Cricket only customer service by the girl working was a W.O.W outstanding I must add if I would of known before now I would of switched and been paying my bill there

Came into a new friendly face much friendlier then the previous guy that worked there she was extremely helpful upgraded my boyfriends phone in minutes we were in and out within 10 to 15 minutes he likes his new phone with Cricket and how quick and easy it was to upgrade we will be back in a few weeks to upgrade are other 3 lines.

Came in to pay bill, was informed by manager that I can do payments on a phone with cases. Im coming back she was so informative and helped me tons!!

Fantastic plans superior customer service they offered me things I wasn’t aware I was eligible for if they didn’t ask I would of never known my previous phone provider never kept me up on new things Cricket is the best in town in my opinion

I just switched to Cricket from Verizon once I got word they had payment plans I got the iPhone XR through them unlimited everything 55 a month I was paying 130 a month at Verizon lady was really nice that helped me great service

Switched from Sprint Cricket done us right great service people that run it now are very knowledgeable and kind

We switched from boost 5 lines to be exact excellent service from Amy very pleased with everything she was very patient with us and waived all our activation fees thanks again

Store under new management way more professional and friendly previous management was on there phone even while waiting on my husband and I so I started going to the other location wasn’t pleased with that location either This cricket store has our business again very welcoming and helpful thanks again.

Worst service no help when we all without a J.O.B. My internet connection hasn’t worked right in months unlimited is a joke dude working was rude switching back to TMobile dont get your service with them

Switched from boost very nice young lady helped my wife and I. Our entire family got free phones not junk cheaper bill couldn’t be more grateful for Cricket.

I just switched from Metro my husband and I wasn’t impressed since we switched we don’t drop calls better plan better phone and service hands down highly recommend sales people weren’t pushy and met all our needs.

We switched from metro best decision we made this year so far metro wasn’t nice to our family when we had issues with our phones always wanted more money until I said no more to my husband I saw Cricket on market place so we stopped to see what they all had to offer after going home talking it over with my husband we switched the next morning we don’t drop calls data speeds are fast and reliable can’t beat the price for the plan we went with we also love our new phones Cricket is a good carrier just not well known we are very content and happy.

Nice gal asked me to leave a review for my upgrade that I did for my granddaughter she went over all the features of the phone I purchased in which helped me tremendously not very phone savoy at my age I just upgraded from my flip phone less then a month ago I have been with cricket for 7 1/2 months now never a bad experience my phone provider before was a nightmare

Came in 22 January about 10 am and the woman working was extremely rude. She was not interested in helping me whatsoever. She did not ask if I wanted to keep the SIM card I had in my phone and almost threw it away, I had to tell her I needed it still and ask for something to tape it on. After I had paid I then had to ask what my phone number was because she gave me no information. Customer service training is definitely needed. I would go to another cricket store next time.

Had Boost hated them dropped calls consistently now that we’re with Cricket things have been great the young lady working was super nice didn’t take 2 hours to switch best move I made 110 percent satisfied

This company is the by far the worst they lie to you Derrick tried selling my husband a stolen phone from the trunk of his car because we were short on cash to purchase in the store we looked the imei up of the phone he wanted to sell us for 400 was a stole IPhone XR don’t trust this place we ended up going through T-Mobile this place is a clown show

Phone service is great they have plans for every budget I pay 200 less a month since I switched couldn’t be happier

Bad phone, bad signal.. was promised $100 rebate and never received it. Went in 3 times to talk to the manager and still haven’t receive it. Very disappointed!!! Do not go there!! You do not save money in the long run.

Avoid this store. I waited for 2 hours and paid $130 to purchase 2 sim cards and have them added to my plan, which I could have done all myself through crickets website for $1 each. If you come here, you will be overcharged. Use the website if at all possible!
