Went to buy beer on a Sunday. Called and confirmed the time allowed to buy beer was 11am. Was refused at the register by multiple people who were quite rude about it. Promptly went across the street to Winn Dixie and bought all of my beer there at 11am.

The store is always so clean and neat. Products are neatly lined on the shelves. Food is in stock. Meat and produce are always fresh. I like shopping here much more than other local Walmarts. Give the Manager here a raise!

The store employees were friendly, saying Good Morning with a smile and that made me feel good as though they recognize us. But, the lady Pat that worked the Gas Station wasnt knowledgeable about anything. I asked her was the pumps working she replied, I was off yesterday. Thats not the response you want nor expect from a Wal-Mart employee. This location is the Neighborhood Wal-Mart in Baton Rouge,La on Hooper Road. She could have called the manager or something. I used my debit card to get Plus gas, told her pump wasnt dispensing fuel, I told her, she (Pat) came out to the pump and had me to try three more times and then left me there, until another employee said the pumps are only pumping Premium gas, so now I have all these cents charges on my card because of Pat.

Decent staff. Decent prices. Super not a fan of having to check my own groceries out when I have a basket full and 3 kids with me though.

They gave my pick up order to another customer! What if I needed that food to feed my family tomorrow. I was not offered a gift card or credit or anything. Just cancel or reschedule. Will never order a pick up from here again.

Horrible! At least 4-5 people up front not doing anything. Inconvenience guest by having them wait on one person when there is 4-5 people just standing around looking lost. I can’t wait when the day comes when target puts Walmart out of business, it’s the retail McDonald’s.

I want to see all the popular brands you know be ripped off by the Great Value brand all in one place? Well at least the food is a little bit cheaper. Dont expect the big selection here or a variety of things. Its a basic what-you-see-is-what-you-get Walmart Style.

It certainly has the local store feel. It has a lot of general household items at reasonable prices. It does feel a bit small though, and the variety is limited compared to a Supercenter. Overall, Id definitely recommend this store for simple household item restocks.

I let my daughter go in and get the one item I forgot to get at Winn Dixie. I dont like the fact they built across from a major Winn Dixie grocery store. So I shop at Winn Dixie and spend very few dollars at this store.

When in I was greeted by employees and got everything I needed. The cashier that checked me out was excellent.

When you call the phone rings off the hook. When they do answer they put you on hold and then call disconnects. Employees are always talking when I go in they act like your not even there .I should report this store to home office 👎😢

Went there today and it was our first trip there to grocery shop. We found everything we needed just fine.

This is my store. There is always somewhere to park. The employees are very curtious. There is always someone to help you find things. I dont have to walk a mile to find anything. I get in and get out quickly. They have all our needs in the store. It is well lit at night. It should be larger. We dont have to travel far.

Clean but too many pallets of merchandise blocking the aisles. Friendly and helpful employees.

I went on a Friday afternoon at the end of the day, and after the announcement concerning school closing. The store was packed! People shopping were nice and considerate. I was very pleased with the efforts of the employees who were staying patient, stocking as quick as possible, answering questions, showing customers where things were, keeping check outs open, etc. I really do appreciate the attitude that Walmart had on this particular day.

I drive 5 miles out of my way to shop at the Walmart Neighborhood store on Hopper road rather than shop at the Baker store thats nearest to my home, its always clean, well stocked, and its employees are helpful and professional, plus good parking,

I love this Walmart Neighborhood Market. Its so much faster then going to the regular Walmart. Its not packed full of people and the lines here are not crazy long like other Walmart stores. The staff has always been friendly and helpful finding items that I can not locate myself. The store is always tidy and the parking lot clean. I love that I can get in and out quickly and do not get sucked into the regular Walmart wormhole.

Friendly helpful staff had a problem with my card and she was happy to help. Always nice and clean.

The Express checkout lane did not work and nobody could fix it. An employee advised me that it has been screws for several months. I wont waste my time over there anymore ... . thats a fact

Absolutely love this Neighborhood Walmart! Its one of the largest Ive seen (or maybe just seems that way because of the layout)- carries a large selection of products. The shelves are the most instock Ive seen at any Walmart - Super or Neighborhood. The employees, and also the customers who shop there, are very friendly. Anyone who lives in this area of Northeast Baton Rouge/Central should definitely visit this location.

This 5 star review is for the to go staff at this Walmart location. I cant believe I am giving Walmart a 5 star rating, but they are awesome. There were a few hiccups when they first started offering the service, but the customer service was unbelievable and quickly implemented changes to improve customer satisfaction. I love my weekly visits!

The store is convenient.. but I dont like their gas pumps . They have cheap gas and would be really convenient for me. but it tells me to reinsert my card. and my card works everywhere as but sep. Walmart gas pumps. Talk to store manager he said there is nothing they can do so I went somewheres else for gas.

Very convenient and fast. You dont have to walk a mile to the door, then ALL THE WAY to the back for a gallon of milk only so that you see tempting items everywhere on your way.
