This is the second time I have been to this particular establishment. I have grown up with Baskin & Robbins and enjoyed it as a family treat and memory. Till I walked in today and noticed several things that put into question how clean is this store?Walking in one of the doors has a shattered glass door that is unsafe for small children and is a liability for the company.All the tables were very sticky from the lack of cleaning after other patrons have left. Also the store seemed cluttered as there were white buckets laying out in the dining room. Is this a correct way to store items? The dining area was not very clean as you can see trash on the floor and where the chocolate covered waffle cones were stored there was a big chocolate smear on the plexiglass that was an eyesore. The store seemed grungy in overall appearance.Customer service was just ok. There was no greeting by either employee they did make the order correctly but were indifferent in attitude. For the price I pay I would think a little more care into customer service would make the experience more worthwhile.

Cashier on the phone and dont give good costumer service

This is the rudest establishment. It’s a dirty place. I was cussed out by the owner/manager and the employees in front of my 2 year old for simply asking a couple genuine questions. The counters were dirty, trash on the floor, and there is no place to sit unless it’s outside and we all know how hot it can be in summer. Please pick any other Baskin Robins! I am shocked the way they treat people especially children!

It says that they close at 10pm on the internet it was like 8:30 when I went and they said talk about they close at 9:00. Horrible customer service.

Very Rude. There were three girls working. They were all very rude. I came in and I was picking out a flavor. They kept rushing me to pick a flavor. “Are you ready yet?” It made me very uncomfortable. When I did pick a flavor I I let them know and she rolled her eyes. They Definetly had very bad attitudes and do not have customer service skills.

Service is OK. Ice cream is OK. Priced the same as better ice cream places. No public bathroom.

Good location but if your flavor is not scooped often, ask them to dig deep to avoid freezer burn. Happens often when workers pay no attention. However, a little pleading goes a long way

Wish I could give no stars!!!! There were 3 girls in there with bad attitudes! I saw a customer come back because they have her a flavor she was allergic to & when she walked in said didn’t I already wait on you?! Bad customer service how about try how may I help you or I’m sorry did I do something wrong with your order! Remember when working in customer service the customer pays your bills! If. One comes into that establishment you will not get paid!!! There are a lot o businesses closing during this pandemic so you should happy to have a job!!!

Small, older shop, but folks here are always friendly. Sign now states that they are open until 10 PM daily.

I love the ice cream but I just drive across town to get two quarts. I made it here @ 9:50. They close st 10:30 on Saturdays supposedly and I was turned away. Its false advertisement. Times need to be updated.

Would put a no star if i could.. Do NOT come here if you have any breathing problems and can not wear a mask bc they will refuse sale to you and be rude about it.

I’m a Door Dasher and they were out of the pre packed 9.99 ice cream! I asked the lady if they had any in the freezer she just nonchalantly looked at me and said no and continue to walk away! My customer also ordered a brownie sundae but they could not find the sundae cups. The other lady was looking for the cups and the one making our order said no don’t worry about it I’ll just put it into single cups and they can just call and complain if they have a problem with it! She was very unprofessional and makes me look bad when I deliver an item to my customers and it’s incorrect! She was using foul language and just acted as if she didn’t care about her job performance! It was on Tues March 31, 2020 and black young lady. She needs to be replaced. I don’t usually eat at Baskin Robins and now I probably never will. She was horrible, because I never make customer complaints!!

The reason why I gave this a one was because when my mom called they hanged up in her face the first time and she known it was teenagers then when she called the second time she hanged up again then when she called the third and the fourth time the number said that this number cannot be afforded then when she called the the fifth time and my mom asked for the manager and the manager was not there and the manager will be there in the morning so my mom shes going to call here again in the morning and talk to manager and tell him how rude and disrespectful his workers are now my mom wants to call again and this time she wants to talk to the person who is in charge of them right now now I was right there by her listening to the conversation and whoever the teenager was or grown up was on the phone that is very disrespectful

When I went in with my grandson after a Stranger Things marathon to ask for their Stranger Things themed ice cream. The person behind the counter acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. I asked her if there was a list, to which responded by pointing to the end of the counter. She didnt direct me to the cardboard display that showed the ice creams available along with stickers and a doll. She wasnt absentminded but rather disdainful. Oh and they no longer have a water fountain, instead you have to buy water. However, the ice cream was EXCELLENT.

Best classic ice cream parlor! I cant resist their cappuccino blast. Ice cream+coffee into a smoothie!!! Soooo delicious!

I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream! The best! I think theres only 2 stores left now.....Florida & Sherwood forest & P-Ville Airline & Hwy 42.

The ice cream is good and the staff is friendly but theyve currently got a massive, nasty roof leak that should probably have them closed til its repaired. (Were talking ceiling tiles and insulation hanging out of the ceiling with water just pouring off of them.)

I’ve had a great experience at this location. The two girls were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be returning!

I went her because my cousin wanted to. As I sat in the car, the young lady that works at Baskin-Robbins came out of the restaurant next door. Went straight in and started preparing the ice cream, WITHOUT washing her hands. I was done.

I come here quite often and every time I come they are always very friendly. I know they started closing at 9pm right after the Flood so tonight I went I pulled up it was 8:56 the doors were locked so I called and told the worker that I was the one that was just at the door I said it wasnt 9 yet you shouldnt have had the doors locked I said do you close at 9 or before he said 9 I said we were there before 9 he said we closed out our registers already and then said are you still here I said Im pulling out of the parking lot now.Not very happy because you have to come to Baton Rouge since Denham is closed down

Great ice cream

I went in there for the first time and was helped by a freindly lady. I was excited that I could sample the ice creams. The oreo flavored ice cream was amazing I will be back for more.

Horrible Customer Service Tonight 1/21/19. I buy a lot of ice cream from this place. Specifically I enjoy buying the chocolate chip ice cream. I went in tonight to buy a pre-packed quart of chocolate chip ice cream and they were out. I was willing to take advantage of their 2 quarts for 9.99 but since there was no pre-packed chocolate chip available I asked if I could have a hand packed and one of the pre-packed and give me a discounted price. The girl looked at me and said no. From now on I will either go to Dairy Queen or I will find a different Baskin and Robbins to patronize.
